(Attached pics for same).Craft section has nice Buddha and other statues and is nice for decoration. #HappyShopping

While I enjoy the vast selection, the store organization leaves a lot to be desired. Some sections just look like they were casually taken out of the box and placed where ever there was room. The prices are fair, which offsets the lack luster shopping experience. There are a lot of vegetarian food options, which is always a plus.

This place has good variety of Asian products. But man, they can do more with better organization and price tagging. If youre not sure about product price, dont hesitate to take all to the cashier and have them price-checked before you decide to buy it.A lot of time the prices shown are different than what is shown on the register. And doesnt matter how much you argue, they will not give you the price shown on the floor.Be careful!

One of the largest Asian markets in Austin. They got pretty much almost of pan-asian and other Asian produces and merchandises. Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Filipino and American all you find here. Great meats, fishes, seafood and other vegetables and herbs. Snack and soda and sweet drinks also can be found here. Come by and check it out yourself with friends and family. There is a restaurant with hot foods and drinks. The location is convenient and it has a huge parking lot.

An extremely sizable and comprehensive Asian market that will cover more than a majority of your needs with peak authenticity. Ranging with delicacies and ingredients from most corners of Asia, theres not much you cant find here, and for a reasonable price, including seasonal options (like moon cakes during mid autumn festival) and meals and items prepped on-site. This is our go-to store to make a trip out to when we want to cook Asian! All aisle labels are bilingually listed, though its worth noting that many products packagings are still in their original language, so make sure you know how to identify what you need. It can also be difficult to find a specific item youre looking for, as some of the organizational choices for where things are can be confusing. That said, their produce and meat options are especially of high quality and for an excellent price, even over your conventional grocer! Youll also find all sorts of great cook- and tableware to accompany it all.Just make sure to bring your own bags, boxes, etc, as they do not provide anything at the register!

I love the selection of MT. Its a huge store. The prices seem good. My only complaint is that it can be difficult for me to find things (and because the store is so big I end up spending a lot of time walking all over, searching). Maybe if I shopped there more often it would be easier for me.

It also has a fresh meat counter, plus fresh seafood. Rice steamers and everything you need to make an Asian dish. If they dont have a certain item, they can order it for you. They also have fresh prepared foods daily. On Saturdays I love to go and get the sesame seed balls with a coconut inside. Yummy.

The store is not nearly as nice as Ranch 99 or HMart. Seafood section smells and fish tanks look not so clean. While this wont be helpful for most, this is specialized info that will be helpful to some. They have some great vegan mock meats in the center freezers in the very center of the store. Theyre surprisingly good with a good choice. The drumsticks are actually really good and they even have mock shrimp, unagi, and a good amount of other stuff. Just be careful because some of the stuff does have egg and is vegetarian but theres a really good amount of vegan options

I love MT Supermarket. So huge and full of all Asian and Southeast Asian selections. They also have a section for rice cookers, asian knick knacks, and asian kitchen items such as pots, pans, plates, steamers, etc. This place is where all Asian Moms take their Asian daughters to go on little shopping sprees when they come to town like all Asian Moms should. And this place is also wonderful when you take your boyfriend or husband to take you to buy all the Asian foods. From nostalgic candies and teas to things you need to make at home as an Asian adult living in Austin. Yum yum yum!

I really love going to this store. They have so many different asian foods, cooking supplies and vegetables that cannot normally be found in local stores. The vegetables are seasonal so a person needs to learn what to cook and when. They have an extensive live fish market, meat market and they have a pharmacist available for Eastern medical treatment. Take your bags to put your groceries in or grab some empty boxes. I can kill several hours in this store. The fun part is talking with other customers that will share how to use all of the items I want to try.

I opened a NEW bag of rice and it had insects crawling all over the rice. A lot of them, in the whole bag. I called the store and they said no refunds. I then said i will call the health department and report them as this was very unhygienic and thats when they said i’ll need to bring my reciept and they’ll consider a refund. I don’t keep reciepts as I don’t usually have a problem with their products. I wanted to talk to the manager but she was busy. I don’t quite trust that she’s busy. Any other store or manager would take this very seriously and speak to a customer whose food is contaminated. But this store obviously only care about making money and not the hygeine of food or customer’s health.
