We worked with Jeff and had a great experience! Initially, I worked with the Abilene location but was disappointed with the lack of knowledge by the staff. I switched and was so impressed by Jeff Ford. He was so knowledgeable about the product and kept me updated on the status of my carpet, since he knew we were in a time crunch. We would continue to work with him again and again!

Lousy customer service. Five months to get something they said they had a truckload of. When it finally came in I was told pick up would be another store across town. When I arrived to pick up my order I was told the warehouse was closed on Sundays. I had spoken to them two hours earlier to verify my order was there. I’m not sure why they didn’t mention that when I spoke to them. Then, when I picked up had to wait almost 30 minutes for them to find my order before they brought it out. Not sure I will do business with this company again.

We had all of our floors replaced with vinyl and carpet. Within a week of paying our deposit, we had an installation scheduled. The contractors who came in for both types of flooring were very professional and courteous. The final look turned out beautiful! My husband and I are extremely happy with the outcome!

Jeremiah was fantastic! He was very diligent in helping my find the right floor to match my existing flooring. The first flooring that came in was wrong but he worked tirelessly to make sure I got everything correct and fast. Highly recommend seeing Jeremiah at the Carpet Exchange if you need flooring.

We were extremely impressed with our experience at Carpet Exchange Aurora. Ben, our salesperson, is a real asset to the company! He is extremely attentive and immediately greets customers as they walk in the front door, or ifwith a customer, at least acknowledges you. He is extremely enthusiastic and eager to help. He responds to any new messages or emails immediately! That is rare in this day & age of everyone taking a more casual approach to service. The installers were great, and did a very professional job. They even returned to check the flooring after another contractor accidentally pierced our ice maker water line and caused a minor flood in our kitchen. Great follow-up! Overall, we are very pleased and would highly recommend this store.

The salesman was helpful and showed me potential remnants that might work for one of the areas. The man who came to measure was a bit gruff. He didnt introduce himself other than to say he was here to measure. He didnt have a mask. He didnt seem too interested in listening to me so I had to follow him to make sure he understood what I needed. The installers were professional and did a pretty good job. One of the installers left for a while which made the job take all day to complete. They kept leaving the outside doors open and my dog got out. Overall I am satisfied with the job.

After getting many quotes for our entire home project, we knew that Kim and Jeff F. were the team go with! Jeff was able to come out and be patient with us getting virtually every square inch of our home measured for new flooring. Kim was a wonder to work with, my wife and her were on the same page for design from the very first piece of flooring selection.We went with LVP, Tile, and Carpet for our home. Each of the installer groups were absolutely fantastic! All of them took the time to explain to us what they were doing, how they do it, and informed us of any possible complications. I have to give special love to Whirly and Gabriel, they installed our LVP. They were an absolute joy to have around! My wife and I were sad that their part of the job is over because they wouldnt be coming back. Brain did an excellent job with our upstairs carpet, as well as all the detail work that it took to carpet our floating stairs. Also, a big thank you to Joel who finished the tile around our fireplace and was extremely patient with my wife and the placement of the tiles and the design.All around a very wonderful experience from start to finish. I would recommend this team of employees in store as well as the installers to anyone!

Sales rep came to our home on his day off to measure and give us an estimate, you don’t find many employees willing to go above and beyond these days so I was really pleased. This is one is the most incompetent places I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered a box of material, provided them with a shipping label. And they still couldn’t get it on a ups truck. I had to call Shaun Kandelec 4 times to get an update as to why they haven’t shipped the item. I will never do business with them again.

I visited around 6 different flooring stores in the area, and Carpet Exchange on Havana had the best selection and prices. Julie was very patient and helpful. Sanat, the installer, was very skilled and conscientious. We are very pleased with our vinyl plank flooring and will shop here again.

As soon as we entered the store, a most pleasant salesperson, Jeremiah, greeted us. He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about all the carpet. He made sure he understood what we wanted and helped us to find exactly what we wanted. The installation was amazing. There is not a seam anywhere and the fitting around the baseboards is perfect. We are so pleased with the entire experience and are thoroughly enjoying our new carpet.

Excellent service from the sales person to the install of the CoreTec flooring. They were very helpful and communicative, but not pushy, which I appreciated. The installers were top notch....careful, clean and very pleasant. They worked almost non-stop to get the job done. I love my new floors!

I bought two rugs last year and one of them start losing weaves after three months. I never know to call them back but my friend told me to talk to them they gonna refund or change for you. After one year i went to havana branch and talk to them they said it is over one year we are not able to do any thing. I paid $400 for one of this rug after one year i have to buy another one. So, no warranty I remember the guy said 20 Yr warranty...

They were very nice and helpful. Werent a pushy sales tactic which works well for me. Knowledgeable in installation and warranty. The only snag we had was our trim was supposed to be sent to the Havana store for us to pick up and it was sent to the Santa Fe location instead.

Jeremiah did a great job of helping me find something in my price range. I have a relatively small bathroom and did not feel upsold at all. He clearly explained the differences between vinyl products and helped me avoid the quality issues I experienced with my old vinyl tile.

