I like this shop a lot. Nice people, fair prices, quality work.Giving four stars as communication and turn around times are not the best. Not going to fault them too hard, though. You can tell they are fully booked.I would take any jeep here - just know that if you need very quick service it may not be your best option.

Dropped off my jeep at 0800 had it back before 4pm. Fully expected it to be a couple of days and was very happy and surprised when they called and said it was ready to go. Couldnt beat the price either.

Just Jeeps is the go-to spot to take your Jeep in Austin. The owners Dan and Robert have forgotten more about Jeeps than most know. Their parking lot is always full with more Jeeps than some dealerships. Yet they can still manage to get you in on time for an appointment.They are fair, honest and go above and beyond. I’ve taken my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon there on multiple occasions. They are problem solvers extraordinaire.On my last trip to Just Jeeps, they could have charged me for something that didn’t need fixing. They had already ordered the part they thought they were going to need based on what I told them over the phone. Turned out after they inspected my Jeep that I didn’t need the part at all. Most shops would have replaced the part anyway since I had an appointment and they had blocked off the time and ordered the part. But not these guys.They simply said, “Good news, you don’t need the part. We’ll clean it up and get you off the rack and on your way.”Just great guys to deal with. My highest recommendation.

Took my 02 TJ here to have a broken O2 sensor and thermostat replaced. I called and was able to set up an appointment quick. The first available appointment was about two weeks out from when I called to make it, but thats pretty normal for any shop so that wasnt a big deal. I dropped it off and they took a good overall look at the Jeep despite me informing them of it just being the O2 sensor and thermostat just in case there was anything else that needed service. After looking it over, they found it to only be the sensor and thermostat so I appreciate them taking the look and not trying to sell me services that I didnt need. My Jeep was in and out of the shop in two days and the cost of the work was very honest and fair. I would recommend Just Jeeps to anyone that needs work done on their Jeep. While the work on my Jeep was minor, I feel that I would be able to come back and get honest work and an honest price for major work on it in the future. Im glad I was able to find such a good place to bring my Jeep.

Got what I asked for much cheaper than I expected. ALWAYS take my Jeep to JJA. Never 1 issue or complaint with their service. And they take the time to be nice as well. Beat that!

Off roading in big bend national park

Had our 2018 JL Rubicon lifted with mopar kit. Cynthia up front was efficient and did not try to push the upsell but was knowledgeable and patient explaining options and what they could do. Patient meaning emailed a quote and politely dealt with my followup questions in a professional manner. Time will tell about the actual lift but they delivered on time and the jeep looked good and drove me home. The 12 month warranty gives me some piece of mind. Derek

I recently took my vehicle back to Just Jeeps because I was very happy with my previous experience. Turns out I didnt have all the parts needed for the headlights and soft top being installed. Just Jeeps didnt charge me for the time they spent pulling everything out and figuring out what was missing (even though it was entirely my fault) and they showed me exactly what parts I needed to get the installations done. I always feel like Just Jeeps primary goal is customer satisfaction, and theyll never try to nickel and dime you like other places do. Dan and Robert are great and provide vey professional customer service. Would highly recommend to any Jeep owner needing repairs or upgrades. Diligent in the time from the estimate(one day) and repair(one day). Had a lift installed the first time I came here about a year ago and Dan did not try to up sell me but instead suggested me shocks that were affordable for my daily driver Wrangler. Really appreciate that. Just got my tie rods replaced and it wasn’t as cheap as I expected but I got what I pay for. Great service and quality repairs. These guys are great. I havent been financially able to maintain regular maintenance on my Cherokee and theyve been open, patient, and forthcoming about all repair work needing to be done. Its also the first place in a very long time that Ive felt like I can trust a mechanic, considering how ignorant I am of cars in general. I wish Id found this place sooner, I really love my jeep and am really glad I found a mechanic that loves them, too.

We took in our CJ5 to get a variety of work done by Just Jeeps. They did a great job of keeping us updated on its progress and advising us on the most cost effective way to make it reliable and enjoyable again. They also added a little lifter block to our rear bumper’s spare tire carrier to keep it from rattling when driving. I never mentioned this small nuisance but they addressed it and it shows their attention to detail and desire to exceed the customer’s expectations. I am happy to have found a shop to take my Jeeps in the future.

Great service. Received what I needed in mail

Was hoping I could trust this place but, I should have checked their work. They put my lift on and did not do it correctly which left me without a front swaybar in Colorado (15 hours from home). The lift kit was supposed to have the rear sway bar links reinstalled on the front and the links that came with the kit installed at the rear. This wasnt done. They just put the new links in the front, putting undue stress on the sway bar components and ultimately breaking a link.

As a previous customer has stated. This place definitely knows their stuff when it comes to Jeeps however turn over time was not the best for my experience. Customer service is excellent though. For all my wait, Dan cut my price down for labor. As stated previously they know the ins and outs of all things jeep related and got my jeep going again when 3 previous mechanics couldn’t! With great customer service and knowledge that’s why they earned four stars. I would love to give 5 stars but turn around time needs a little work.

