The work done was fast, well done, and Chris and Buster made this experience more pleasant than I was expecting.

I had to get the headlight assembly (the whole plastic piece, not just the light) replaced and this shop was such an awesome place to get it done. I got quotes from the dealership, Caliber Collision, and then Quality Auto Body. This shop was $200 cheaper than the dealership and $700 cheaper than Caliber. On top of that, theyre a small business so youre putting money back into the local Austin economy.The part I needed was special order and they got it in next day and within a few hours, I was back on the road again. It was seriously such a painless experience and I recommend this place to anyone looking to get body work done. This group is local, small, and very mighty.Thanks for taking good care of me and my Jeep! Hopefully, I wont have to ever come back again but just in case, I know this is where Ill be back to!

I went to Quality Auto Body Shop because someone decided it would be fun to scratch some not PG-13 words into the hood of my brand new SUV. I went to see if they could help me remove it. Not only did they get the scratches out within minutes, they also did it for me for free! It was an amazing gesture as I had anticipated having to pay several hundred dollars for this. These guys are TOP NOTCH!!!

My husband went in to get an estimate for door scratches from Valet service. The owner Buster Florence asked his paint guru to come out and assess the damage and see if he could buff them out and he did just that. Another auto body repair shop gave us a quote for $485 to fix these scratches while Quality Auto Body fixed it in under 10 minutes free of charge. This is the first time I have ever left a body shop in a better mood than when I arrived! These guys made my day with their kindness, speed, competence, and generosity. Finding a new go-to place is always great, but never dreading a visit to the body shop again is even better!

As if 2020 could not get any worse, I managed to hit a deer (he survived) and my husband was involved in a hit and run, in the same week! Chris to the rescue! Not only did he relate to me the second I called (telling me that he too has crossed paths with a deer), but he was quick to give me an estimate and super easy to work with, even over the holidays! I am so thankful for Chris and team for making a crummy situation mildly enjoyable.

When playing musical cars in your driveway after a long holiday (for example, Labor Day), its imperative that you know where the edge of your garage is when backing your husbands car in. If you forget, and bump the reflector on the limestone (hypothetically), and you need someone who can touch it up and make it look like new again, you call Quality Auto Body. They gave me a fair estimate, good time frame, and were very friendly throughout the whole transaction. They were very understanding about my husband pacing in the parking lot, brow furrowed as he waited to take his baby (the car, not me) home, safe and sound. I hope I dont have to see them again any time soon, but Im very glad to know Quality Auto Body exists if and when I need them.

I popped into Quality Auto this afternoon with no appointment to get my car looked at after hitting some branches on the freeway. The two men working were extremely nice, took my car back and had me back on the road in under FIVE minutes. I will definitely be returning for all my auto needs.

Great customer service! Im returning my leased Jeep and had some paint transfer from a minor accident. Called to get an estimate and they said I could come by any time. Was greeted and felt welcomed (not always the case when your a woman dealing with cars). He was very helpful and honest. Ended up not needing to be repaired, removed the paint transfer and told me the dealership would more than likely dig me less than it would cost me to fix it. Will be back if I need body work done in the future!

This place is incredible! I just moved from a different state and was having a hard time getting my back license plate off. Another place told me that it was too rusted and I would have to replace the bracket/get auto body work done. I brought my car here, and they took care of it in minutes, no auto body work necessary! This is obviously something small, but the service I received was phenomenal. This place will be my first call if I ever need future repairs!

This place lives up to the name! I had already gotten a quote from another body shop but wanted to get a second one from Quality, as I read good reviews online. Not only was Quality cheaper and very reasonably priced, they fixed my bumper and headlight within one business day. The source their spare parts direct from the manufacturer so you don’t have to wait 3-4 extra days for the paint to dry or worry about it chipping over time. They even detailed my car for for FREE as a courtesy. I definitely will be coming back here the next time I need repairs!

Had my hood repainted on my 2019 Audi RS5 (after I messed it up myself trying to wet sand). They had it repainted and returned within 48 hours. Matches factory paint 100%. Very low orange peel, and they were kind enough to go the extra mile to make sure it was 100% perfect to my liking. I couldnt be happier. Highly recommend!

I took my car into the sunset valley location. I had damage to my car unfortunately twice within a small window of time. This place gave me the most affordable quotes, they were very friendly and knowledgeable about service they provide to ensure the quote listed all damage and repairs properly. They knew a rental car was being paid out of pocket and worked diligently to repair my car sooner than expected. They stayed in contact with me and frequently updated me on the progress of my car. Once I went to pick it up, it was clear they went above and beyond. My car was completely spotless. The damage was fixed, the paint job was beautiful and matched the rest of the car perfectly. Scratches that were not apart of the repair were gone, the inside was entirely cleaned and smelled fresh. I was and have been completely satisfied with their work and would 100% go back to them for any repairs I might need on any car in the future! Thank you for doing such amazing work!

Had some body work done to my Alpha Romero after some tool reversed into it in a car park and drove away without leaving a note. A sign of the “new” Austin I guess.Anyway, these guys did a fantastic job of my car. I’m a bit overcritical of any work I have done as I have been let down by sub-standard work so many times in the past. It seems really hard these days to find people capable of producing anything other than average. So it was really refreshing to see such high quality professional work.Highly recommended!

I had just bought my dream car - Lexus IS 200T FSport series- and I wrecked it a week later. When I came into the shop I was so upset crying hysterically and the guys at Quality Auto Body were incredibly helpful. I felt much better after they assured me that they would make my car like new again. They gave off such a good at home feeling that you cant find at just any car place. I got my car back and its as good as new. Just like nothing ever happened! These guys are great and I will be coming back to them if anything ever happens again - although lets hope I wont have to.

This shop didnt even work on my vehicle. I had my car brought here upon reference from my dealership. But my car was deemed a total loss. They gave me all the tips and suggestions I would need for my first total loss incident. Even got my plate frame out for me. Would recommend again if I needed body work done!

I brought my car in because it got rear-ended. They fixed the damage that was caused by the other car really well, but they ALSO seem to have buffed out some door dings as a bonus and made my car look super pretty. Its in a better state than before the accident! Seems like they may have even done a bit of vacuuming too. This shop lives up to its name.

These guys took care of my Maz and did a great job. My buddy borrowed my car and got into an accident. Buster and the crew came in and had it back to brand new in a few days. They kept me up to date the entire way and lets just saw I will always use Buster and Quality Auto.
