I wanted to send a quick note on the fantastic job Granite & Marble Depot did on the install of our new kitchen counters!Anthony Rios and the team did a great job dealing with a very high maintenance customer (me ) with changes and adds throughout the project. The install crew was prompt, courteous and detailed. At the end of the day we have beautifully installed and fitted quartz counters and we’re super happy! 5 Star Service throughout the project!!I’ve attached a few pics of the kitchen.Thanks again.

This company is a sub contractor for cabinets to go . They were tasked to fabricate and install countertop. They sent out there measuring crew which at the time explained that they might have to put a seam at the sink . Which the client and Myself said no seams . There isn’t a need for one . This is not a large countertop.They called the customer to tell her they are going to charge an additional 250.00 to have the correct amount of people to install the countertop. Talking to the installers today they always send out two people . So hidden up charge for no apparent reason. Showed up today to install the countertop and looking at the blueprints they had in relation to the actual counter top they were off by and 1/8. To which I was told and 1/8 isn’t anything . Though paying 2500.00 for a countertop you figured it would . What happened is it pushes the sink off center of the above cabinet. Their blueprint calls for 45 “ in reality it’s 45 1/8. The final kill shot and lack of installer quality is they offset the faucet by more then 3/4 . Which in enclosed pictures shows the faucet looking horrible. I was given every excuse possible. The sink was in the way which it isn’t . I was told “ they offset them all the time “ . Yeah he sink being a 60/40 they are all like that. They need 1 1/2” around the edge were clearly they held it 1 13/16 in one spot . They remedy to this is to uninstall take it back to the shop plug the hole and re install. Timeline is 3 weeks . So customer has to wait 3 weeks for them to correct something they had nothing to do with . Paid their hidden fees . This a shame lack of customer support , failure of quality. Buyer beware this company will up charge you and does poor quality. They had to trim stone at the house cause the stove wouldn’t fit . Seems as if they are just winging it in the hopes that the consumer won’t realize .

They represent Costco, I was hoping to get professional service. Sent out someone to measure she was great, when I was ready move forward, is when it went bad!!!!!no return phone call for weeks after leaving messages for sandy she had personal issues and no one to cover so no return phone from anyone. finally got in touch with manager, then sandy called next day, ball start to roll. They sent over contract it was wrong counter top werent correct and a few other errors called to have them fix twice , finally gave sandy credit card # for deposit date was set 3 weeks out, got confirmation call for 9-1 window . NO ONE SHOWED they did not have a deposit down. oh had another person from a different location call the morning of , mentioning a message for me wanting to schedule a measure and she was confused because i made one in June. Calling to figure out what the heck is going on currently on hold for more than 20 min. horrible company , and so unprofessional, beyond frustrated

Miserable and Negative experience. Communication and service were problematic with this company. It’s been three months and we still don’t have a countertop to our kitchen. The scheduling assistant ignored our phone calls. Then they damaged the countertop and have to replace it but never gave us an ETA. We tried calling again and messages are not being returned. It’s almost as if they get their money quality and care are disregarded completely.

Good selection. Very knowledgeable. A little bit higher priced when searched for comparisons.

Wish they had no stars, that’s what they are worth. Problems started with Lesha, and went down from there. They were paid and it was a hassle to get someone out, when they came out they didn’t finish, insisted that I tear the old out, which I paid them to do, then wanted more money after the contract. Shady company. Their “manager” refused to return calls about the issues. Cancelled everything and went somewhere else. Don’t waste your time, unless you like the run around, and want to be put off for months. Worst company I ever dealt with. Walmart looked better than them.

Sorry posted for the wrong company. Not sure how to delete, but I will not give a lower star just to get out of this.

If you are in the market for granite, marble, limestone or travertine tile, I highly recommend Granite and Marble Depot. They have several locations from Aurora to Mokena to Chicago inside Studio41. Several friends had this company do their kitchen granite countertops then my interior designer recommended them as well. In addition to outstanding work and selection (youll want to stop in their showroom because there was literally hundreds of samples of granite and marble and some insane gorgeous luxury colors I had never seen) I really appreciated how this company does business and how well they treat their employees and customers. Highly recommend!!

Save time and go somewhere else. This place is a joke!
