You have always shortages on your items. It has been the same before covid and after covid.

They have Sage Tea, not easy to find at most stores. Here is to more peaceful sleep, the check out guy was very nice along with the young lady who was stocking the shelves

I have never been to a Natural Grocers, this was the first time for me. I needed to go here for supplements that I definitely found easily here. I was really impressed with the selection. I think they have it all really, holy moly! The staff was amazing, place was clean. I will definitely be stopping in again. Thanks guys!

Fully stocked and clean. Ill stop by this Natural Grocers to pick up one of my favorites Derma e. I knew Sprouts carried this but I was unaware Natural Grocers dead as well. Walking all the Isles noticed everything was well stocked and presented. The staff was helpful and I was able to find everything I needed. All natural everything and great fresh produce its all a natural Nut could ask for. Thank you Natural Grocers team for an excellent experience.

This store is fantastic. We have been doing nearly all of our grocery shopping here over the last couple of years. Everyone is always very friendly at this location. We love natural grocers in general for their exclusively organic produce and clean ingredients. Also love that they dont have plastic bags. I hope they never change!

This place has a lot of fun specialty foods and spices. The produce is so fresh it almost looks fake compared to whats at the regular supermarkets.

Today, I purchased a variety of items and afterwards, about 4 hrs. later, I opened my Tilvee moisturizer and was surprised to find it half full. It was unfortunate that the only time I said no to receiving a receipt that I would find myself in this predicament. I immediately called the store and a cashier explained that without a receipt there was nothing that could be done about it. I suggested that she review the cash register tape and I could name all the items that I had purchased earlier. The cashier said that was not possible. I also, explained that I wasnt trying to scam and just wanted to exchange it for the other one on the shelf but the cashier repeated that I didnt have my receipt. Obviously, I am little disappointed in myself for not taking the receipt but more importantly, dissatisfied about this whole situation. I hung up the phone and have decided I am no longer a customer at that location. It was a lesson learned about receipts, but now I know that this location places used products back on their shelves without first inspecting the item, and I find that disgusting.

Workers are super nice, store is organized and clean and the offer a great selection of healthy and allergy friendly products.

Employees are friendly but dont have all the training they need. I asked 3 Employees where I could find something that I was looking for. Two of them had no idea what I was talking about. One said they knew what I was looking for but they didnt carry that item. I found it on my own about 20 minutes later

Friendly staff and decent selection. My go- to for a health food and vitamin store. Prices are comparable to others, and they dont have a no weapons sign posted on their door like another in the area (that told a police officer he had to leave his sidearm in his car to enter). Smells really nice inside too. They have a room at the front for cooking demos and classes. Great store!

I started shopping at natural grocers when I lived in Boulder and was so excited that there was one right down the street when I moved to aurora. Same hippy vibes and great selection. Staff is amazing and seem pretty happy every time I’m there.

I can depend on getting organically grown produce that is fresh. The watermelon I gather yesterday is so sweet and juicy! I just wish their wonderful meats didnt have to be packaged in such heavy plastics.

I love coming to this place my favorite things are the spring rolls and their selection of tofu. I hit them up at least once every two weeks for the things I cant find at other stores. My new fun find is ginger candy! The parking lot needs work but I dont care. Its worth it.

So I love Natural grocers but this location needs help. For example yesterday at this location on Tower, they did not have any dried garbanzo beans and I was told it was a supply issue. I went to the store on Colorado and they had plenty of dried garbanzo beans. The same thing goes with many items.UPDATE - new management and things are definitely improving so now up to four stars instead of three.

This is a great place to shop normally, but with the current COVID situation, its even a better choice. The store is very clean and not crowded. Everyone wears a mask and is considerate of others. Beside finding the basics, more unusual items are available.

There is confusion about your 10 % discount on volume purchases at this location. The guidance for what qualifies for this discount has been either unknown or in question, specifically, on the dry goods cereal called LOVE- original, on the bottom shelf, in the greenish boxes. I have been told two different things. (1-if equal to or more than a case, then it qualifies for the discount. This cereal item comes in a case of (X6), (2- (x10) or more of this item to qualify. The shelf holds only ten boxes, when full, for this item. Otherwise, it is impossible to to gain the discount. You dont pre-order. This is called: Bait and Switch, and is illegal. Availability and/or written clarification is needed. The Staff needs to be informed and uniform in their knowledge. In the past, I was allowed to purchase with the discount for six or more, by the case count, but then told, later, I needed ten or more to qualify. I like your store and I will continue to purchase this item. Nobody likes the confusion and argument. Thank You for braving this awful Pandemic. See you soon DHN.

