I had a really great experience! Everyone was really friendly and helpful. They had patience even though there were a couple of minutes left till closing. I’ve never seen such a big variety of glasses!! Seriously love this place. Highly recommend.

This was my first time visiting Visionworks. I wasnt sure at first if they were going to have frames that I would like. I went in with a particular pair of fames I wanted and was disappointed when I didnt see them. Danette and Alba were great! I was able to get in and out in a quick manner even though they were busy. They really took the time to ensure that I got the pair of glasses that fit my personality and face. I cant wait until they are ready.

I came to vision works back in august of 2020, came to get an eye exam and a new pair of glasses. ITje staff at the front desk was VERY rude and act like they didn’t want to be there. I waited 2 HOURS just to see the doctor, and I when I saw her it was quick, I’m guessing since there was so many people it took a while but why does a place only have one doctor available? After the exam I payed $170 dollars for a new pair of glasses, and that was just the discount, imagine if they didn’t provide a discount? There are many different places you can go to get the exact same pair for FREE, I don’t see why I have to PAY so much money when I have medical insurance? So if you have medical insurance expect to pay out of pocket. Now today October 6, I came to get my glasses repaired because they broke this morning. I called before hand, because I didn’t want to to go down there for no reason but nope, they told me on the phone I was eligible for a repair but I had to pay money because my warranty was expired which no one told me about but that wasn’t the problem. They also said they can just fine the same pair of glasses and just change the lenses of the glasses, they made it sound like a quick fix. I go down there and turns out they don’t carry the same pair of glasses even though I BOUGHT THEM THERE!? They had to call a different store to see if they had them and I was on a time crunch so I couldn’t stay long. This is something that could’ve been done over the phone? Instead of having me come down here for no reason and leave with BROKEN glasses. Overpriced, the wait is too long and doesn’t cover medical insurance. Wouldn’t recommend this place, going elsewhere for glasses.

I have been going here for my eye appointments and frames for 5 years...the doctor I see is great! The current specialists up front are really good. Catalina was the one who assisted me with my choice of frame and the purchase process..She is very Knowledgeable , Professional and friendly..She made you feel welcome and comfortable. If you dont want to be treated horribly, I suggest you go absolutely anywhere else.Ive been going to this location since it opened and Ill never go back. The Dr and her assistant were amazing. The rest of the staff was rude, unkind, aggressive and Kiki called me fat while smiling about it after I asked for someone else to help me which no one did. It was the most upsetting experience Ive ever had. I was there in April and its taken this long (6 months) to leave a review as no one likes revisiting the meanness of others. Thank goodness that there are so many other choices for glasses.

They canceled on me last minute last week then reschedulede to today at 930 didnt get seen until after 10. And left me waiting to check out for 15 min and as i was getting frustrated they lady had the audacity to tell me to be paitent as they were about to make me late for my next appointment for the day. Overall very unprofessional. Also i gave them my insurance info right away then didnt have it put in so when i was checking out they were trying to charge me full price... they were awful and inefficiently

I took my great grandson to have his glasses fixed. The frame broke and it was required for us to buy a new frame.The employee, Catalina, took care of us. She so graciously found the sametype of frames and promptly proceeded to put the lenses on it and we wereready to leave. Her service was knowledegable and gave us prompt. service. Best Visionworks Ive been to, and I even worked at one in FL. I walked in and was greeted, immediately helped by pulling up my coverages and then Julissa went around the store with me to pick the perfect frames. We found them, got them ordered as well as my contacts, I was there for maybe 30 min. Quick, friendly and will definitely be back next year!

I just want to give a personal shout out to Catalina! She always help me find a style of glasses that suits my face structure and personality! I give 4 stars out of five because I also needed an adjustment to my glasses and the great young lady who did it for me cracked the side of my glasses while doing so and didn’t offer me and assistance after the fact, other than that it’s always fun for me when I go to Visionworks!Update, they ordered me the same frames for free! This is an awesome place

I had an appointment scheduled for an eye exam today, October 4th, 2021. I received daily text messages from Vision Works regarding my scheduled appointment asking me to confirm that I would be keeping the appointment which I confirmed at least 4 times last week. I arrived on time for the appointment (9:00 AM) and found a handwritten note on the door stating that they were closed on October 4th, 2021 for training. I have been a good customer of this store for the past 8 years and will not be going back there for eye exams or glasses in the future. They could have called me to say they were cancelling my appointment! I wasted a day off for nothing.

