Needs better selection of snacks.

Everything is okay about the store except the hours for this store needs to be fixed immediately please?This is falsely advertised for it being open 24 hours.Yall close at 12am but why I dont know,so if you could please have this looked at A.S.A.P?Thank YouSincerely,From Your Usual Customer

Well lit Convinece store. Coffees , soft drinks , snacks lot of varieties. Clean restroom and the best thing is Cash and credit price same for gas . Excellent in Customers Service and 5 star’s ***** whom so ever decorate

I have never experienced a BP, as wonderful as this one. Crystal and Maddy are 2 of the best people you could ever meet. They went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. They are the best. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Wow. I read the other reviews and double-checked to make sure I was at the same business. CS was above average. Place was clean ( including the bathroom ). Pumps worked fine. They even had towels for the squeegee to clean the windshield.

Filled up my gas tank and went to buy a cup of coffee. The Counter Assistant lady asked me if I was a veteran and I said yes. She told me for veterans coffee is free of charge. I thought this was very thoughtful of BP. I never ask anything for free because I’m a veteran. Little compliments like this really makes me happy. Thank you staff and Bp for making our veterans special.

I stopped by Bp gas station rite Next to welstar on East west connector to get gas & play some lottery , I accidentally tossed my car keys in the trash before I entered the store while cleaning car. By the time I realized this the trash had been collected and dumped by Cleaning lady , I informed this to the Active Manager or Owner i really dont know But he immediately went to the dumpster and went through about 6-7 bags of trash until he found my keys. Dark, it the rain. Thanks again BP to hire this kind of employees. Customer service went above and beyond.

This BP is completely remodeled now It is in a very busy location, especially at rush hour in the evening. The parking can sometimes be a pain with the way the lot gets crowded; and of course watch out for those Atlanta drivers in the parking lot.I use to stop at this store a couple of times a week on my commute home to grab a soda or some lottery tickets. The store is really nice and clean and the staff is also very friendly.

Amazing improvement from years past.I always hated going to this BP but the management has shifted, they were very accommodating and polite. We will be back!

They have a new young lady names lexi working and she is the best her smile and customer service is out standing and as long she’s there they will continue to get my business their last employees where very rude

Now This is 5 star gas station by every definition!I have been going since here since i first learned to drive . They were just okay before & now the new owner or new mangement just make this Amazing with wonderful service . I stop here for gas and get in to get some snacks and i was shocked to see from inside . Ealrier there is a lady who always sounds so rude but now the staff is friendly and FAST . Love to visit here & for sure i am coming back 🤗

The first time I went to this gas station was back in June of 2017. I used the gift card that I had gotten and unknowingly removed the nozzle from the gas pump and tried my gift card as payment and after two times of trying to pay, it denied my payment. The owner of the store comes outside shouting at me across the parking area, YOU HAVE TO PUT THE NOZZLE UP IN ORDER TO PAY. I had to get into this guys face to ask what he had said to me and check to see if I was day dreaming if this guy just screamed at me. I went on and shrugged it off, went through with what he had told me and got my gas. I will NEVER buy gas from this gas station EVER again. I have worked in the retail business for several years and this is the worst customer service I have EVER received from someone in retail.

I have used this BP station twice and twice I have been disappointed by RUDE clerks. I prefer BP gas. Its premium formula performs very well in my vehicle. The first time I visited a male clerk got frustrated with a patron who politely questioned him about the pump not starting after hed paid. Hed tried numerous times and it would not work. As the customer went back outside to try the pump for a third or fourth time the clerk made a disparaging racist remark. I was shocked! That was several months ago - perhaps six or seven. Although this is the closest BP to my house I have bypassed it ever since because of that one bad experience.Today I went back thinking I would give this establishment another chance. Today is after all the beginning of a new year. And considering the high rate of turnover in the convenience retail industry I thought certainly that rude clerk had probably moved on to a new job. He was not there but a female clerk who was equally horrific was there in his place. She wouldnt suspend or end her personal phone call to properly ring up my items and input my gas selection. When the card terminal malfunctioned she rudely and inaccurately accused me of making the wrong selection on the device. She accused me of canceling the transaction when the terminal never gave me such an option. Again - she couldnt be bothered enough to stop her phone call and actually pay attention to what was going on. I calmly told her, Nevermind. Ill go elsewhere. My new years resolution for 2016: No more 2nd or 3rd chances for this establishment! They are beyond terrible!

Despicable treatment of a customer while he was using the restroom. Unbelievable and very disappointing. Public humiliation by an aggressive clerk and poor customer service is what youll find when visiting this gas station.

I was verbally accosted by the clerk at this store. I made an in store purchase along with $10 in gas. I asked the clerk to confirm the pump number I gave him at the counter while pointing at my vehicle. The entire time he is wearing head phones just nodding his head repeatedly not saying any words. I had my 5 year old with me who need to use the restroom I asked the clerk if they had one he nodded yes and pointed to the back of the store. After using the restroom and thanking the clerk to once again receive a nod of approval I get to my pump and it reads $8. So I get my son back out of the car and go in and begin to ask the clerk he yells over the other customers he is serving and says What kind of Gas? I said.. Im on pump 10. He said I did not ask you that what kind of gas you want lady? I said ahhh regular. He said ok go its on there. I did not understand why he was being so aggressive but I just shrugged it off and headed back to my car. I get there and once again it reads $8. At this point I dont know whats going on.. I get my son back out of the car seat and go back into the store as I open the door he puts his arm over the customers shoulder with a $10 bill handing in his hand. the customer moves aside as the clerk begins to address me aggressively stating I do not believe we have gas for you. There is no more gas here that you can get. I said WHAT? He said you are a trouble maker and then got very loud shouting If you do not believe it is on there we can not help you! I said so none of these pumps work? He stated NO not for you take your money and GO. Cant you see the way you are behaving and you have your son with you. As I picked my jaw up from the floor I said I cant believe anyone gives you business then I walked out. May I also say I live down the hill & across the street. I was on E & needed gas fast & I had never been there before because I always get gas at Kroger. I am still I shock from how I had been treated I can not understand how this man thinks he can scream at me in front of a child, my child, on the store cameras, in front of all those customers and think it was ok. He put his head phones back on like nothing happened. The look in his eyes just looked like he hated women all together it was extremely scary. I honestly believe this man needs serious counseling or therapy. I recommend not bringing a child in that store unless you like your kid asking you why that man was so mean & comparing him to a monster!
