Very strong smell right from the entrance. The selection of African products might be good, but variety of general grocery is small.

You have some good products. But I experienced very poor customer service. I encountered a slim girl who sells here. She is very poor in manners, and very snobbish in character. she could not even help direct me or even assist in a product. she does not say a word and she acts like there is no one in the store until payment time. I wonder where she was hired from. I do not recommend anyone buying here with this kind of girl as the sales girl.

This store has literally everything I need, I saw a review, which almost discouraged me but I am glad I went there. Amazing store, definitely home away from home. No complains on this end, I would encourage anyone to try it out. 10/10

This store sells substandard food products and they refuse to take it back when you return. I recently bought beans from this store and it was filled with insects and particles i have never had to pick beans since I have been in this country 12 years now and this is the first time I am buying beans from this store and I had to sit and pick the beans before cooking. I returned the item same day and the owner refused to take it from me. I called and sent messages without response from the owner. I am highly disappointed. I bought oloyin beans which is usually very highly priced due to its quality but it looked like it was mixed with other type of beans to maximize profit.

My wife and I consistently receive sub par service when we shop here. The staff is typically dejected and rude. This past Saturday I asked the clerk if what I was purchasing was goat meat (typically leg without asking) because the unit was frozen solid. Once we began cooking we realized that we bought the head of a goat because of the gamy odor and floating brain. I called, no answer, left a message, no response. I love supporting cultural establishments, but this place has some work to do before they can earn my business again.

Pretty much a nice alternative away from home. Got stuffs but highly priced. Need to arrange things better especially the refrigerators. Things are just too jam-packed!

Shop here at your own risk, the owners are totally dishonest, they sold regular rice to me as Ofada, at a marked up price, also i bought sardines from them just to find out they have expeired.Beware they sell expired product,I wish you would report my account, I have evidence I did not pick the wrong rice, you sold rice labeled and package as ofada to me and when my wife opened it she discovered it was not Ofada, you ended up giving her less than half the size of what l bought, after she confronted you but she let it go and you obviously knew it was not Ofada, at least you confirmed that today when you eventually returned her call after someone told you about the negative review.You can not hide behind a no return policy, and not take ownership of mistakes you make, it matters not what your supply chain is, if you are retailing it, you are responsible, the only reason peoeple buy stuff from stores like walmart and Amazon is consumer confidence knowing they can return stuff with ease.Maybe you need to re-evaluate your policy.

Friendly and respectful owners. They usually have what I need. Ive enjoyed my shopping experience so far.
