They are efficient and pay close attention to detail. Chuck and Dawson are very knowledgeable and friendly, they have established relationships with both in town dealerships. Any service performed here will be registered in the Mercedes database and they use dealer sources OEM parts in almost every instance. Chuck where is outstanding. He had my vehicle fixed the same day I took it in and do to it being a faulty part that was ordered previously he did not charge for the part or the labor when I took my vehicle back, even though, I just purchased the vehicle from someone who had the work done initially

10 star service. I have the latest generation of the C300. I would never take my car to MB of Austin. These guys do a higher quality of work for a 1/4 of the price. Of course if your car is still under warranty, take it to MB. But if you dont please check them out, they will save you time and money! Ask for Austin or Chuck!

Chuck and Dawson had me in and out with air suspension issues on my E-Series in less than 24- hours. How is that even possible? They are friendly, fast and cost half the price of the competition with more personable results. If you have a Mercedes and are within a 3- hour drive of Austin... don’t waste your time anywhere else. Trust me.

What else can I say, Chuck saved my car! I inherited a Mercedes a few years back and havent being driving it much, with that being said the car was basically not drivable anymore and no one could fix it. Chuck took on the endeavor after Mercedes suggested replacing the motor at a cost of over 5k. Now the car is in the best condition it has ever been all to Chucks expertise without breaking the bank. To add, it is hard to find an honest mechanic and if you are in of need one, then go no further.

This mechanic is incredible. His work is exceptional. The man has great skills when it comes to repairing Mercedes-Benz. I love him. If you want Great service for a great price this is the person you need to bring your Mercedes too. I have a Mercedes-Benz CL 550. I customize my Mercedes often with pearl black paint jobs and the sort. But when it comes to repairs I bring it to chuck. Absolutely awesome!

Relatively new to the Austin area and hadnt found a mechanic I felt I could trust until being referred here. Chuck and Dawson were great to communicate with and gracious enough to show and talk me through some major rust issues in the brake lines of an old ML to where they couldnt do a simple repair. I was referred by a friend at work and Chuck is very nice on the phone. Took my Mercedes to his shop and he greeted and connect the diagnostic machine to my car to show me what the error codes were. Although he wasnt able to provide the service but recommend what the steps must be done. He is being very honest and up front about the issue that I have with my car. One of two places in town that will have the Mercedes computer programming straight from Stuttgart to fix all engine electronics. Extremely helpful. Fast. We first came here for my car inspection before purchasing the car. He found every possible issue and I think we were able to get like, $1500 off the purchase price.

Chuck was able to diagnose my problem and was great with communicating what the car needed and what could wait. When the new part he replaced failed, he went out of his way to pick up the car that wouldnt shift out of park and fixed the issue even though it was no fault of his own, and his pricing was very competitive! I will absolutely be taking my car to chuck if I need any more work done in the future!

We wont take my wifes Mercedes (his specialty) anywhere else. If you own one, you need to be coming here for maintenance. No question. He is honest. He has actually turned down my money before, insisting there was no charge for the work he had done. He is very patient with my wife (she once called him at least 5 times on his cell while looking for his new shop). He is reliable. He has squeezed us in within the hour before we had to leave town, when he had originally quoted the following week. Chuck is great and Austin cool. He and his staff helped me avoid big problems by identifying a transmission leak during a routine maintenance. I have an awesome Mechanic (Scott Wright at Casis Village Shell) but every once in a while I have an issue with my 2006 CLK350 that his team isnt comfortable handling. This happened recently when - occasionally - my transmission would essentially get stuck in second gear (though it didnt say so; just had to feel it). I took the car to Chuck The Mechanic based on his ridiculously good Yelp reviews. Chuck was amazing. He came out of the shop to greet me, welcomed me in and told me what he would do. When he called me, he told me exactly what was going on, and said that his only available fix would be to replace the transmission. BUT, he knew another mechanic who he felt pretty sure could solve my problem without replacing the transmission. And he wouldnt accept any payment. I can see now why people love him so much. If youre a Mercedes driver in Austin, you have to know Chuck.