Just visited looking for some commercial carpet for a few of my properties, sales people couldnt be less interested in my business.Update: received a call from corporate obviously upset about my initial review of a one-star. They understand I was looking for specific carpet which does take some additional research and was totally willing to do that for me. I have had great service at other stores I think Havana just has lost sight a little bit. I know corporate will help them get back on track

I bought new flooring for my condo and what a wonderful experience I had with this store! Kim Reiter was the manager that assisted me in selecting the right type of flooring, color etc. She was fabulous! The installers, Saul and Diego, were professional, personable, worked extremely hard and did a fantastic job over three days. My entire condo was completed. My wife and I recently had new carpet installed and we used Carpet Exchange on Havana. We had the opportunity to work with Janel. She was great. She was straight to the point, listened to my wants and helped me find exactly what we wanted. She wasnt pushy either. During the install, there was a little hiccup with the work order, but she handled it professionally and resolved our issue with more than what we expected. I worked with Gary on re-carpeting the upstairs of our home. He was very helpful when it came to making a selection. It took me a few months to get everything in place before the order and he was great when I called back, getting everything lined up and ready to go. We had a bit of a mix-up on install day, but the manager Kim was amazing and smoothed things over! I could not have asked for a better experience. Stopped by a few nights ago to check out carpet for our remodel project. We just finished our second big flooring job with this location. Kim is the best. She is knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. We installed Coretec in our entire main floor. We encountered a speed bump at the beginning of the installation, but Kim intervened immediately and actually came to our home to see the job in person. I recommend Kim because I know shell take care of things and make sure the job is done right and to the customers expectations!!

HAD INITITAL PROBLE WITH HOW CARPET WORE OVER THE FIRST 3.5 YEARS, BUT KIM. THE STORE MANAGER WENT TO BAT FOR ME AND I GOT THE CARPET REPLACED A WHAT I CONSIDER A MINIMAL COST WHICH INCLUDED FREE INSTALLATION. KIM EVEN CAME BACK OVER TO THE HOUSE AFTER INSTALLATION AND MADE SURE ALL WAS GOOD. IN ADDITION, KIM WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL IN HELPING ME CHOOSE THE CORRECT CARPET TO REPLACE THE PRIOR CARPET...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KIM FOR ALL CARPET AND FLOORING NEEDS.

Most useless staff ever. Here is my experience. I go to the store and tell them exactly what flooring I want to order. The dumb lady cant figure out how to work her computer so she says my credit card doesnt work. After giving her a different card she decides hey it must be her computer. She says she will take our info and order the floor when her counterpart is done helping somebody else, so off we go. Next day we get a call (at the end of the day) because she forgot to write down all of the card numbers. So we give her all of the numbers for a second time. She gets around to placing the order at the end of the day after that. So two days after we are in the store the order is placed. Great sense of urgency. Floor was supposed to be in in 7 to 10 days. Floor shows up 11 days later, but wait we cant pick it up because when the dropped it off the truck nobody inventoried it and the warehouse guys have gone home. Heaven forbid somebody in the store inventory something so we could pick it up since it is now two weeks after we were originally in the store.Dont waste your time with this place.Follow up to my first review. Had to order one more piece of stair nose. Instead of calling to tell us it had come in they mailed us something. Its 2018. I went in to pick up one piece of stair nose at 7:00 pm and they wouldnt give it to me because the warehouse staff leaves at 5:00. Great customer service again.

We had a great experience with Carpet Exchange. Kim Reiter helped us with our initial selection, let us take several samples home to check out, and came out to our house 2 days later to do measurements. 5 days later our carpet was installed. The install crew lead by Martin Sanabria moved all of our furniture out, tore out and disposed all of the old carpet, installed the new carpet, and put all the furniture back. We are very pleased and wholeheartedly recommend Carpet a Exchange.

I live in Maryland and needed some wood to finish my sunroom project, but my local place ran out and this was the only place I could find that had the exact wood I needed. I had the pleasure of working with the receptionist Anika, who eased my mind and calmed me down after FedEx messed up my pickup three times in a row. In the end, she went out of her way to make it work and ensure that I got my wood for my project. Her demeanor and desire to help me get what I needed was extraordinary, and so I wanted to send major kudos to Anika and her team. Thank you, Carpet Exchange Aurora!!!!

Installed the wrong color carpet; agreed to fix it which required me to move in and out of bedroom twice (requiring furniture assembly, disassembly, assembly) because it would take weeks for them to re-schedule the install. When they showed up for their second install, they had the wrong carpet again. The entire ordeal was obviously frustrating, and the general managers cavalier indifference made it more so.There is no shortage of carpet places, they all use the same local installers and get materials from the same manufacturers; Id recommend finding another store.

I had an appointment scheduled to do floor measuring, and the complication was that the house was under cotract and I had to work with the home owners to get access to the house. Needless to say, Carpet Exchange didnt show up for the scheduled appointment and didnt have anyone available to measure when I called and asked what their backup plan was. They didnt contact me to tell me the appointment had been canceled because their measurer was out sick. Wasted my time, my realtors time, and the home owners time. Glad to know you are so flush with business that you can turn good business away with horrible business practices. Maybe you should work on getting a centralized appointment system so that you can actually keep track of what your employees are scheduling?

Do not trust this business. They wanted me to pay over $500 to move furniture, after the install was done. They claimed to have taken a full day to move the furniture in a two bdrm appt. They tossed the old carpet out the 5th floor window. HOA not happy. Not the company to use if you live in Heather Gardens.

First time to purchase at this store, got some problem first, but the customer service team will call you to make sure everything is okay after the shopping. Over all, got problems, but they will fix for you finally.
