Put new rims and tires on my 2010 ford fusion, people said 20 inch rims with a thicker tire wasnt possible due to rubbing but Aymen was confident we could and he was extremely helpful. Not a lot of chrome wheels available in the styles I wanted but he went above and beyond to try to locate something that I liked. I eventually decided on a set he has just got in they put them on in a timely manner and I am super happy with how my car looks and rides! I will return to this shop anytime I need something, great crew!

Worst experience in my life with this shop, I purchased a 2000 dollar system with subs and after they told me it was completed, I showed up to find out none of my cameras on the vehicle worked, nither did any steering wheel controls, I argued with nas the sales rep supposedly, he explained he could fix it, so three months later he said he had the part just to find out it didnt work again, plus no refunds now Im screwed

They say they have a part on the phone but after I wasted my time to come down to the store that has trash all over the ground to be told they don’t have the part I was looking for. The staff is very good solving problems and coming up with a stock or speciality wheel that will work for each customers situation. An owner is on site or always available by phone. The wheels and tires are of excellent quality. The only negative experience I had was that I dont smoke and my car smelled like cigarette smoke when I got it back. Easy enough to clean and not something I would stop service with them due to the quality of the work done at the shop.

I was a bit nervous to come into a audio store by myself without my husband but let me tell you As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I was searching for a certain something. I was looking for a stereo, he walked with me and showed the variety of stereos they have. He educated me on the different ones. I decided to go with the pioneer. I asked if they would be able to install and they did! I was out of there less than an hour. All the employees were very helpful and friendly. My husband will be going back for tires

Large inventory and good prices, quality service

After installing my 12in subwoofer and amp in vehicle amp stopped working red light on. Even though they installed it , I have to pay in order for them to troubleshoot there own work not cool.

Spent time at another Shop, and was quoted a price over 1800.oo. Really. Walked into KTC and talked about what I was looking for. Within minutes they had everything pointed out! New system was picked, and installed in less than an hour and a half! Sounds great. Heading back for the sub and amp this week! Highly recommend these folks! I went to car toys to look for a radio for my daughters car and I was talking I my neighbor the same day I went to car toys and he said I should check out the guys at KTC so I went in today. I picked out a radio for my daughters car and tentatively have a date on Tuesday to install. I will also be installing the same radio and other items in my personal vehicle in a week or two. Moody was the gentleman I spoke to and seemed to really know his product. I can tell you that it was about 200 cheaper than car toys. Will follow up review once deck is installed. But first impression was very knowledgeable and clean show room. Cant wait to get this done for my daughter

Never do business with these people. I bought rims and tires that cost me $3,000 and In less then 6 months one of the rims werecracked. They said it was my fault. I asked if there was anything they could do to help with the cost since I had just spent $3,000 with them. They said it was my fault and not there problem and that to replace it would be full price. I can understand if it was My fault even though I didnt hot any potholes or anything like that. It was the rear tire that went flat, not the front, but to have no willingness to help and to just want more money is highly disappointing. What really is bad is I referred two other groups of people to go purchase items from them prior to my rim being cracked.
