If I could give them a zero star I would. They didnt do the work I pay them to do. My Radiator fan has an issue n I pay them to get the job done, they order the part, put it on, same problem. I call freightliner and ask them about the part. Guess what, these guys order the reverse part, wrong one. I just spend 1300 for nothing. Plus my engine light was on, they told me that problem was also fix, two hrs later, the light came right back on. If you guys cannot get the job done, please do not fool the customer, thats bad business.

Easy to schedule appointment with this place for my Dodge Ram diesel truck, thorough inspection of my old truck was done without any sales gimmicks. They didn’t try to upsell me and were very specific with billing, no hidden fees or extra charges. All work they recommended was communicated to me before they started working on it. When I picked up my vehicle the mechanic had enough time to go over his work with me and give suggestions as to when to schedule next appointment to keep my vehicle in good running condition. Very impressed! I will be coming back!

I brought my vehicle to Modern Diesel not expecting much could be done to get it repaired. After talking with the technician I was told its repairable but it will take some time to complete. Honesty and delivering a reasonable expectation for time of completion, what more can you ask for. Oh yah, the price was reasonable as well. Took my friends truck there after they had already taken it in for the same repair before. Was baffled by the pricing of their parts and the amount of labor this shop was charging.$2,000 for injectors alone, thats just the parts? I mean, what? I get that a repair shops add an upcharge to parts, but 100% upcharge? $400 for a starter that costs no more than $100? And 9 hours of labor for a rocker arm and the replacement of said starter? Plus more for several diagnostics?When I asked about these charges and expressed my concern about them, the reply was why am I talking to you and I wasnt here the previous time. Hm, seems somebody felt challenged on the validity of these charges.Not only does this shop over charge by a wide margin, the issues were not actually resolved. How about checking the pistons while youre in there and realizing that one of them is stuck? How about returning the vehicle with all issues fixed, rather than fixing one, putting the top back on and then having to bring it back in again for something that should have been diagnosed the first time.Highly disappointing. I recommend taking your vehicle to a different, more knowledgeable, and friendlier shop.

I recently bought a new GMC Duramax, took it too these guys for some upgrades, they gave me a great price and finished my truck faster then they said they would. If you have a diesel take it to MODERN DIESEL. They’re crew is great and they will treat you right.

Was recommended by my sister to use them and was very satisfied. I had them come and check the codes on my car while I was at work and luckily they were able to fix it before I got off. It ended up only needing a plug replaced for the air bag module but I am so glad I called them. Best for the busy person who doesnt have time to wait in a shop or drop off a car.

Good customer service, bad follow-through. These guys said they would check a van I wanted to buy and then didnt show up twice. On the third day (and last chance) the seller texted me to let me know they finally showed up, but then they never called or emailed me with their report. I had to call them after three more days, and am waiting for the tech to call me back... I appreciated the prompt responses to emails and professionalism of their receptionist, but I would not hire them again.

Karys team is a group of awesome guys who really know what they are doing. I pretty much destroyed a Ranger and they brought it back to life. Hes also a pretty good musician if you need some party entertainment.

I highly recommend Modern Diesel. I phoned them this morning and they showed up within an hour to repair my 6.0L Powerstroke. We did some diagnostics on the truck to rule out major component failures, and ultimately discovered that it was a loose sensor. Jordan (the owner) happily plugged the sensor in and my truck fired right up. I was thrilled there was no major upsell and completely knowledgeable work.

Very helpful in a time crunch of getting our truck back on the road. Very professional and informative!

I suggest a second opinion to the diagnosis from this diesel shop. They may be great people but they diagnosed one of our customers truck and basically scared them to death about the truck they just purchased. They stated that the truck we just sold them had blow by, needed an injection pump, an engine overhaul and a reductant fluid pump. Upon receiving an estimate for over 11,000 the customer trailered their truck all the way back to us because they were scared to drive it. We pulled it off the trailer and examined it and found nothing wrong besides a code for the crank case ventilation being disconnected. The truck drove perfectly, had great power and it DID NOT have blow-by. I dont want to leave a one star because it could have been a singular technician that works for this shop that doesnt know what hes doing but I did just want to share our experience since it cost my business a valued customer.I would take this review into consideration if you get surprised with a huge estimate that does not make sense to you.

They did a great job with my suspension on my jeep. Im gonna be doing a diesel swap in my jeep, and that actually gave me a great quote and didnt act scared like everyone else

REF Transport LLCvery good customer service, mechanic did not know how to put a belt on truck, they charged me 2 hours for roadside which is ok but then charged an extra for not being able to do a 30 min max job $314.25 dllrs is part plus labor for a simple belt, NOT recommended at all
