I had an amazing experience with Debbie. I needed to downgrade my storage unit and she made the transition easy for me. She went over and beyond for me by not only being able to transfer me to another unit, but she was able to vacate my previous rental transition everything over within literally minutes. She also took her time explaining the new terms and conditions to me as it related to cost breakdown. Thank you Debbie for your providing customer service excellence and working well under pressure, especially since I was trying to avoid paying for 2 unit spaces and needed to transfer same day. You made that happen for me and I thank you much!

Debbie & Jenapher - These ladies had my back on multiple occasions. Big thanks to Jenapher especially, I had lost my keys around the time I was going to vacate, I missed the date to cut the lock and she notified me of the district manager who was on her way to stop by to do it for meShe and stuck around and waited with me at the store during a time she was busy and under some stress from work. It will not go unappreciated. Thank you guys!

This place is just a joke at this point. We upgraded to a larger unit- there was a special online that we could switch and not pay a new startup fee. The website wasn’t working so we called and The lady would not honor the deal that was being offered online. We asked politely if she could just waive it since she said she is a manager and she declined. It’s not our fault the website was down so she should have been able to do it. On top of it, everytime we go they do not have hand carts to help roll big items. A sign says “carts available for your convenience” but there is only ONE. you have to check it from the front office, during business hours!!! What if there are 5 people there?! We can’t share one. Get more and have them available to check out. Then she had the audacity to tell me I could rent a cart from a Uhaul down the road. I am paying for storage HERE, Why should I be further inconvenienced to go somewhere else? I will keep my storage there for now but I am looking elsewhere because this is just ridiculous. I’ll be telling my friends in the area to be sure not to go here either.

Mikey did a superb job taking lots of time to go over units and details with me. Highly recommended.

New customer here, east set up online with contactless rental. Easy to navigate but I suggest doing it on a laptop. When I came in to check out my unit my access code wasnt working but Mike helped me out real quick when my access code wasnt registering and got me in easily.

I was able to not only reserve, but contract and pay for storage space online. The user friendly website lets you do everything. Even set up auto pay. As soon as I completed the documents the facility manager, Steve, phoned to see if I had additional questions or needed more information. WOW! Not often you receive customer service of that caliber. I went to the facility and Steve gave me a tour, showed me the space I rented and answered numerous questions. Im feeling very good about this transaction and renting at this specific facility. Rates are SO much better than Denver.

I really like this place so neat and organized. Steven was very helpful, aside from saving me a few bucks, he answered every question I had even the ones I couldn’t think of since it is the first time I use a storage unit, made it super easy and understandable for me, provided excellent customer service. Once I actually got to the facility I felt like I knew what I was doing thanks to such great instructions with gate code access and unit safety and locking up. Place is super clean and feels very secure.

There was a manager by the name of Mel who helped me so much and made my experience so much easier. He even went far and beyond to call me and make sure everything was good. He also walked me through the agreements. He was awesome and polite as well as very patient.

I definitely recommend Extra Space Storage! Clean, climate controlled and the staff, Josh and Steven, went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and taken care of. I’ll never use Public Storage again.

Mike was a great deal of help today when I showed up to the facility because I couldn’t get up to my unit and he got me plus others that I saw to there unit. I guess they just installed a keypad for the elevator and nobody’s code was working except for Mike’s. Thanks for the help Mike.

This place is a hidden gem! I have to admit that storage had me a little nervous in the first place, but as soon as I talked to the manager, Steve, my mind was at ease! Great place. From the second you walk in. First second I walked in I was greeted. Best of all it was a real person that was there. Not a kiosk or some automated phone system that takes forever to get to talk to someone on the phone but a person waiting to help me out. I was able to get my stuff moved in that day. Clean place with great prices. Glad I found them to help me store my stuff!

I would give 100 ⭐s to Steven and Jessica at this location.. not only are they great at what they do but they go that extra mile for the customers.... any time I had a issue with when I was gonna be able to pay my bill they always worked with me...Ive had a unit here about a year now and they became a part of my family all the way to the point where I make sure I stop by the office a couple times every month just to hang out and talk for 45 mins to a hour to keep that friendship that you can see means a lot to them to have with all of their customers..Ive had a ton of storage units at many different locations and I highly recommend only going to this location and talking to my friends Steven and Jessica.

Public Storage has great temperature controlled units and I feel that my items are kept safe there.

This is the only place you want to store your goods. Steve and his staff are all first rate. The facility is clean, climate controlled and extremely secure. I only hear YES every time I needed to make a change in my storage needs.Visit here for all your storage needs.
