Anyone who is looking to get artificial turf needs to work with Magnolia Turf. Lance did an amazing job from the very beginning to the final walk thru.I will admit I was a little nervous at first using Magnolia since I didnt find to many reviews, but Lances professionalism and his knowledge of the process put my mind at ease.Lance was very professional throughout the whole process. He walked me through everything that needed to be done and prepped ahead of time. His crew was on time and worked with us on everything that needed to be done.As they say pictures are worth a thousand words. Please look at the photos of the completed project. AMAZING!!!It turned out so good, that I am adding another section to the yard.This by far was a painless process and Lance and his team where less than the other 3 quotes I received by a good amount.I highly recommend Magnolia Turf and Lance. Our shaded yard wouldnt grow grass and was basically a mud pit when it rained. We tried sodding, updating our irrigation system, and laying seed but nothing kept. With a toddler and another on the way it was important to us that we have a backyard we could enjoy. A friend used this company for her backyard and after seeing pictures, I couldnt believe it was artificial grass. After much research we decided to go forward. We couldnt be happier with the results. Lance and Jaime were very personable and professional. The project was finished way sooner than I expected and the results were stunning. We love it because its low/no maintenance, our dogs and toddler enjoy it, I dont have to worry about bugs, it saves us money on water usage, it comes eith a great warranty, and it looks incredible. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

Lance from Magnolia and his team were fantastic! Before this project this area of my yard went almost completely unused and was a hassle to mow. I wanted to turn a practically unused part of my yard into a zero scape golfing/sports escape for me and my family and Lance executed my vision perfectly (and then some). Lance and his team made the putting green surprisingly challenging given I only had room for an 18x24 green. He even added some double breaks, and the green runs just like a high end golf course. He also ensured we have plenty of chipping area completely around the green. The side yard is equally as nice, and my kids now use it for all sports. I installed a net at the end for soccer, baseball, and for a mini driving range)... It feels like I just added a high end 1000 square foot play room to our home but yet it is completely outdoors, and requires zero upkeep for decades... He was extremely punctual, professional and kept well within my budget (no surprises).. Thank you Lance!

Fantastic experience. I got 2 quotes/ bids for my small project. They were within $100 of each other. I chose Magnolia 1. Because I found Lance to be professional but not a salesperson and 2. I liked his product better.I did a poor job preparing the edging for the “grass” installation and his guys tidied up my attempted right angles creating a neater look, amongst other things, before they did the work that actually I hired them to do. I would say that they went above and beyond my expectations.They cleaned up every spec of dust that was created on their way out including the sideway leading to my patio lawn.I wasn’t expecting to have to pay cash or write a check. No credit cards.UPDATE 5/3/2021Still working out great!Easy to pick up poop. Have never smelled pee coming from the ‘grass.’ It hasn’t stayed a beautiful green because there are trees above it and it is hard to get any dirt out despite using a water jet thing and a leaf blower. It’s relatively easy to sweep the leaves up. I really wish it were the fresh green but that’s what happens in real life. I still highly recommend.

Highly highly recommend Magnolia Turf company! I shopped around quite a bit for a artificial turf company to use and requested estimates. When I received Magnolias quote I was a little skeptical as it was extremely affordable relative to the other offer I was seeing. After meeting with Lance to go over the project, all my concerns were put to rest and I was very confident my yard would be in good hands. Scheduling was easy, and the project took just a day to complete. I couldnt be happier with the end result. Everyone looks better then I anticipated. I cannot say enough positives about our experience with Lance and team at Magnolia Turf Company. From the first meeting in an empty backyard five months ago to discuss what the turf would look like around our pool, until the project was completed five weeks ago, Lance was constantly in communication with me, keeping me in the loop on what to expect, when to expect it, and how much to expect it to cost, and you know what, it cost exactly that, and no more. And he’s a really nice guy, and just easy to work with too, and that makes all the difference in the world, esp in a world when you have to beg folks to return your calls sometimes. All in all, if you need to lay down artificial turf in a small space or in a medium space like we did, call Magnolia first, and then don’t call anyone else. Working with Lance Ingram at Magnolia Turf Company was a pleasure. He responded to my request for an estimate quickly by coming to my home to look at the project site the next day. He brought turf samples, and clearly explained the various products and the installation process. Once I signed the contract, I was given an install date. When rain made the initial install date a problem, Lance contacted me and set up an alternate. He called me to let me know his crew would be on site on the morning of the installation. The actual work done by the crew was excellent. They sought input from me on one item and were diligent. The day after installation, Lance and I did a walk through to insure I was happy with the project. I am extremely pleased with Magnolia Turf Company, the professionalism of Lance Ingram and his crew and of course the final result. In addition my two dogs really enjoy the new turf. Lance and his team did an excellent job on our yard. We were out of town during installation and came home to the perfect yard. They handled everything in the time frame they promised. The turf enables us to use every inch of our yard. Before it was shaded, muddy and buggy and now it is like a big outdoor playground for my kids and dog. It is beautiful to look at and play on - would highly recommend them for your yard.

Lance and his team did a great job with our backyard, about 2000 sq ft project, he had the yard scraped, granite and weed barrier down, then the artificial turf done, all in less than 2 days of work. I rarely write reviews but weve been so satisfied I feel compelled to do so. We recently moved to Austin from the east coast where we had a beautiful lawn- friends would comment as to how obsessive I was over it, and that it looked like a putting green. For the past several months since being in Austin what we found was that no matter how much we fussed over the watering, fertilizing, spraying, etc it just didnt look that good and it was quite expensive to maintain as well. A couple of friends suggested artificial turf and, quite frankly, the notion that I would even remotely consider it was unthinkable for me. However, just out of curiosity I did a little research and was completely unimpressed- and then I happened to come upon Magnolia. I met with Lance Ingram and boy was he professional. Answered every one of my questions and I had alot of them. What put me over the top was reviewing his samples and I was absolutely struck as to how realistic his product is to what I was used to. His pricing was extremely reasonable and so we proceeded. His crew arrived exactly on time and they were incredibly respectful of our property, took their time, obviously take alot of pride in their work. The finished product is beyond what I had anticipated. The best part was being able to call up the contractor and cancel the lawn maintenance. I went with Magnolia Turf because of Lance (and the competitive price!). He met with me over a year before I was able to execute on our project and stuck with us as we got to the point we could come back and get a detailed quote for the space we had.He’s very personable and professional and was never pushy or too “salesy” which I liked. We had a 1200 sqft space for a pet turf lawn adjacent to a 450 sqft putting green to sit behind our new pool. While I had a clear design in mind Lance got it immediately and made it happen exactly as I’d envisioned. But he’s equally capable of helping you with ideas for your space given his experience. Jaime and his crew were very hard working, thorough and cleaned up well after the job was done.
