Truck rental $19.95 plus mileage. I drove about 20. Bill should have been about $40. They charged me $91 on my final bill. Make sure you watch your final charges on your card to make sure they gave you the best price.To start, my truck wasnt ready for me when I picked it up. When they rang me up the price was much higher than quoted online but they said its part of the best rate guarantee and when I brought it back it would be adjusted based on the best price. The final charge on my card was double what it should have been. The truck was 19.95 plus about 20 miles. Thats about $40 not the $91 I was charged. When you call them you get the reservation line. The lady said it looked like they never corrected price. It feels intentional like they did that and hoped I wouldnt notice. She said the store will call me back shortly. Im still waiting for that call. Ill be stopping in there later today if I dont hear from them.

First of all...BE CAREFUL with this location..they will charge your card for charges they should not be and then dont even realize i just caught them in a lie. They charged me for fuel and mileage then the manager states he can refund me for the gas only because the picture shows i did bring it back to where i left with it..thats shady business ..just goes to show they charged me for mileage i did not use!! I have used a gas station location before no issues..i come to the actual store to rent and its a shady experience !

Very helpful and informative staff. The owner Bob, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Quick in and out. The truck was very clean and drove smooth. Definitely will return to this place for future needs. 👍🏼

After a long day of dealing with an independent uhaul dealer, I was lucky to find this location. Bob was awesome. he assisted me in every way possible to get me checked-in and on my way. After dealing with an independent dealer that does uhaul rentals as a side income I will no longer rent from places like that. If you want great service and a friendly group of people to deal with this is your location! Thank you Bob and the team, from you FL customer.

Great customer service from Matthew and David. I rent a trailer about once a week for work. They get us in and out pretty quick to start our day. Trailer drop off is easy and quick as well.

I was very happy bringing my new truck to this location. I needed a hitch installed and scheduled an appointment the week before. I arrived on time and they finished the installation within a couple hours. The people were nice and helpful and the service was top notch. They also treated my vehicle with care and respect when installing the parts. I highly suggest this location if you need to install a hitch onto your vehicle!

Just wondering why my card was double charged and they will not answer the phone then they never emailed me a receipt..

First time renting a uhaul and the young lady Lakeisha ( I hope I spelled it right ) was super nice and made it a breeze , thank you so much to her for the easy process & explaining how it works. Definitely will be renting again & highly recommend. My mom and dad were so happy !!! And made it easy for me :) . Once again thank you to the beautiful employee for going above and beyond on the costumer service.

Amazing Customer Service!I had an exhausting move over the weekend and Brandon was especially helpful with dropping my rental back off, made the end of my move quite relieving!I had my daughter with me; most people tend to watch me juggling carrying her in her car seat with my purse and everything else, however Brandon didnt even hesitate to help me carry her car seat base and offered to help carrying anything else. I really appreciate it!Ill definitely be back for my rental needs during the summer ^_^

The guy working was very calm and friendly. I just think that U-Haul didn’t provide enough staff for a Saturday morning. I’ve been in line now for 45 minutes and only two people have gotten their truck/trailer. There are still three people ahead of me. I may have to order lunch.

I was happy when I decided to rent a box truck for just one day to move out from Gretna, NE to AURORA, IL! I knew that those trucks are 20$+0,60$ / mile and drop off fee in another state . Just came there to rent it and they charged me about 765$ all taxes which exists in the world and all kind of insurance. I got mad on all the charges and those trucks consumptions are 7,4mpg it was extra 200$ one way trip!

Only place I’ll buy moving supplies. Dave and Raphael were so helpful and didn’t try to sell me more then I needed. Helped me with the loading of supplies in my car and also listened to what I needed . I’ve rented trucks from here and I’ll drive from Geneva for the service.

I was in need of a new connector for my trailer lights so I stopped in to Aurora U-Haul. Brandon was very helpful and was able to provide me with a cost effective solution that he installed in less than 10 minutes. I was very happy with my experience and the level of service received.

WOW. I am totally impressed. Made reservations in advance. Drove into the place last Sunday and was out with the trailer within 10 minutes. Two guys helped me connect the trailer, checked it out and away I went. Keep up the good work.

