Ive been coming to this FedEx for a couple years now and Ive always had a pleasant experience. Im not sure why theres so many negative reviews but Ive never had a problem with the staff here, always helpful and courteous.Last time I was in, the manager went above and beyond to assist in my unique shipping circumstance. Highly recommend this location for your FedEx shipping needs.

The customer service here is pitiful. Employees stand around speaking poorly about other customers while guests in the store wait to be taken care of. I needed to print a document and when I was ready to do so, the woman who was helping me at the beginning ignored me for several minutes while she sorted some random items behind the counter. She never even looked up to acknowledge me standing there and instead continued gossiping to other employees who were also unhelpful until I made it clear I was ready to check out. This staff was rude, unprofessional and I will not be coming back to this location. If you want friendly/prompt service don’t come here.

Cannot say enough positive things about Josh! He is phenomenal. We’ve had several very large print orders for both personal and business needs and he consistently delivers quality. Many of our orders have been extremely particular with cropping, sizing, materials, files, and timeframes and he manages to keep it all straight! His attention to detail has made this location our preferred FedEx.Line wait times can be long, but when you consider how many orders are made and packages are processed, they are efficient. Try going in the middle of the day or mid-morning to miss the rush. Even when lines are long and people are upset, I have watched consistent customer service be given by the associates at this location. Be patient and thank Josh and the other members of his team for the great job they do!We will be coming back for our next project.

I wanted to highlight the level of care that an employee at this location gave me. His name is Philip and he helped me with printing my resume. Upon finding out it was a resume, his first question was if it was for an outdoor/construction job or more of an office job. He explained that they have waterproof paper that can handle the elements. After choosing a color for mine, he got started on the printing. He is very courteous, has a great attitude, and really did make my experience better.

I have seen a lot of negative reviews on this FedEx but they are just pileups. I had such a positive experience here at this FedEx I have to share. Josh was very patient and helped me with all the things that I needed to do for a project with my middle school kids. I couldnt have asked for better service as a matter of fact I havent had customer service this good in a long time. Give the shop a try you will be surprised at how good these people are at what they do.

I love this place! they are very helpful, sometimes we have to wait in line, but like any business you will have to wait, but they are very quick to answer questions and teach you how to process something. I have brought print jobs to this location a few times, and I have let them go before me, cause I know my job request will take some time. But the guys here are awesome!!!!

Yeah, sometimes you might have to wait a couple minutes, and I completely understand that. (Almost)Every time Ive been here the service has been great.. Every employee has been wonderful.All except April. Every experience with her has been horrible. When I was there this past Saturday, I had a couple of questions about the express shipping.It would be easier to get water from a rock than to get treated with respect from this woman.Now, if she has a mental disability please disregard this, but this lady was unbelievably slow minded.I had to drill this woman to just get an idea about pricing!If I see her there, I will wait or go to another location. Be warned.

Told me my package was too big to ship there was nothing they could do for me, and i needed to go to a ground location that was 35 minutes away. Arrived at the ground location and he informed me there was nothing he could do for me without a shipping label, which I need to get from a fed ex office location. Seems like nobody wants to do their job here. I took the package to UPS and it was shipped in 5 mins. What a waste of half of my day

Unforgettably slow service. If you have ever seen the movie “Zootopia”, this place is slower than the DMV. It is like they are told to work as slow as possible. Please fire everyone in this building with the exception of two individuals who at least know something about FedEx.

Poor experience. Waited over 45 minutes to ship a package with a prepaid label. Solitary staff member ignored a line of customers (including several others who obviously just needed to drop off prepaid packages as well) to edit photos with a noticeably indecisive customer. Second staff member (looked like a manger) appeared after about 20 mins but proceeded to ignore the line of customers as well. Will probably just eat the drive time and go to the Greenwood Village location next time.

I have taken several computer art projects and used their large size color printer with wonderful results. I have also taken some and had them printed on their poster sized matte media with stunning results! They also do lamination for ID cards, business cards, and standard sized 8 1/2 X 11 posters and fliers. Great services and friendly staff.

Use this spot all the time for quick print jobs I can do myself. Went in yesterday and one of the printers was down and the other occupied. A gentleman named Chris was coming from behind the counter he noticed my urgency and asked if I needed anything. Quickly printed out a few copies of what I needed and got me out in less than a few minutes after entering door. Was able to make it where I needed to get document signed just in time thanks to Chris!

Ridiculous. Just bad attitudes, service, and condescension for no reason.All three women working were free when I entered. I waited at the register for a couple minutes before anyone asked me what I needed. However, when someone finally dragged themselves to speak to me, they still treated me as if I just rudely interrupted them. Wouldnt even approach the register completely, kinda met me half way..Before I could even finish telling the woman what I needed, she was interrupting me, telling me that I couldnt do what I needed to because I dont have a flash drive. When all I needed to do was email/fax some documents to myself. I tried patience - I started to explain the simple task that I needed to complete. She interrupts me, even ruder than before, you can buy a flash drive or theres nothing we can do.. Like, I know theres a station where you can do this, lady.

Waited 45 minutes to ship a FedEx envelope, there were only 3 people in front of us. Several employees were wandering around aimlessly instead of assisting customers while we waited. Then FedEx sent us a bill for $140 after we had already paid ($12) in the store. When we looked at the tracking number online it was never even marked as delivered. Absolutely ridiculous, well be sticking with UPS and USPS from now on.UPDATE: Spoke with FedEx customer service this morning and they cancelled the $148 invoice. Was a quick, easy, 5 minute conversation. Apparently the store generated an extra label that was never used but I was billed for anyway. Incompetency at its best. Will not be returning, but Ill find another FedEx location that has their heads on straight.