I visited Visionworks in Aurora yesterday because I had an issue with the nose pieces on my glasses. Kat got it fixed for me in no time at all. She was great--very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back!!

Brought my children in for an eye exam the staff were very welcoming when entering the office, they made my children feel very comfortable especially my 6 year old who was very nervous, Catalina was so helpful with picking glasses for my children, and so nice we had such a great experience! My appointment was at 9AM today 5/13. When I walked in the staff was ready. It moved very smoothly. The person who did the pre check was very nice. The Dr. WAS wonderful. She explained everything to me. And when I picked my glasses out Ms. Catalina was the best. She gave me a really good deal on 2 pairs of glasses and saved me $500! Im very pleased with Vision works. Catalina Is your go to person When it comes down to assistance with eye wear and getting contacts. She has been helping me for years now everytime i needed something regarding my vision. Well it started with Julissa checking me in taking my appointment that I didn’t have so a walk-in basically but they got me in to see the doctor within 20 minutes of arrival. Made an appointment at Americas Best for a vision exam and glasses. When I made the appointment their website said they accepted my insurance. After my exam and talking with the tech I found out they did not accept my insurance any longer and was advised to go over to vision works, thank God I did. I was greeted by a friendly face asking if she could take my temp. She then asked Kat to help me with my insurance coverage. Kat couldnt find it at first so I left to go outside and call to find out what the hell was going on. About 2 minutes later I saw Kat in the parking lot looking frantically looking for something or someone, little did I know it was me. I called my insurance comp. and they gave me the info I needed and I went back into the store. Kat was the first one to greet me to let me know she was out in the parking lot looking for me, and that she had everything needed go ahead with the purchase of my glasses. Hit a few hiccups but what an awesome person she was to work with. Thank you Kat!

This was our first time at Visionworks and our experience was great! It was easy to make an appointment and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Funny thing is, the main focus and reason was for my wife to have her eyes checked because we knew she needed glasses and I had mistakenly made an appointment for myself as well but it worked out perfectly, they were able to take us at the same time even though our appointment times were 15 minutes apart. Although I didn’t need glasses, I was able to get a really nice pair of sunglasses through my vision insurance and my wife was able to get a nice frame for her new glasses. Catalina was incredibly helpful and awesome! She took interest in our needs and pointed us in the direction we needed. Without her help we would have been clueless. I look forward to going back to Visionworks. Highly recommend to anyone I know who has glasses or needs them.

Last Friday was my first visit with Visionworks and at this location. Upon arrival the staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and patient with me (thought I filled out my forma correctly online but hadnt). The store itself was very clean and everyone was professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Hugdahl evaluated my eyesight and offered suggestions to keep my eyes healthy with no judgment! (My eyes were pretty rough after wearing contacts so long) . She even took the time to draw out and explain my condition which for me as a visual learner helped me tremendously. While waiting Catalina was so wonderful and pleasant! She literally took so much time discussing different brands, lenses, I mean she knows her stuff!!! She probably chose over 15 different frames and styles while being sensitive to price and my insurance coverage. All of a sudden I found myself having fun at my appointment! Who knew! I left feeling like Cinderella after picking her dress with the Fairy Godmother lol! Cant wait to pick up my new glasses. Thank you all!!!

Because of covid they mailed my contacts but without apt #. Attached. So never received them so Nadia who works there did her job and made sure I received my contacts.

This place was fantastic! It was super easy to get in within 3 days for an appointment, and scheduling online was a breeze! The office itself was clean and super organized, the front desk staff friendly, efficient and helpful. The optometrist was very cheerful and optimistic that THIS time we will find a contact lens RX that works for my dry eyes! I am super excited. Spent a total time of about 45 minutes start to finish, which was a lot better than the 1.5 hours I spent at ABBA Eye Care last year.I am walking out with a copy of my glasses RX as well, without having to ask for it repeatedly. This is my first time coming here and would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality eye care at an affordable price! Eye exam w contact lens fitting- only 120 without insurance!!! Loved it!