Nobody here is wearing a mask. Ive been to this store several times and they never wear a mask. Why does Uhaul allow this? Beware of the corona zombies at this store.

Worst customer service me and my wife rented a truck they never explained that there’s a fee if we drop off after hours they rented us a truck that was messed up the steering wheel was at a 90 degree angle while driving straight they shouldn’t have rented it in that condition none of the workers were wearing a mask going into the location I been calling there number and the 1800 go Uhaul number all morning to get a hold of someone about the unsafe equipment rental and still no answer

Phoned twice on 7/31/17 to request hitch order and installation. Was told all would be ready on 8/7/17. When I arrived at proper time I was told by manager that there were no parts ordered and there was no one there to install the parts if the parts had been there. I waited a week for nothing. This is not poor service, it is no service at all.

Location was great and clean, friendly staff, but UHaul itself couldnt care less about its customers. Rent equipment, show places where equipment is available, then you chose a place and it shoots you an email an hour later saying its actually not available there either and makes you pick it up and drop it off an hour away from your originally choice. BS

Got a message from these guys, when Id scheduled well in advance, that theyd moved my rental out nearly 8 hours.First, if you do not have a truck available at the time I need it, DONT LET ME RESERVE IT. Second, if you moronically do this, dont lie to me so that I think I have a truck until nearly the last minute. Seriously, 2 days before my move?! Do you know how hard it is to get a moving truck on such short notice?! I would have been willing to pay a bit more to get past this. Thanks to your complete lack of professionalism, I did, except it wasnt with your company - nor will it ever be, ever again. Fortunately, I was able to find a truck elsewhere.Looking at other reviews of your company, I see this is a common issue too. Its also quite cute that only someone with a completed contract can post reviews on your actual website. That means the people like me who are unwilling to put up with your crap cant let people know about it without suffering from it.This is going on every other venue I can find though.

My husband went in to reserve a truck. 3 people were working 2 woman and a man. The guy was already outside and when my husband went in the 2 ladies that were inside went outside leaving him in there alone saying nothing to him. He waited awhile and when nobody came to help he went out to find the 2 women smoking and didnt even bother to help my husband. Crappy service and to get in and out of there is a pain in the neck. Wont ever go there again. Not worth your aggravation.

Terrible customer service and lying on top of it. Since the moment I rented the truck to renting the storage these guys have tried and tried to over charge. Then when I call to question, they put me on hold and make me wait 28 min only to hang up. I call back and they dont even put me on hold correctly and I hear them laughing saying, shell eventually hang up. Awesome!! I dont recommend this place unless you want to get over charged or gain nice headaches. Horrible!!!!!

Good rental place. Always very busy when I go there. Which usually means a line.

Cant even get through to the place on the phone. Called their local number and I keep getting transferred to their regional office. Will take my business elsewhere!

These people will change your reservation and boot you somewhere to another town because they have a customer in front of them so they will screw you even though you paid in advance for your equipment to be there at a certain time. Then they will lie to your face and say no no you rented it in oh say Montgomery and you love two blocks from the lake street location. But since your white and the customer in front of the man is Hispanic they boot you to Montgomery!

Nice clean facility with plenty of parking and a nice layout.

DO NOT TRUST. If I could give them less stars than this, I would. Their shop is so disorganized that they are constantly rescheduling my appointment, without notification prior to the appointment (I live 20 minutes away) and for a new day/time that was NEVER discussed (as if my entire schedule is open for them). Dont rely on this location for U-haul, especially not for something as complicated as a hitch installation.

They were efficient and competent. After hours returns are available.

Set up a reservation for a tow dolly for one, was told it would be available. Arrived and told it was damaged and couldnt be rented. Spent 30+minutes with customer service you find out it was incorrectly marked on system and was fixed but a local dolly. Customer service did not do anything to remedy situation or dissatisfaction.

Used them for years without any problems

They gave me a smaller truck than I needed, and marked the fuel level wrong, so Im being over charged. The truck was in terrible shape. That among a long list of other issues with U-Haul. Im never renting another U-Haul again.
