Beyond fair. I emailed Saddle Rock a few days ago about selling some guns, hoping to get $2K for them. Jackson called and we talked about the guns, and then he mentioned that the fair value for the guns was $2200. Who does this, these days? Saddle Rock does. I brought the guns in and was impressed by their professionalism. These guys really do deserve all of the high ratings theyve received.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff.I walked in for a gunsmith repair and an FFL transfer, Jackson checked and improved my tool free of charge then guided me through the FFL transfer. That was my second time in the store and both times have been the best experience Ive had in a gun store ever. Theyve definitely won my loyalty.HIGHLY recommend.

Staff was helpful and friendly, however they were not wearing masks despite the town/state order. Given that we’re in the middle of a pandemic and cases in Texas are rising as I’m posting this, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere even if I have to shell out a few extra bucks for my ffl transfer. Mask up, people.

I havent bought anything yet but I went in to check it out and meet the people there/ask some questions.Staff was super chill and very helpful.

Fast service. Competitive prices. Not a fan of them keeping the shipping boxes from a couple of my transfers. Got a transfer in the soft case that I ordered with it instead of receiving it in original packaging. This makes any RMAs more difficult as another box has to be sourced. Losing the unboxing experience was a detractor.

Outstanding customer service and best prices! Purchased my first firearm here after going to about 8 other shops. They informed and steered us in the right direction as to what to look for in a 1st gun. Recommended my wife and I shoot at Shady oaks ( which is a great shooting range) first instead of just trying to make a sale. Went back 3 days later. They are good at what they do and make it a chill experience.

Nice gun shop. Very easy to talk to all the employees. My wife talked to Stacey and from what she told me she was very helpful. Wish there were more women like Stacey in gun shops to give women who are interested in guns or defence carry good information. Keep up the good work.

Finally stopped in and was greeted with a nice friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff. I would recommend this place to anyone. Ended up leaving with a gift for myself.

Sadly I have to give 1 star because after filing up my paperwork, and even being called twice by them indicating that there were delays on background checks, all my paperwork disappeared. Yeah, so I basically wasted over 2 weeks in order to purchase the products but this place cares so much about customers that even physical forms are lost. Dont recommend this at all, very frustrated.

I have purchased numerous pistols and now a couple of rifles from SRA and every occasion to interact with the friendly and knowledgeable staff, Hunter, Stacy, Mark, Matt and Chase (deployed, return Fall of 18), has been friendly, accommodating and informative.If you are a collector or novice, SRA can work with you either meet your needs now or prepare you to select your purchase with confidence in the near future.Several times I went to other retailers price shopping because I knew exactly what I wanted and came to SRA to do my final purchase and discovered their tag price was as good as the best online without the transfer fees or they beat a local big box store (Academy Sports) as a matter of regular business. The prices may be very competitive, but the service, advice and friendship makes any purchase from SRA the premium gun and accessories buying experience.

Did an FFL transfer after buying a gun online. Price is the lowest in the area, instructions on their site are great, staff is fantastic, and i was in and out in minutes.

Bought an ar15-22 for cheaper than anyone around the austin area and great customer service. Will be my first call for all of my future gun purchases.