One of the ladies that works at the front, her name is Maria, is EXTREMELY unprofessional!!!I received my glasses on March 1, 2021. I wore them for one day and they gave me a very bad migraine. So I came back in. A gentlemen helped me and told me they would be remaking my glasses and they would be done in 2 weeks. Well today is 2 weeks to the day. So I called to see the progress and she told me she didnt see anything. I described the gentlemen that helped me and she told me no one works here like the person I described. She got VERY snippy and rude with me!! So I ended up driving here to talk to the manager, and of course, there is no manager!!!!! How convenient!!!! 😡Dont come here if you want good customer service!!!!!!Except one person there; Kiki is the best employee!!! She was very attentive to what I was saying, and I loved it. Shes the ONLY reason Ill be going back there at all!!! Thank you Kiki!! 😊

I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who appreciates great customer service. Dr. Bounkhong was amazing. She was very sweet, informative, she listened to our concerns, and asked us repeatedly if we had any questions. When we got to the sales floor to pick my daughters glasses Catalina helped us right away. She was very helpful and explained all the benefits of the different add-ons we could get on my daughters glasses. I was going to buy 1 pair but she helped us so well we ended up buying 2 pair. She told us the glasses would be ready in 2 weeks. Well we got a text today, 3 days later and my daughters glasses were ready for pickup. Again I highly recommend this location.

I want yesterday I did not like it the lady made fun of me she did not helped me and she told the whole store about want i side and she was laughing at me.

I went to vision works a couple of years ago, to get glasses. I was told that my vision was messed up and didnt have any fixture, they gave me a pair of glasses with the biggest augmentation and set me out total cost was about 400 might of been more but dont remember the exact amount. I was not very content with their answer and went to Americas Best, I was diagnosed with keratoconus so apparently my vision was actually fixable but I needed special contacts or a cornea transplant to fix the problem. So this company in general is more about the business prospective and making cash instead of worrying about your health ( which is why you are paying them for)

Don’t go here!!! The doctor is wonderful but the sales staff are horrible!! I caught 3 different mistakes that the sales lady made while ordering my glasses. I used VSP insurance and was going to be overcharged for the exam. When I questioned the amount she told me she said “well you can pay that if you want”. I told her that I wanted her to fix it because I wanted to pay the correct amount. All through the process she told me how she hasn’t had a break in hours. I told her that I’d be happier with someone else since she’s hungry and obviously not focused. She asked for help but wouldn’t let the gentleman help her. Instead I found out through him that since I am on a computer 8 hrs a day for work I should be in a different lens to protect my eyes. She never told me about this even after I told her that I work on a computer. At this point my order was done and she was putting in my husbands order. When I told her I wanted to upgrade my lenses I was told I had 100 days to return them. Ok so I can’t get them corrected? “No because it will take too much time and I need to eat lunch!”

Catalina was awesome and helped me pick out frames when I was lost! She helped me find ones that fit my face shape and eyes. Can’t wait for my glasses to arrive.

Besides the eye doctor who was very helpful after the 30 mins I waited to be seen, the front end staff was horrible. I had an appointment for 2pm and I didn’t end up leaving till 3:45. I had to ask to be help on multiple occasions while staff were sitting there having random conversations. Not to mention people who were coming in after me were leaving before me. The operation just seemed way too unorganized.

Will never in my life go to this place again. The customer service sucks! I hated giving 1 star on the rating!

Waited an hour just for a scheduled eye exam. And waited another hour to talk to the doctor. Asked if I could schedule the last part and said I couldn’t but wouldn’t help. Worst place to get your glasses! If I could give 0 stars I would.

I dont know where to start, but Maria and Donnie were extremely unprofessional and cant locate my contact-lense because due to their lack of communication witheachother and now i have to wait another week because they failed to order my contacts. Jesus christ. You just lost a customer.

First time at a vision works, new to aurora and it being close and big name decided to try it. Doctor was friendly and quick. Checking in and paper work it seemed I didnt have their full attention. Picking up glasses was a bit unusual for me as they just handed them to me said thank you and then went on with their business. Used to other places sitting down with you making sure the glasses fit, doing adjustments if needed and ensuring prescription works. Probably go elsewhere next time Im looking for new glasses and checkup.

VisionWorks on Mississippi Ave was great! The staff was very polite and great to talk to. Dr Hugdahl was very upbeat and quick with my exam. Catalina was amazing helping me get the best deal so I could get both contacts and glasses. She made picking out my new glasses so fun by selected several pairs for me to try and I loved them all. Choosing a pair has never been so easy! I will definitely be back!