Some have commented that Natural Grocers is a bit too pricey. I have shopped at Natural Grocers since the early 1980s. Their grocery merchandise consisting of plain old groceries and produce is right in line with all the other grocers in town. Keep in mind that Natural Grocers stocks only ORGANIC produce. They dont have non-organic produce. Their focus is on our HEALTH, which I am grateful for. If you move into supplements which many do not take, yes, this is an added cost to your budget. Natural Grocers prices on supplements are less and better quality, too. This is why I buy all my supplements, including vitamins, at Natural Grocers. But as far as regular groceries they are not more expensive than King Soopers, Safeway, etc. This is why I never hesitate to do all my shopping at Natural Grocers...and I also still shop at the regular grocery stores, too.

In my opinion, its a tad too expensive. But people love it. However, the employees are really awesome and so sweet. I was really impressed by how nice they were. Customer service is important and they had that. This store is cool but just not for me.

Great selection of organic and healthy foods and supplements. Every single person that works there, that Ive encountered, has been phenomenal in the friendliness and helpfulness department. Especially Patty. She helped me when I used to visit the Parker store and now at the Tower Rd store. Ask her anything, shell hook you up with any info you need! Ive never, ever had a bad experience at Natural Grocers and will continue to use them for my healthy shopping needs.

I honestly only come to natural grocers to fill up on water, but whenever Im here I notice the high level of care each customer is treated with. I also spot many of my favorite healthy snack alternatives, and am always impressed with their tea and spice aisle!!

Great selection of fresh, organic produce, vegan and gluten free products! Also I love their vitamin selection and master nutritionist that is available for any questions you have. Only gave 4 stars because the cashier neglected to go the extra mile to tell me about their Npower savings plan and I found out a few days later at another location!

Helpful staff. Masters level nutritionist on staff available 5 days per week with both morning and evening hours. Low cost nutritional consult and free regular classes available to public on various topics relevant to nutrition and health. Extensive vitamin and supplement section and several highly knowledgeable long time employees available for answering questions. Ask for Patricia particularly. All organic produce. Pricing is on the heavier side but generally you get what you pay for here. if eating and living well is high on your values list, shopping and involving yourself with the natural grocers family will be well worth your investment. Store has a fair selection of various health foods, pet supplies and other products. This is a small store so not a lot of variety. Staff has a weird vibe and I felt like I was unwelcome at the store from the time I walked in to the time I left. Handicapped parking is off to the far side of the building, not right in front. Prices are about the same as other health food stores.

I used to think highly of this store but recently was sold a moldy package of flatbread. Went after work to return it, and was told they would not do an exchange without the paper receipt. Not even having the card would do. I was told that I could come back and a manager “might do the exchange” but he had gone home.Literally no other store I shop won’t do a simple exchange without a receipt. I wasn’t even trying to get store credit. I’m done with them.

In comparison to Sprouts, they dont have a deli or bakery and no chance of getting allergen free baked goods. The only thing worthy of note is their selection of vegan and cruelty free hygeine and beauty products. Their vitamins and supplements section has too high priced items in stock and you can get a better, more competitive pricing at Sprouts or Amazon. Customer service is very nice and the smell is wonderful.

This store is well stocked, the staffers are friendly as well as knowledgeable and everything is organic - unlike your competitors (not mentioning any names but rhymes with pouts)! It is quite a pleasant shopping experience - if youre into that sort of thing.

Horrible customer service. Bought some paleo tortillas that ended up having mold. Tried to take it back a few days later, and because I didn’t have a receipt they wouldn’t allow just an exchange. I wasn’t expecting money back just a simple exchange. Most stores can look up a purchases via credit card used but not them. With their prices as high as they are and poor customer service I will not be returning. Whole Foods is worth the drive imo.

I love Natural Grocers! But / and this one is better then the one in Colorado Springs ( where I live). This one had my favorite cereal that I usually get, when the one I go to to where I live, doesnt. I give this one in Aurora 5 stars!

I always appreciate the thought that goes into the products Natural Grocers carries. It takes the guesswork out of buying the highest quality of food I can find for my family in one place.The staff stays consistently the same, very helpful and friendly.

I usually love this store, I really do. Great selection on much needed and sometimes hard to find items, and prices on non-produce items are pretty comparable for the most part. Im in here so frequently that the staff recognizes me, and theyre usually all pretty nice.My issue is the lack of consistency on their policies. I continue to be told one thing from one employee, and the opposite from another. First I was told prices could be matched from other similar stores (sprouts, to be exact), then the very next week was told by a different employee that they dont price match. Ok. Next I was told I could get a case discount on 12 cans of one brand of drink, by pulling them off the shelf individually, any flavor, and purchasing them. The next time I was in and went to do that, was told by the cashier (different employee) that it had to be all one flavor. Ok, again. Third time- I went to buy a case, went to check out, and was told I could not get the case discount and the sale price. Now, please be aware that this was the third case of the same product, that had been on sale the two previous times, that I had purchased at sale price per can AND received the case discount on, both times I had purchased them before. Absolutely nothing was different this time except, you guessed it! The employee.I have no problem with policies, I just really wish they were consistent and all employees were on the same page. It gets rather frustrating.

I really like the new location! Its very comfortable with a much larger grocery section. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they have a huge selection of bulk-packaged nuts, whole grains and flours.
