I’ve had issues with the pharmacy more than once. The younger fellow with the white robe is good, all the other workers there are not polite whatsoever and don’t know what they are doing simple as that. Nothing worse than coming across rude employees.

I found the selections were pretty good. I was able to use my Kroger card to get the discounts. Check out was fast using the express lanes. It is an older store, a little run down in appearance but other than that a pretty good store.

Do not buy ice cream from this store they let it sit out then put it in the freezer this ice cream was sitting the whole 20 minutes I was in the store

Sergey in the pharmacy made all the difference, correcting my doctors paperwork error and wrestling with the insurance company that was trying to find every excuse to not pay for their portion and not give me the full supply. Sergey got them to pay what they owe and took care of everything for me. Thank you so much!

Produce and meats and groceries are always fresh and well stocked.

One of their employees enjoys riding their extremely loud gas scooter around the rear of the store between the hours of 12am to 3am. There are condos/homes on the other side of the back wall with people trying to sleep. Night manager needs to be reprimanded/replaced for allowing this to go on. I don’t have high hopes since this store doesn’t give off the vibe of caring about the local community.

A great store with very reasonable prices.

If you plan on using change at the fuel pump they will not take the time to count it so make sure you count it and roll it because they are a bunch of lazy people ..... Literally $15 in quarters nickels and dimes and they couldnt count it 30 seconds to count that is their job and they couldnt do it.... I highly suggest boycotting this gas station....

I NOTICED THAT IN THE PAST COUPLE DAYS THERE WAS A NEW INSTALL OF THE HEATING BUSINESS AND SEEN THAT THERES SOMETHING LEAKING OUT BY THE BIKE RACK. ITS REALLY OBVIOUS CAUSE ITS CONSTANTLY LEAKING OUT. THAT COULD BE VARIOUS POISONS. IVE TRIED TO NOTIFY THE MANAGERS THAT THATS A BAD THING... I DONT THINK ITS EVER GONNA GET FIXED.

This place has everything, and the deals are pretty good too. The produce is usually pretty fresh and I usually buy their sushi-grade salmon and Ive never had a problem with it! The staff are always super friendly as well.

Always needs to be restocked, rarely gets new products. Always stockers and merchandise blocking isles. Homeless people have taken over the store. I like the pharmacy so it is convient to go there, but wish they could improve this store!

!!! WARNING. !!! At this location on Colfax/Chambers they will NOT allow you to return ANY item that you have purchased and have a recipe due to covid19.Honestly... I would think the BIGGEST health risk would be using their bathroom. There literally black mold growing on the walls and the floor is covered in urine and used toilet paper. !!! DISGUSTING !!! On both experiences at this location !!!!

I just got unloaded. Lumper says it can be 3 hours b4 i get cslled to the office to receive paperwork and pay lumper fee, which she doesnt know the price until she receives paperwork. If I were you, i wouldnt have another load waiting. This place is SOPPER slow.

Went there today and a lady walks right by the security guard at front door not wearing a mask...I asked him why he let her by without a mask, he says I dont know you need to ask her and points at a manager...thats an answer my 12 yr. old would have given me....

Been standing in check out line for 20 mins. Two cashiers at the beginning of the month isnt smart. Prices have gone up tremendously. I come here because its close to home really considering shopping somewhere else. Do better.

So if you use coinstar do not go ro this store you have to wait in line at customer service to cash your voucher even though it says redeem today with any cashier so ive been in line for over 20 minutes and it has not moved great social distancing kings soopers

The Pharmacy here mixed up my prescription, gave me the wrong thing and when I came back they had lost the physical prescription I had brought in.My doctor call it in again and when I called to verify, they couldnt find it, again.

I always love shopping at King Soopers.They have my favorite Ital sausage and liver. The people are helpful. And cheery. Even if you are not looking for something they will ask you if everything is ok. Love the atmosphere. Thank you! You work hard for your customers.

Almost 1/2 hour wait in customer service line!!! Poor clerk all by herself trying to deal with non English speaking customer trying to wire money. Now have 8 angry people in line. NOT the clerks fault. POOR MANAGEMENT!Update: A couple of months later and NO CHANGE AT ALL. 13 customers in line at the Customer Service desk with only one overworked employee trying her best to keep up. Sad management.UPDATE:Still no change. ONE clerk doing the best she can. 8 agitated customers in line. Apparently management either doesnt care about their customers or their employees OR Kroger wont give them the proper resources. Either way it is pretty sad.P.S. It doesnt matter what day of the week or time of day. Always one solitary clerk.As I finish this post 3 more people joined the S-L-O-W moving line.

It’s not the biggest or prettiest store but every time I come in at least one employee greets me and asks if I’m finding things. Every cashier has been pleasant, and when the lines are long I’ve been helped through the self check out that I avoid when I’m buying produce because I don’t want to make a mistake. The people and quality are def their best assets.

This King Soopers is known as the 7-Eleven of King Snoopers. It is smaller than most King King Soopers and some of the food selections are limited. If you are just wanting to pick up chips, half a gallon of milk on your way home then this is the store to shop at. If you have discriminating taste buds this would not be the store to shop at.

I live within a walkable distance of this store and still drive all the way to Safeway, Trader Joes, or Whole Foods to do my shopping because of its multitude of issues.The primary thing I feel I must mention for health reasons is that anyone shopping here needs to check their produce VERY carefully. Ive found white fuzz growing on strawberries and other fruit on multiple occasions. It grossed me out so much that we now have a household rule that we wont go here no matter what product is needed.Add in very long lines, no staff at the normal check-out lines (self check-out only basically), and prices that arent all that competitive with better options...well, Id just take your business elsewhere.