If I was able to give a zero star rating, trust me it would be there. Woman in the front was rudest customer service rep Ive ever come across. When I first arrived and told her what I needed, I had to repeat myself at least a good 5 times. She was asking for the information and kept mis-entering it so I had to keep repeating that also. When asking about difference in pricing, she had the nerve to roll her eyes, look at ceiling and say, Ooohhh my God! EXCUSE ME??? Isnt that part of your job description and what you get paid for??? I told her I didnt appreciate your attitude and that I would like to speak to a manager. Would you believe that she really had the nerve to tell she doesnt appreciate my attitude and she doesnt care. At this point, Im PISSED and demand a manager. He claimed he would address the issue, but honestly seemed like he could care less. Just avoid this location. This isnt the first time Ive had to deal with their s****y attitudes and service.

Slow and inept, will stand in line for 15 minutes before being acknowledged. Takes a week just to have a shipment taken from delivery truck (local) to be deposited for pickup at this facility. Competition only takes 12-24hrs. Unsatisfactory

This place sucks, I dont know why I keep coming back. Theres almost nobody ever in there but like 3 workers that move as slow as possible! Most of the time the paper is out on the printers. Like today, it said my stuff was sent to another printer(but did not specify where). So I stood in line with 2 people in front of me, one worker was only devoted to helping someone operate a computer and other two were at counter. 20 mins later someone helps me and argues with me that she just filled all the printers with paper. We walk to the printer she makes me redo everything, I asked if it was going to charge me again and she said she would fix it after we were done. Of course when I finished entering info on the screen she pressed a couple buttons and suddenly it has paper!!! But guess what!!?? It prints 10 copies when I only needed 5. When I turned around to let the lady know I only wanted 5 she was no where to be found. There was two people in line and I honestly had no time to wait another 25 mins to be reimbursed 2.50 so I left. Im really not one to complain, and this isnt the first time Ive had problems with this place. Worker was rude as hell, time was way too long of a wait for little amount of customers and something always goes wrong with printing. Dont waste your time or money and go somewhere else!!!

The staff doesnt help and is really rude. I went there to print pictures for my mothers funeral and it got to 90% complete and then said there was an issue and to ask for assistance. When I went to ask for help the lady saw me and then walked away and then finally came back and rudely asked, Whats the problem? I just told her there was an issue with my station and then she said she had no idea how to change the paper so I was waiting for 15 minutes while she tried to figure it out! I will never go back there again!

After printing my images in the wrong size I was told it was my own fault for not requesting the oversized printer be used. When I placed my request I specified nothing shall be altered and the sizes will stay the same and was given no stipulations. Supposedly to appease me, they reprinted my order on the oversized printer but this time using what looks like ____ receipt paper. I just paid $140 for decorative confetti. These are art prints and are my source of income. If you want real prints made goto a specified print maker. The prices will be around the same and the quality will be REAL. Maybe some customer service too. Either way the people at this particular store are rude, unwelcoming and apparently dont care how much something costs, they will still half ____ it.

In the US, books published before 1964 had to get their copyrights renewed at the Library of Congress Copyright Office in their 28th year, or theyd fall into the public domain. Mine was copyrighted on 1950 and not renewed, because why would you. So it is in public domain since 1978 and no longer an infringement, you rude little girl! If I could give 0 stars I would, or negative. Now you can go back and talk with your friends. You just lost FEDEX the money for your salary today. Maybe soon you wont have to worry about a salary.

Will not use this location again!! Tried to ship a guitar back to the place I bought it in the same package it was shipped to me in. It even had the old fedex label on the box. The see you next Tuesday behind the counter told me it couldnt be shipped unless I go buy a hard case and took the strings off it... Apparently atmospheric pressures will bend the neck enough to snap the strings!!! Could all you stupid people please stop reproducing!!

Apsalulty the worse service ever first I get told I cant ship in My box it has to be there box then she trys to sell me 20 doller box thats way to big. Then she says we fill it with stuffing its an extra 10 dollers. I buy thier box a way smaller on for 2 then tell her to let me pay for just the box Ill get my own filling out of the car. She said you cant do that it has to be our filling. Please save your self the hard ack go to ups. Its were I had to go after a hour of arguing with the woman.

This was a bad experience. I made it into the store 15 min before closing which should have been plenty of time to make copies from the machine. The machine malfunctioned and took 15 min to tell me it wasnt working, then my card with my money wouldnt come out of the machine and the guy was telling me i had to come back tomorrow. I told him i needed the copies today and if he would refund me the amount of the card or issue a new one so i can go to a 24 hour store and use it. he apparently called his manager who told him to kick me out theres nothing they could do, the guy actually gave me 10 of the dollars that was on the card back to me but the balance is still due, and the way it was treated was very sketchy. I walked out feeling kind of sorry for the worker because he seemed actually fearful for his job but also a little angry how he handled in rushing i dont care attitude. Im even more disappointed in management for not being able to fix the problem and issue me a refund or another card....

Customer service is sloooooow. They chat with customers (or friends??), casually while making actual paying customers wait and wait in line. They seem to be incompetent, as they ask each other questions back and forth about how to ship, what box to use, etc, and none of the employees seems to know!They also dont ship standard mail apparently, cant be bothered with it. Walked inside the store and no one greeted us. One employee was busy playing on his cellphone the whole time and didnt even look up or acknowledge the fact that he had customers in his store. Low level customer service, shipments always get separated, delays in wait time at the counter can be up to 20 minutes at times. This location hasnt improved entirely in last year and 1 month into 2015. Outrageous negative customer service coming directly from the manager. Never using that location again.
