The service here is absolutely amazing, outstanding! Dealing with cars and wrecks is so stressful. They made this process as painless as possible. It would have taken any other shop a month to fix what they fixed in 21/2 weeks. They did excellent repair work. They also have a guarantee on their repair work. They were very responsive, honest and communicative. They even helped me get a rental as I did not have rental coverage under my insurance, and gave me a shop discount price cheaper than anything I could find online The owner (Buster) and his manager ( Santiago) are super friendly, easy to contact and really genuinely care about your satisfaction. They not only did amazing repair work, they cleaned and detailed the car inside and out! It looked brand new. I would 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone in need of repair work. I could not be more satisfied and happy that I went to this shop!

I had severe hail damage on multiple parts of my Honda, and the bodywork and paint have been well restored. There were some issues during the repairs process but the owner of the business resolved them and went above and beyond to make sure my car looks great.

Quality Auto Body made a customer for life out of me today.Over the weekend, some idiot scratched my car while pulling out of a parking spot and then decided to bounce without leaving their details. I was worried about the cost of repair but, after a friend recommended with high praises, I stopped by QAB looking to get a quote. I was greeted by Buster, the owner, who walked out with me to take a look. Initially he started quoting for a paint job, but when I mentioned I was looking for something less involved – more along the lines of a buff and a polish – he made a proposal. He offered to have one of his guys come clean up the scratches free of charge and, afterwards, he would assess the damage and give me a quote. I hesitated, thinking this seemed too good to be true and there would be a catch, but accepted nevertheless. A few minutes later he came back with David and I watched as the scuffs and scratches disappeared right in front of me. I attached before & after pictures because my bumper looks brand new, Buster did not even need to give me a quote. I shook their hands but was so stunned I nearly drove away without a proper thank you. I jumped out of my car and caught David as he appeared to be leaving (Id gotten there maybe 15 minutes before they closed) and handed him some cash, which is honestly the least I could have done.It may have been a quick and simple gesture for them, but it was something they did not need to do. Nevertheless, they went out of their way – right as they were closing – and saved me both time & money and, in the process, proved to me that they do good, honest work. Few times in my life have I received this type of customer service. For that, theyve made a customer for life out of me.

First time customer and was very impressed by the quality and efficiency of their work. Toyota corolla door had a dent and deep scratch. The initial option was to repaint the door and bumper panel, but Santiago helped us evaluate other affordable options. Ultimately his crew buffed it out and touched up the paint, all within the same day for free! And they did an amazing job. Customer service is evidently a strong value here and I love that.

Tom and his team took great care of my repairs and exceeded the quality of service by constant communication and care of my vehicle. Hopefully I don’t have to see them in the future for body shop repairs but if I have to I know where my trust and automotive care needs are going.

I walked in for an estimate and they were able to start that day. Tom had one of the guys drop me off at my house rather than having to call an Uber. The repairs were flawless and done in only a few days. I have a high deductible and was paying out of my pocket. Surprisingly, the repairs were $250 less than the estimate. That never happens at least not in my experience. The owners and staff are top notch.

Phenomenal customer service from the time I walked in to the time my car was ready for pick up. Santiago and Tom quickly took photos and sent the estimate to their insurance. He assured me he would handle everything and kept his promise. I dropped off my car and they had someone waiting in the lobby to take me to Enterprise rentals. No real big inconveniences and my car looked better than it looked when I bought it. when I went to pick it up but Santiago and his crew did a fabulous job making my QX8O was showroom floor ready. I got in a fender bender in a very old uninsured car, I got it towed to Quality auto for them to take a look at it. They were quick and communicated both by phone and by email. They gave me a free itemized quote on what it would cost to fix. The cost seemed reasonable, but unfortunately it was more than I was willing to pay on that old of a car, so I ended up sending the car to a junk yard. They let me hold the car in their lot until someone was able to pick it up.Despite not actually getting the work done this time around I hope that they know that they gained a future customer by treating me well with my old junker.

I cant believe the work these guys did on my car i got rear-ended by a hit and run driver on 16 December 2018 my 2016 Honda Civic was wrecked I thought it would never be the same I was so disgusted I got hit so hard I ended up pretty much in the back seat. The only experience I had with Body shops was Maxwell Ford they did my fender a couple of years ago when I got the car back the paint didnt match when I complained about they told me it was never going to match again it was impossible so thats what I thought was going to happen .. i Cant believe the work these guys did on my car its impossible to tell that it was wrecked! The paint on the bumper and the quarter panels and the truck match perfectly! Howdy Honda referred me to quality Auto body and now I know why quality Auto body is exactly what they are Quality Im forever grateful to them for fixing my Civic the way they did thank you so much

I took my car into the shop for repairs and was given an estimate of a week- I brought it in Monday, and was supposed to pick it up that Friday. The deadline was changed 3 times, day-of-pick-up twice without them notifying me. I finally was able to pick my car up the next Thursday. I was never told in advance that my car would be ready later- every time I would call in saying I was coming in to pick up my car, and they would say it unexpectedly got pushed back.

Fast, friendly and awesome work!! Highly recommend!! My Lincoln looked better after they were done than when I first bought it. They also saved it from being totaled. I will use them from now on!

They did a good job repairing my car after I got hit but I had to keep calling to get updated. They would say it would be ready one day and then a couple days before Id call and theyd say a few more days, so eventually I got it back, but apparently thats how all repair shops work, according to my hubby who works in a fleet repair shop. Im happy with the work and I was always able to find out what was happening when I called, so you cant ask for much more.

I brought in my Miata after someone nailed me in the front-driver-side panel. They fixed it up the right way, even sent back the 1st OEM replacement panel when they werent satisfied with the condition it arrived in. Wow....not enough words can even describe how Quality took care of me!! Had some pretty bad hail damage across the board on my Acura TL to the point I thought insurance may total it out. Got the run around from multiple body shops until finally had some people tell me about Quality. Took it there, Buster checked it out and in his own words, no lie, he said Easy peazy....piece of cake and I just looked at him like huh? Other shops were telling me I would be out of a car for a month and a half minimum and thats IF it wasnt totalled out but Buster told me a month MAX because his guys are that good and he was NOT lying! Got my car back today...not only was it in mint condition but they also cleaned the inside of my headlights and had my car detailed.