This is an awful crowded place. KS hadnt updated this store probably since the 1990s. no space for anyone to move around always out of popular items. the ONLY reason people shop here is for convenience. Shame on you Kroger for taking advantage of your customers!

It looks like they are doing a great job of cleaning. I do think that they need help on organization the products on the shelf. When you have hot sauce in two different isles and beans in four different isles it gets your temper going.

I especially like this king soopers for its Latino food options. It is not have a great deal of organic produce options. And the organic dairy options are very limited. Grocery stores in this area are few and far between so this is a key location for a lot of neighborhoods.It does have a few convenient restaurants nearby like Mama Alvinos as well as a liquor store at Chambers Liquor.

There was a HUGE line for customer service and only one woman working. She was doing awesome but she was only one person. One of her colleagues puttered around the desk, seemingly doing nothing, I could be wrong? It was around 15 minutes before the colleague started helping. I definitely will not be going to that king soopers again if I need anything from the customer service counter. I was there around 12:15pm

Great choice of fruits, veggies and dairy products. I am happy to have this place near me. Cashiers are always friendly and helpful.

The pharmacy tech spend a good 45 min helping me with medicaid and getting everything covered. She was even able to refund some money from earlier in the week. I am very very pleased. And the manager is a sweet lady. Thank you very much for everything you do.

Even though the stores located in Aurora and some might feel that there is a tinge of ghetto, because there is, Ive never really had any issues. They always are stocked, the floors are clean, and theres usually full registers on like Walmart. I dont know what else you guys want to hear but just get your damn grocery shopping done.

Best produce in town. I drive all the way to this location to get my lettuce. Its nice, crisp, fresh, and BIG. 100% better than rotten Walmart produce.

The level of unwelcome is astonishing. The constant accusation surveillance and unwelcome of the community which it provides causes question in the sincerity of deserving patron revisit. Harassment of the homeless and all parties entering the grounds is nearly inhumane. The service provided by few staff present is phenomenal but not worth the trade in areas of questionable intent.

They can never keep the shelves even half stocked anymore and they have been nickel and diming everyone with fine print pricing. I used to love this store, now I feel they only want to scam me

Our family has had 5 generations as customers here for over 34 years. Many, many memories including a few of us worked here. King Soopers has supplied many Thanksgiving, Christmas, & Easter dinners along with many birthday partys, special occasions & family celebrations. We consider this our Home store.

Shouldnt go early until shelfs are stocked. Store stinks when you first walk in. Needs front carpet cleaned. Food selection is good priced right.

Staff is friendly. Basic items usually in stock. We just moved to the area and this store is too small for the amount of people that need a local grocer. It is just disappointing when coming from such a well maintained and stocked store, to one that is not. We would rather get our groceries from Walmart.

Always the worst king supers I go to. I only due to convenience. When going to the office I always stop at the one in Louisville because everyone is kind the associates always say goodmorning and they offer assistance. If stocking they move and allow you by. Not at this store they wont move they stock at the worst hours. There are a small handful that will talk to you or offer assist. I travel a great deal for work and stop at other king supers, dillion , Kroger and city markets and none in my 60 years have experienced such poor customer service. I even took picture of an employee sleeping at the front door Express check out and no one cared. I have brought these and other issues to management when I first moved to this area and have given up.

Debbie in the deli/kitchen is awesome, every single time I go there, she goes above and beyond and is very friendly. The food is always on point when she is working there, and the green chili that has been there recently is amazing.

This is a main grocery store in the area and for my 1st vist it was ok. So 3 things that got me.... 1st I asked someone who worked there for help with finding 2 certain items and they had no idea where anything was, secondly this market doesnt sell liquor which I found so odd and lastly when checking out, they only had 1 cashier and a ton of customers. I probably just wouldnt come here anymore, even if I had something quick to pick up!

Its pretty open floor plan and easy to maneuver and their sales everywhere there are times when you just have to be patient because some people havent learned that you dont need to be on your phone while shopping and so the possibility of being in a collision with another Shopper is very viable very possible

The store is okay. Only a step above ghetto Soopers but they do have a gas station. Thats generally why I will be at this store is cashing in my gas points at the end of the month. That .40-.50 cents off a gallon is almost like getting a pay raise.

Short staffed! This means at night there is no actual lanes open. Only the self check-out lanes are open. Prepare to stand in line for a while.

So I went to Kingsoopers to get a monthly bus pass for March. As I have for the past 4 months.They wont have any till next week.Its the 23rd. Why dont they have any yet?Its bitter cold outside. Should I have called?Also I wanted to get a hot chicken.Not only were they almost 7.00 not including tax, but they looked dry and shriveled up.Yes it was 9pm but they should have been discounted. Am I wrong abt that?Then I went to the cold chicken....different kinds, but they looked dry and OLD. Almost 9 dollars! Whats going on with that!?Kingstupids, I mean Kingsoopers is mess.I was TRULY disappointed!

Nobody smiles there on Colfax and Chambers, one worker was towing ice, there was and was needed in another area, he screamed out Whatever they need aint important, so they can wait!!! I spoke to the Security Guard she grunted!! Waited in line to get money orders, the line was almost out the door before they called a 2nd person to help! My regret was I didnt drive to Littleton CO where we are treated as humans as opposed to Cattles lined up for the slaughter. I live ten minutes away from Colfax and Chambers!Cynthia G.

Poor selection for those who eat healthy. There isnt much variety when it comes to organic produce (or produce in general). No fresh meat or seafood. Not many healthy organic snacks.
