Eddie fixed what the previous 5 shops tried and failed at. This includes 2 Ford dealers. Alternator showed check charging system never the weather was hot. It seemed to be a quite complicated diagnosis. Eddie heard my description of the symptoms, and said this is what it is, and we can fix it. And they did. If I had been able to see him when it first stared to happen, he would have saved me $2000. If you have electrical issues, come here. He has the experience and knowledge you are looking for. I definitely recommend coming here. Eddie did a great job fixing the AC of my Jeep for a reasonable price (over $1,000 less than other quotes). He also made sure to communicate with me frequently to update me on the repair of the car while he was working on it. In addition, he called and texted me a few times after I got my car back to ensure the AC was still working properly. If I ever have any other issues with any of my cars, I am glad I now have a place I can trust.

This business is super quick, they don’t lie to you. They’re honest if they’re too busy and can’t take your car in. I literally got my starter replaced in one single day. Didn’t even make an appointment, dropped off my car, they told me it’ll be ready in a couple of hours, called me when it was ready and it was super smooth and easy for me. They communicate with you very well and update you on what’s wrong with the car and give you pretty accurate quote on the cost. Everyone is also very friendly and I trust them with anything that’s wrong with my car.

Bought a used car and a strange thing happened. At odd times the AC would quit working and the airbag light would come on. Then after some time the AC would work and the airbag light would turn off. Eddie diagnosed it as a faulty relay. He thought it might also require a new wiring harness. Was able to locate a relay and install it. I was thrilled to hear that it would not require a new harness. He solved the problem. I am very impressed with the customer service and professionalism displayed by Eddie and other members. Very trustworthy. Thanks Eddie!

After unsuccessful visits to other auto shops to repair electrical issues, All Points was able to accurately diagnose problems and complete repairs. All Points does not try to sell me unnecessary repairs. I now go to All Points for all of my repairs.

Eddie with All Points worked with me in an issue with my Nissan that no other auto shop or body shop would touch: airbags. Eddie even went in depth to make sure I wasnt paying for something covered under a possible recall or my warranty. When the repair was finished he went over what likely caused the malfunctioning part to malfunction in the first place, and did so in a way anybody could understand. As a former Nuclear Power Electronics Technician I applaud his abilities to relay information and get the job done right. The amount I paid All Points Electrical was well under what the Nissan Dealership would have charged me for parts and labor. If you have ANY electrical issues, this is the place youll want to go.

My turn signal was not working. It would work for a few minutes then start to fade out. I had a part replaced but it did not help. I took it to All Points and they found what it was right away. I also have a breathalyzer device in my vehicle which makes getting service more difficult. But All Points accommodated me and I had my truck back in a few days.

Ive been taking my cars into Eddie since I moved back to Austin in 2014, and I honestly tell anyone who asks that hes the best mechanic in the city (actually, in any city Ive ever lived in). Im not a car guy, and when some mechanic tells me that I need a new sprocket recast on the doppelsprank and thatll be $700 please my eyes tend to go glassy and I feel like Im being signed up for a timeshare. Not so with Eddie! Hes honest, hes super reasonably priced, he gets everything done on time, and you never feel like hes trying to sell you on anything. (He once spent a week trying to fix an old beater of mine on the cheap, ultimately told me that Id save a heck of a lot of money by just selling it as is, and then didnt charge me anything!) Hes also a really nice guy - we usually end up talking about life in general for 20 minutes whenever I bring the car by. In short, I couldnt recommend him more enthusiastically.

Love this place. I took my 2016 Chevy mailbu on 2 different occasions due to Chevy not having any appointments open for weeks and wanting to keep my car for weeks. The first was due to my AC not working and the 2nd was because there was an issue with the electrical. Both were fixed within a few days. They even check on you 2 weeks after to make sure their work is still satisfactory. I didnt feel like they were taking advantage of a female either which I hear about about often! Will go back here again if I have another issue.

I took my g-class Mercedes for custom horn installation and I really love how clean and quick they’ve completed the job. I also took my Volvo for checkup and minor mechanical work to be done. I had several things replaced including the rear break pads and when I asked about the front pads, I was told its not time to change those. From my past experiences most mechanic shops would quickly change the front pads as well just to generate more income but All Points was very honest and changed only what was necessary and for very reasonable prices. The service from All Points was exceptional.I have an old model Lexus that has had some troubling electrical issues. After various attempts and repairs from my usual go-to mechanics (and several hundred dollars later and repairs that were not necessary), I began asking around for mechanics with expertise in electrical systems, and thats how I found out about All Points. Eddie at All Points was able to properly diagnose and repair the problem in a very short time. His knowledge of electrical systems, his knowledge of the specific parts necessary for our older model Lexus, and his knowledge of how to acquire the correct part and brand in a short time all made a big difference in getting the problem fixed.A few months later, the same car had a major mechanical issue and broke down. Since the new problem was not an electrical issue, I figured I might as well have the car towed to my old go-to mechanic shop. After receiving word I would need to spend a much larger sum than I anticipated to get the car running, I had it towed to All Points. Eddie was able to quickly and accurately diagnose the problem that required a much less involved--and much less expensive--repair. I cant thank Eddie and the rest of his mechanics enough for finally fixing a long time issue Ive had with the radiator cooling fan wiring harness on a 1996 Dodge Viper GTS.Long story short, this is a common problem on the car due to an poorly devised recall on part of Chrysler.That said, the car had been to three different performance shops and even self proclaimed Viper Experts only for the relays and wiring to continue burning up after a few months of driving.Eddie thoroughly explained the root causes of the problem after carefully diagnosing the problem. The previous wiring was spliced too closely to the connector pins of the relays and done poorly causing resistance, as well as the fact that the old connector pins that were burned up had been reused. The inline fuse connector that the old shop used was also designed for use on audio systems and not made to withstand constant high amp draw or be constantly exposed to the high heat under the engine bay.I can tell driving the car around that the fan is running quieter now that it isnt overdrawing power due to any resistance issues. They also checked the temperature of all of the wiring to ensure it wasnt overdrawing power.

Hands down the best. Eddie really knows what he is doing. His shop has always been honest and fair in its dealings with me these past five years. I recommend his shop unconditionally.
