Customer service at this location is bad. They act like you are invisible...not organized with cashier service not going there again

Not a bad store. Book section was a catastrophe but otherwise no different than any other I suppose.

Nice, friendly, helpful staff. Store is in the process of getting re-organized to make it easier to shop and find your size.

Small well kept store.

Prices are high. They could make more money and move merchandise quicker if they would come down on prices. Even the very worn is overproced. I like the store other than that.

Nice store with a lot of nice items, you never know with Goodwill, sometimes the stores are very run down and the items for sale are just junk. Its not the case at this particular store. everything has been grouped and divided nicely, the prices are reasonable and like I said the product that is for sale is in good condition.

A bit busy but lately I notice they have higher prices than usual even if the thing is missing a power cable for instance, a denon receiver with no antenna, power cable or remote but over $100.. Generally food customer service. You can even get brand new shirts with tags which is a plus but priced at prices like big departmental stores

Found some very nice items for low prices. Some had tags on them still! 3.99

If there was a negative 5 I would use that. Maybe good service for a thrift store is to much to ask. I can say me and probably 15 other customers had a very disappointing visit. Cameras should be checked from outside the business not inside because the manager at that time was part of the problem.

Came by yesterday just a few minutes after 2pm. Told them we had a bed frame to donate and they asked us to come back tomorrow. So we did, then waited through a long line only for them to say they dont accept bed frames for donation. The very least you could do is respect our time enough not to waste it.Highly recommend that you donate to Arc instead.

Not the greatest selection compared to other locations I have visited but I frequent it on my lunch break looking for that diamond in the rough. I have found a couple pretty cool lamps there this week..

This thrift store is outrageously rude. I have not once stolen a single item from their store, nor have I ever tried but I am being followed and treated by the employees like I have. I stopped in recently to use the restroom and the visit was treated as such.

Good folks working, but not really well organized for their new procedures. Store was clean and organized, but navigating the store was tough. Decent selection for just reopening

This is an awesome place. Went in, just to look, but ended up purchasing a few things. It is for a good cause. Prices are great, employees are wonderful. Please check it out.

Very nice, well organized location. Always find great deals here especially on 50% off Saturdays! Like the Deja Blue store for nicer name brand items - you can find really nice items in here! Disappointed in ALL Goodwill raising their prices, many will be just as, if not more expensive as regular stores!!!

I shop here often the store has a good selection. I often find good treasures at this location. I frequent the book section as well. The store is organized and stocked. The staff is helpful and friendly.

We went here to donate three simple bags of clothes, me and my husband were created by a middle-aged man who said his name was David. This man was the rudest man I have ever met in my life, he was walking around saying swearwords under his breath, he snatched the bag of clothes from me when I was trying to get it out of my vehicle and said “I WILL DO IT, GET BACK IN YOUR CAR” overall this one man has ruined my whole experience with Goodwill and I do not see myself returning

The old guy thats the manager there is rude!!! He wont let you try things on,he told us that the fitting rooms were closed and this was at 7:00 pm. He kept announcing on the speakers that the store was about to close and this was at 7:30pm. They definitely dont make you feel like your welcome they treat you like your bothering them by being there. I feel bad for the other employees that have to work with him.

Absolutely my all time favorite goodwill and thats including everyone Ive been to between California and Kansas. Awesome deals awesome stuff and probably the best staff Ive ever come across in a goodwill. Stores usually pretty organized and workers are constantly getting new stuff out and keeping organized the best they can with how busy it gets. They will continue to get my dedicated business!

Would give 0 stars if possible. They require infants to wear masks to come in which is extremely dangerous and lacking common sense. The manager needs to be fired.

As Goodwills go, this is a good one. Its usually clean, well-stocked, and not too busy. Compared to ones Ive been to in Parker and Colorado Springs, the selection and quality of items you can find here isnt quite as good, but obviously thats the area and not really something they can help. I do wish they had a more robust outdoor area, for things like garden items, bikes, and other outdoor equipment.

Nice people, a few bargains and resellables. Hit this place before they open and stand in line with the hopeful. They need more kitchen wares. Plenty of clothes. I picked a nice set of primary mixing bowls for a bargain.

The prices are decent for used wares, but most of it is in really bad condition. Also, there only ever seems to be one cash register open on any day, so expect a wait. Youll have plenty of time in line to decide whether the item you found is truly worth your money.

I like the selection and the staff is really friendly and helpfull! I shop here often to get quality goods for frugal prices. Very nice!

Great people. Had to do some community service hours and had a great time and met some wonderful people.

I have never been treated so kindly and with such respect in a very long time. All the employes there have made me feel so cared about. I genuinely do believe they care, and not just part of the job. Most of them know I am homeless , but the way they treat every body that walks in , one would think that we were all millionaires. Thank you, Goodwill for allowing me my pride!

Went by with a load of stuff, and apparently they dont take donations now. We brought it to ARC instead.

Rude old woman working in the “boutique” section that has some issues with discrimination. Made us feel extemely uncomfortable, chased us out to a fitting room when we were only attempting to get clothes for our kid. Should check her prejudices at the door when she’s earning a paycheck.

I go here about once a month. Its small but it has a lot of items. The workers are always nice.

Not the biggest selection, nice Lil botique with all the good stuff to the side.

I am most impressed with the diverse selection and vast amount of seemingly new costumes, new mobile phone accessories, and new eye glasses/shades. Of course, for my money, the latter is all about the Aviators.

Theres some good deals. Some new items. I just dislike the lack of price tags on some items and the high amounts of dust

Never know what youll find and always worth popping in. Very much enjoy this store as you can tell its well taken care of.

Great for clothe but if you are looking for other items I would recommend going to a different location.

AMAZING for finding large pieces of furniture, great clothing selection for little kids, a lot of nice nacs, pictures kids toys, the store is clean and the store workers are fantastic! The CDs and DVDs are quite a bit scratched up, but they have a great selection of cookbooks, non fiction, and kids books too!

They dont organize clothes by size, which is a pain and they dont have toys for kids in one central location. I would drive extra to go to a different one.

First visit since lock down very disappointed . Prices are _3 times as much now. No bargain shopping left with nothing. Will invest in new items same price.

You get to try clothes on in fitting rooms that have no doors. Real classy.

If you look hard you can find stuff you need at a great price

All the people that work there weirdos and why is everything $10 and why are you following me around the store everywhere that Im at like Im going to steal some stuff that was free for you in the first place? Its not that serious guys get it together management tell your people to stop being weirdos unless theyre being like you and in that case fire yourself so when normal person can hire normal people.

Great stuff but there can be things missing from their original space

Good will hides all the good stuff in the back of there warehouse and when its 50% off there is nothing good to sell go week days only you will find good things

Selling more and more new out pricing

This is one of the newer Goodwills in the area but they turn over a good business theyre not overpriced on much of the stuff recently I did notice that they have somebody in there that got crazy with a price gun but for the most part you can always guarantee yourself a really really good deal there and like I said this isnt just the store its a donation center and they get some really good quality stuff in there by buying from Goodwill here supporting the people

Had a good selection of Halloween stuff in true thrift store fashion.

One of my favorite places to shop

They usually have a variety of stuff to browse through, but this last time the shelves were hslf bare. Their new single line system was not well thought out. People are required to line up at the edge of the clothing racks, blocking all customer traffic near the front of the store. What they should have done is move the center display counter or at least relocate it to make room for the line.
