This location is no longer open - Short Staffed all the time 🥲

So I called 3 times today been 3:15 and 4pm. No one answered thephone. 20 rings the 1st time , 26 the second and by the 3rd time, the phone just hung up.I just wanted to know if they sold baseball caps.I get that yall are short staffed.Most other times I just walk in. I have my cloth wheel bag and I dont need to be told to leave it at the register. However, It has been disregarded and almost knocked over. Not by any customer. Even when I havent put it where the cashier doesnt come out. I guess it was a bad day for the female with the dirty blond hair. In the past few weeks.I go there 1 time a week. Otherwise I find what I want/need. They are Pleasent.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Every time I try to go theyre supposedly closed when they say open and the one time they were open they sold my husband already expired milk WHICH IS FOR A BABY and havent been open to exchange it still have the milk and the receipt I just moved so I dont have the money to replace milk that shouldnt have been expired.

I always worry about my bag. I can get a meal for five bucks.

This store is never open. I dont know if its because they have no workers but it really names no sense at all 😒😒

The store is closed. How you gonna call yourself family dollar if you have no family to run the store and no dollar because youre always closed.

Bathroom was dirty. Empty shelfs.

They only be open for 2 or 3 hours

Employees are really respectful and helpful also store was super clean well stocked and really organized will definitely be going to that store more often.

I was able to get most of what I needed and the location is very close to me. They dont stay stocked, they have boxes are still out on the floors.

95% of the time shelves are bare

This was one of the worst experiences Ive had in a while stood in line for almost 20 minutes to check out and the employees just let kids hangout without buying anything this store is terrible.

They have everything you need, food, clothes, hardware and all. I love it

You cant force customers to leave thier back packs at the register if the store is not going to be held responsible if someone else walks of with it. If you have a policy you need to post it so customers know your rules otherwise dont force a customer

Family Dollar is the best place to buy Household Cleaning Supplies. The big chain grocery stores charge too much. They have brand name and off brand stuff that works just as well.

Just like all the Family Dollar stores Ive been to lately..Trashed. They must not be able to hire people to put items on shelf because stuff is all over the floors and carts everywhere. People are friendly tho.They have a new manager and she is sweet. She has really turned this store around. Shelves are getting stocked and much cleaner.

I came in 10 minutes before closing and they werent rude about it. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful and patient.

Excellent service a young man helped me with my bags all the way to my car.. He was very sweet and great customer service..

Place is a mess all the time. And the lines can get long. Service is okay but they always think youre stealing when you walk out without a purchase when in reality its the huge mess.

Man the women in there are awesome!!! That was my first time going to this one and it was great they made me feel comfortable. Thanks women!!!

I just went shopping there, horrible experience manager of the store had an attitude with me because I asked if they had any carts and starts telling her employees that she was tired of the customers asking her that. After I went to check out and the cashier dumped all my merchandise on by register out the basket instead of handling it one by one. Not the first that they act unprofessional.

Follow u around like your going to steal something..stay away

I was being stocked by a worker like if I was going to steal something totally uncalled for. And the person at the register didnt want to sell me a belt because it was missing the plastic piece on top. Really annoyed, you could just scan the bar code. I dont know if I want to shop their anymore I dont want to feel like I am being watched.

Worst family dollar Ive ever been to. Very bad customer service. So I can purchase items out of your store but when I get change I cant get five singles lol horrible management and even worst staff. African American lady I have no idea why you work there. YOU single handedly are the reason why me and my family will no longer shop or spend money there. I will be letting everyone I know to save there money and shop somewhere else.

Unprofessional and extremely rude. I started to shop in the store. I have a 4year old child and he needed to use the restroom really bad. I stopped shopping asked the lady for the key so I can take my child to the rest room so I can finish shopping & so that he will not have a accident. The lady refused to give me the key and said We dont let our Customers use our rest rooms! I ask why is that she did not have a reason got an attitude and repeatedly said WE DONT LET OUR CUSTOMER USE OUR RESTROOMS! In a yaelling & angry ton. They do not have a sign or and display saying this rule and by law they can not do that with out a sign or it displaying this on none of the rest rooms or anywhran else. I was very upset and left. I will reporting them.

It was very messy and unorganized. The shelves were very empty and clothes and shoes were on the floor. They had no shopping bags they were giving out clear trash bags and the workers were in the back so anyone could steal.

Messy, junky store. Boxes everywhere, a few isles were blocked & you couldnt evn go dwn them. Soda spilled on the floor. Store was in complete disarray.

Worst store Ive ever been to , asked where the paper towels were nicely and was treated like idk even know what then the cashier managed to bot acknowledge my existence and let other people walk in the store and cut me in line while I had been waiting on him to deal with the 7up guy this store is ran by racist in my opinion I hate thisB.S. wont be back

The Dollar Store is not offering good stable clothing, you. Pay this high price and the item Rips or buttons fall off.

Most small items (such as medicine, makeup, deodorant) are always out of stock since they are high theft items. Sometimes it will take 15 minutes to check out with a line of 3-4 people. At least the employees are friendly.

Quick, easy,inexpensive. Especially when it comes to basic household products.

The only reason why you have 2 stars is youre close. Other then that when i have gone in it is always a mess they wont allow cash back their hours are when ever they feel like they want to. the items i go in for hardly have the items in stock. there are some employees that are kind but most have a nasty demeanor about them but might be management never know wish ya luck.

I had one of the most worst experiences Ive ever had shopping I had a manager follow me around the store like I was going to steal something then when confronted she totally denied she was following me for that reason. Trust me dont shop here unless you want to be profiled!!!!

Most of the staff is helpful. Bathroom is scary.

The store is always messy and disorganized no matter when you go. High turnover so the customer service is inconsistent. New managers in the floor not dressed as store Associates who dont know where anything is. You would never know its a brand new store by the way its kept.

Don’t shop at this location. One of the employee’s by the name of Maggie followed me to my vehicle and basically accused me of stealing. I went to the store to buy oxi clean in to which you do not carry it.