This office was great when doctor sewash was available. He took his time and found out the exact contacts i needed. I struggled to find the right contacts for years until i met doctor sewash. But every time i request him, no one wants contact him for me. I hope that he reads my comment and reach out to me! Its a shame that i have to go somewhere else if he doesnt reach out. The office hasnt been the same ever since he left.

Went in for a glasses appointment on the 26th of January, glasses came in on the promised day but the prescription was off on my left eye. I called the same day i picked them up and was told to bring them in store to “fix it”, the front desk lady made a comment and said “well how does he know they’re not the correct prescription he’s had them for one day” and laughed? Lol i think i know what my eyes need and when it’s not enough or too much. She told me to try them for 4 days because I’m far sided or something like that but i have astigmatism on both eyes so ok lol. So they had me walking around with a headache for 4 days and when i went in a different doctor did my eye test and she found something completely different. I was told they’d be ready by Monday the LATEST this Saturday, I called yesterday and the lady who answered sighed when i gave her my name and told me they had boxes that came in Monday and my glasses may or may not be in there and they may or may not open the boxes yesterday or today. I didn’t get a text today so I’m guessing they didn’t go through the boxes. I don’t usually leave reviews but i don’t feel as if i was taken serious when i mentioned my prescription was off, and I shouldn’t feel like I’m annoying an employee when i ask if my glasses that I’ve been waiting for since February 7 are in yet. Keep in mind I’ve been mad patient and nice when asking because i already don’t like to bother people. SMH

Called and spoke with Parker I believe, and I was literally stunned with how knowledgeable and friendly he was. He guided me to what I needed quickly. It was almost unreal how nice this guy was, I probably post one review per year so this is not a frequent compliment I give.

Catalina assisted me with my contact and glasses purchase. Catalina was fantastic! She showed me different styles of glasses and helped me pick something out that would go with my facial features. The doctor I saw was awesome.....the staff needs a lesson in customer service as well as sensitivity training. I have never been treated so terrible in my life. I am sick to my stomach over the way I have been treated. You cant get through to anyone because they just dont answer the phone. I noticed this the day I went in for my exam. That in itself should have been a clue. They speak down to you as though you are interrupting thier day just by being there.

It’s disappointing the first thing I see when I walked in was a front sales associate wearing her mask under her nose, and not wearing gloves like the rest of the employees. The tech Nadia was very professional, helpful, kind, and followed all Covid protocols perfectly. Every machine I had to use for my eye exam was throughly cleaned first. The doctor who saw me was also very helpful and nice as well.The most strikingly negative aspect of my visit was the unprofessionalism of the “upper” management in front, and the inability to have any compassion for the customer whatsoever. The inability to do basic mathematics, and just plain rude. I spent about 45 minutes in the store looking for frames and the whole time I was overhearing constant rudeness to everyone. I was astonished by this, it’s no wonder this place has such horrible reviews.All of this was from the two older women working in the front. As a paying customer I’d expect a warm welcome, an employee who wants to help and enjoys their job, not someone with a chip on their shoulder who seemingly could care less.

So disrespectful and disgusting. I’ve never encounter a customer service experience as horrible as this.

Was really good. Thought my appointment was at 1130 but it was actually at 11. I was still seen even though I was late . Dr. And the staff was really nice and did a good thorough exam. Highly recommended, exception of there selection though was small. They have way more frames online.

Had scheduled an appointment for a follow up the year before, received text confirming appointment day of appointment get a phone call saying it was not a real appointment made another appointment for 12/21/20 9:15 am received a text today to confirm an appointment on 12/29/20 at 4 pm. So time for new optometrist. I was happy with the doctor last year but the eyeglass part and this appointment stuff not good.Got a call yesterday they lost my eyeglasses, I had brought my own frames. Had called back to change my lenses from the ultralight to regular 15 minutes after I left never heard about a credit so i was waiting to go in to ask about it. 1 pair of glasses was frameless the lady that helped me name withheld said they dont do lenses for frameless glasses and when i asked why she took them there was no response. On the positive side the main office did get my scheduled appoint fixed so i could go in on the original date just a little later thanks for that and again different eye doctor but still very good and the lady that did my pre exam was wonderful. The lady that is on the sale side doesnt like it if she cantupsell.

Doctor Hugdahl was amazing. I wish she was more than an optometrist so I could go to her for absolutely everything. Also, all the people working on the floor were wonderful. First time getting glasses and Catalina really helped me find a pair that worked with my budget that I felt good in. Glasses arrived quicker than I expected and are pretty perfect. All around great experience!