Ive had Just Jeeps repair a few things for me and my family over the years but the problem is now that I have a Jeep that needs some repairs but cant afford to wait over a month to take it in or wait extremely long to get it back. For this reason Im going to have to look someplace else to get my daily driver back on the road.

Y’all....these guys are AWESOME!!!! They were a life saver. Our Jeep was doing the death wobble to the point we could barely drive it at all. We originally took it to the Toyota dealership we bought it from and were quoted over $6K for repairs. We decided to take it to Just Jeeps to get a second opinion and the fix was quite simple as we suspected, costing just a little over $600 and now drives like a dream. I can’t say enough about Just Jeeps and we will definitely be back for all our needs going forward.

If you want a Mom & Pop place to take your jeep where you can have confidence that they will do their best and be honest with you - then go no further. If you want to be served coffee, donuts, water, etc... while someone is trying to up-sale you on something you dont need then... then go somewhere else. There are plenty of places around that will be happy to do that for you. Seriously, you feel that your dad and brother are taking care of you!

Just Jeeps is amazing! I was quoted over $1500 worth of work for my 13 year old cherokee from the dealership after I has having power failure a few times on the road. I was referred to Just Jeeps from another automotive shop that didnt specialize in jeeps and am so happy I went in. They ran tests on my car and determined one key part was at fault and needed to be replaced, and it would only cost me $230 in parts and labor. I spoke with Dan initially and he was super friendly and helpful and I had my car back in 24 hours. If you own a jeep, this is the place to go, hands down.

Despite the name, Just Jeeps did an amazing job with my 2013 Toyota Tacoma! Dan gave me a hard time about the Tacoma, but was extremely helpful while I was deciding on a suspension lift, wheels and tires. Dan and the crew at JJ knocked out everything(a big project) in a single day and its was beyond quality work. The end result was exactly what I was hoping/asking for! Theyve earned my trust and repeat business.

Got my jeep repaired from these guy. It was a long wait, a week to just get an estimate. Luckily I had a back up vehicle for commute other wise I was stranded. All in all they did a good job fixing the jeep they had to replace a brake line that was busted due to rust. The price was not cheap but i think the quality of the work is good so it justifiable. All in all I am happy with the work done, just that it took 2+ weeks to get the job done. They are pretty busy so if you are planing to take your Jeep there be patient.

I really like this place. I feel like I am getting my monies worth and never got the sense that I was being overcharged. I have a 93 Wrangler and this is my go to mechanic now.

My student son with no knowledge of cars was stranded and had his Jeep towed to Just Jeeps. Determined cause was short in electrical system. Estimated $140 and charged $170 to find and repair short. My son asked about clutch fluid leaking on the clutch pedal. Just Jeeps up-sold him on replacement of both master and slave clutch cylinders, and to replace clutch while the transmission was removed. Charged $1,200 for work that was an up-sale - should have simply replaced master cylinder for $94 plus part. Slave cylinder could not cause leak on clutch pedal, no need to remove transmission. After 9 months, clutch fluid was leaking from within the transmission (no longer at the clutch pedal like before). Jeep was in Dallas then. Paid $800 in Dallas to replace failed slave cylinder that was installed by Just Jeeps. Asked Just Jeeps to offset my cost by returning the failed part and anything else they could do. After several requests to return the part they went silent.Beware - appears to be a place that takes advantage of students and will up-sale. They failed to make good on their word.

I recently had some rocker knockers installed at Just Jeeps in Austin. Their quote for painting and install was well below quotes from other Jeep establishments in town, and I was given an appointment on my preferred day. My inserts and rails were an exact color match to what I asked for and the install looked great. My Jeep was in and out quickly despite their shop being very busy that day, and I ended up paying the original quote amount, which was a bargain for the quality of work and fast service.All the staff at Just Jeeps were friendly and professional, and they made sure I was satisfied with the install. Truly one of the best experiences Ive ever had with any type of service. I will be taking all my future business to Just Jeeps and would recommend them to anyone. If you have a Jeep, this is the place to go if youre not going to go to the dealer. Ive been going to this location for her about 7–8 years. Theyve done excellent were taking care of my 24 year old Jeep Wrangler, fixing different problems that have come up.

Local, Honest, Experts! I installed a lift,/tires and other misc suspension parts on my JKU. Seeing that is was my first attempt to tackle a project like this, I wanted an expert to double check my work and get a wheel alignment. Just Jeeps is highly recommended on multiple online jeep forums. They did a full suspension check, all bolts, links... torqued everything to specs and did a full alignment. There were a few bolts loose and I accidentally installed my wheel spacer lugs backwards! They never made me feel dumb for not doing everything correctly. Simply found my mistakes, fixed them and showed me how its done. I highly recommend Just Jeeps and will be a return customer.
