I have been taking my vehicles to Anderson Lane Body Shop for over 25 years. Travis is an honest, straight forward Business man. He gets the job done on time but if there is a delay, he has always called to let me know. I have always been happy with the job quality when I pick up my car.

They did a great job with my car after someone hit me. looks likes good close to new. a few issues that they were quick to fix when i picked it up. very professional and punctual. Id use them again

This shop cuts corners and does not care much about quality, but more make money for the shop. The Owner, Travis, let me know personally that he is has a 60 hr work week and 20 other cars to worry about than to deal with a small car such as mine. he made it clear that my damages on front bumper from an accident were not prominent enough to replace. he said id be lucky if the insurance even covered the paint job. he is not willing to go the effort. do not go to this little shop. the owner is over worked and willing to over look damages instead of put everything he has into it. he will interrupt you, and talk over you, he will try to rush you and your car. because this man is over worked apparently. i will be doing him a favor with this post. and I will be going to caliber collision. i suggest you stay away from this place. otherwise deal with his poor, angry attitude towards complete strangers. the lady answering the phone was nice. other than that, this shop cannot handle much and is under much pressure.. he has made that clear.

Anderson Body Shop has exceptional service. They were courteous and professional, they got my car back to me in two days, and the price was reasonable. In fact, they washed my car inside and out. My car looked like nothing ever happened to it. Just like new! In short they were so awesome I took some of their cards to pass out to my friends.

My car got hit a couple months ago, and the procrastinator that I am, didn’t take it in until last week. I just got my car back today and it looks absolutely amazing! They even washed and cleaned my car too. I highly recommend this place for sure! Such an amazing turn out.

After getting a referral from my good friend Bruce Fullerton.I scheduled an appointment for my Mustang gt with Bobby Hicks. Anderson Lane body shop did an amazing job on my car,when it was finished. This is a great body shop. If I ever need paint or body work,this is where I will go ! Highly recommend!

I have used this shop twice. They do excellent work. The paint is a perfect match and I have a difficult color to match. I also like being able to speak with the owner about my car. Im not a fan of the chain shops.

Ive been really happy each time theyve worked on my car and highly recommend them to anyone looking for good quality, affordable body work for their vehicle. They are good, honest people.

Solid service. They worked pretty quickly, given the amount of work I needed. Everything looks amazing now, and they even deep cleaned my interior. It was like getting the car back new.My only reservation is that they were a bit bad at communication - Theyd often tell me they thought the work would be done on a certain day, and then at 4 PM that day, Id call, and theyd tell me they had something come up and it wouldnt be done. Most of the time, it seemed like a legit issue, but it made it hard to plan.

I am so pleased with the professional body work performed on my car. The fact that they vacuumed and left no grease markswas an added plus. The friendliness and promptness of the office staff was very appreciated.

Travis was amazing from the start. He was honest and set clear expections about the time line. He took my vehicle in and provided an honest estimate. He did tell me it would take a while because I was not scheduled in. I had a rental payed by Statefarm and through Hertz so I was not worried about it. There was an issue with the parts and he communicated with me and advised more or less when the vehicle would be ready due to an unforseen problem. His team left my SUV as it was before and even placed back our transformer logo that was not damaged in the accident 🤗. I would recommend this place hands down. Travis provided the ultimate service experience and as a supervisor for customer service I can tell you he went above and beyond. I am very pleased with the service in every aspect!

Great service. Very timely with quality work.

This is the only body shop Ive ever used in Austin, and its the only body shop I ever will use in Austin. Years ago, I took my Toyota Tercel to them because a friend of mine had punched a basketball sized dent in the rear quarter panel and side door when the car was brand new. They ended up replacing the rear quarter panel, and I will swear that it was actually a better, more inconspicuous weld than the factory did, comparing to the driver side. These guys had earlier done an amazing job matching a faded paint job on my old subaru when I peeled the side off, they are just totally awesome - professional, and helpful besides being good at their job.