I went here for a few years. The new phone system they arw using doesnt understand anything by monosyllabic names, and will not let you talk to a human. The phone number for corporate is more of the same. I tried to set an appointment online, only to find it was saying they have no appointments for the next few months, and i dont believe that. So, i am going somewhere else this time. Theres an Americas Best right across the street that you can talk to a human, and their online schedule works.

This place is fantastic! I highly recommend it. It was so easy to book an appointment and they took me in right away. Catalina was such a great help! She is so nice and friendly and was very understandable about my needs of choosing a new pair of glasses. I will definitely be going there again!

Why cant you just talk to a human at this store?? I was so frustrated with calling to get status of my order. The automated system looped around 3 times with the questions.

Not very attentive to their phone lines and customer service. I can see why they have the lowest ratings of the in area Visionworks. Looking at other reviews for this location I can see Im not alone.

Im new to the Denver area and recently broke my glasses and need new ones for my work to see. Ive called 6 times to make an appointment as well as tried using their website which is disabled for appointments from what I saw but all six times Ive called nobody has answered after waiting quite a long time. Seems like poor customer service to me.

Worst service imaginable! You cant get a hold of anyone in the case of an issue you have. If you do, they will pick up the phone only to put you on hold. Eventually, the automated system just hangs up. The doctor is actually nice, but I dont have enough bad things to say about the lack of service. Absolutely awful!

I love coming here! Always a welcoming environment!! The doctor Kirstin and Catalina were both friendly and helpful!! They met my needs and ensured I was a happy customer! Catalina also made sure I was updated on all the new special offers! Thanks to both of these ladies I will be back and will continue to utilize my insurance at this location! :)

Absolutely terrible experience! The staff was not friendly and during check in gave all my required information. Waited at least 30 minutes to see the optometrist who was great and had a wonderful attitude. After the exam the optometrist let the associate know I was ready to check out and find glasses. She said for the second time my exam is covered and I have a certain amount to spend on glasses but had to wait for someone else to check me out . After waiting at least 45 min nobody still had helped me to checkout or with my glasses. Instead one staff member left to go on break and left only one person to help everyone in the waiting area. There were at least 6 customers needing help. I would not recommend going to this location until they can get staff members who want to give good customer service. The best part is after I had left and was not going to wait anymore they called me for payment for my exam that I was told twice was covered. After paying for that they called again needing my information because they didn’t put it in the system. Definitely will not go back.

I was very impressed with my first visit, the optometrist was both fun and thorough. She did an excellent job in short time. The staff were extremely helpful in checking out and making sure all of my questions were answered. I look forward to my follow up!

This staff knows what theyre doing. I have been impressed by my experience here at Vision Works- Aurora. My optometrist helped me get eyeglass prescription corrected from a previous vision supplier and Kat, the sales rep was absolutely phenomenal in getting me the best deal for my amazing Ray bands. I would definitely recommend again to anyone!

Kat was wonderful!!!!! She helped me find my glasses and made me laugh. She gives the best costumer service and is extremely understanding. I loved getting my first pair of glasses at visionworks.

The eye doctor was great. And the first woman that ordered my glasses and contacts was great I dont remember her name if I find it Ill post it on here.The rest of the staff extremely horrible. when I picked up my glasses they just handed them to me and said here you go they refused to do any kind of fitting.I ended up having to take my glasses back because the lenses were not made correctly. They were no line bifocals. The young man that helped me on this occasion said they were out of tolerance and of course the manager said no youre wrong and they are not out of tolerance she lied and refused to remake the lenses for me in any way other than single vision. She refused to talk to me started answering the telephone and telling me she was too busy. I wish probably do a refund of some kind, difference in price but was refused.My glasses came the second time and guess what they refuse to do any kind of fitting just handed them to me and said here you go.

Been going to Visionworks for 4yrs now. Its been a great visit everytime I go. Variety of great frames for regular or sun glasses. Catalina is the best, she has great customer service skills and is so helpful and helps you get the best out of your insurance plans. Definitely recommend going here for all your vision needs.

They were great, Ms, Catalina help me with my prescription sunglasses that are super cute..one of the young ladies caught that my script was wrong from another office and fixed it! They were awesome and everyone is so nice! Will definitely get more glasses made there!
