Best experiences Ive had with any shop. They go the extra mile to get your truck back to work. Straight with the work that needs to be done, the price of it and its done right the first time. If I cant do a repair on my own, they are the only diesel shop Im comfortable with. Cant recommend enough!

If you have a diesel, take it here! Service is great, but more importantly they go above and beyond to make sure your leaving there with your vehicle repaired. The also do diesel emissions for in state and I believe out of state (call first to find out). Cost is equal to all other shops I have taken my truck to. The difference for me is they actually take the time to fix the problem and then look further into what other things could have gone wrong due to that problem. They will communicate with you the whole time, letting you know what they found and what they would like to look for. Nothing will come up on your bill as a surprise. Whenever I am in the state, I will take my truck here.

These guys are great and very friendly. I called in the morning for air suspension, and by the evening they were done. The mechanics were detailed about the process, and showing me the work at the end. The prices were very fair also. You should definitely go to these guys for your trucks, and they probably do cars too.

These guys did a great job on my F250. They got my dpf system put back on and got me emissions compliant. Did some maintenance and installed a 20” single row light bar in my grille. Turned out great. The guys inside were all great and I will definitely be returning for my next maintenance. Thanks again guys.

I wish I could give this place zero stars I went for an emissions and said they would charge me over 2000 to fix I went to Another emissions place and passed easily. This place is a scam DONT COME HERE IF UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED. I got proof tooReply:You do that

Ive been taking me and my parents cars to JJ Auto for a few years now. It is not the cheapest, but one thing is guaranteed, I never have to take my car back for the same problem twice. Their service quality is outstanding and they always do everything they can to help me out. The peace of mind I have after they work on my car is worth every single penny. Jamar and his mechanics offer the best car repair experiences. What I love most about them is their efficiency and how quick they fix my car for me. I have other mechanics I can take my car to but I would have to wait days sometimes weeks just to get it back. I rely heavily on my car so I will always take to Jamar because I can trust in his work.

Great and quick service!I was dreading taking my truck in. The diesel world is expensive and finding a good tech is important when out of warranty. They had my truck back on the road a day sooner than promised and kept me informed through the whole process.

Moved to Idaho 2 years ago had our truck fixed here before we left. Spent thousands and thousands. Truck broke down, took to shop yesterday, was diagnosed one of the same parts they fixed, was showed that despite our request they used cheap aftermarket parts. Just goes to show the work they do is horrible and they take thousands and use the cheapest parts so in a short period of time you have to have the work redone. This is not the first part weve replaced either. Total to fix the problems they supposedly fixed now about $6,000. I contacted them in the past and was treated very rudely and I put a review on here before but its gone. Do not trust these guys.

Im in the hot shot business and so I put a lot of Iles on my truck. Five days before I brought my truck to JJ Diesel Dogs my truck was at a different shop in another state for the same issue and the previous shop had misdiagnosed the issue and put me back on the road with a bogus repair and a huge repair bill.Five days forward I broke down in the Denver area and JJ Diesel Dogs had the best reviews I saw so I brought the truck in first thing Monday morning. Within an hour or two looking at my truck they could recognize immediately what the issue truly was and were able to give me fully customizable options and gave me a killer deal.I legit cant talk higher of these guys, from first talking to Jarmar who was polite, courteous and truly listened to what my issues were to the techs that worked diligently on my truck Roel, Edward, and Tony, to Josh at the front completely giving me a full breakdown and communicated with me every step of the way not doing any extra work that I did not approve of all the way back to Jarmar the owner who oversaw the entire repair. I cant thank these guys enough, I go to diesel shops frequently across the country and these guys are top notch and I wish all shops had these guys standards! Do not waste your time, take your diesel to JJ Diesel Dogs!

Customer service is awful. Manager/owner tried to charge me 3 times the labor hours for the job. I called him out and the conversation got so aggressive I thought he was going to make it physical. I will never return and I hope you dont make the mistake did.

Had a truck here for the first time for a rear end brake job. My truck needed rear rotors,pads, and a caliper. A month down the road my new caliper gives out, tears down my rotor. I took it back to them, they replaced caliper and rotor but up sold me on wheel bearings saying they were bad. Less than 1 month after putting in my new wheel bearings the bearing went out and caught fire. Took it back to them, they kept my truck for longer then expected and when asked what was going on I never got a straight forward answer. They told me that the spindle nut threads were a little worn from the heat and they were waiting on a new replacement nut. Today my truck is being taken apart to replace park break shoes and this is what we find. Completely destroyed nut that was supposedly replaced, stripped threads on the spindle which we hope we can find a tap and die set big enough to repair the threads otherwise itll be a $5000 dollar rear end replacement. Long story short a simple brake Job led to my truck catching fire and costing thousands of dollars.

Came in with a diesel truck. They took the truck back did all the emissions tests. They charged my husband $60.00 for emissions and handed him the receipt and the paperwork and said nothing to him. They didn’t tell him they had failed the truck. So he drives to the DMV to resister the truck and looks at the paperwork and see they failed the truck for tires and a check engine light. Had they told him right then and there that the truck failed, he could have shown them that we JUST paid 1333.00 for new tires to be installed tomorrow and I just went out to the truck and there is no check engine light on. Now in order to get them to pass it we have to pay another $30.00 dollars even though there is nothing to check. They should have told him at the counter, before he paid the final bill, that the truck failed the test and why. Seems a bit dishonest to not tell your customer they have an issue or two and let them walk out the door.

In late 2019 I was preparing a Ford F250 Super duty lariat for sale and needed to get its emissions test complete. I was directed to JJ Diesel Dogs, Everyone at this shop was super helpful and very kind, and even though my vehicle failed the emissions test they were able to aid me with all of the necessary repairs and made sure they took care of everything on my vehicle before the end of the day, I couldnt thank them enough for their help in a pinch, they are fantastic mechanics! All of the problems on my vehicle were resolved and the test was redone and passed!

So I dont know a thing about cars, and Tony, he really goes above and beyond for his customers, my aunt, Sandra Valenty has been going here for awhile now and she loves how honest, also how reasonably priced they are and my aunt and I will always be coming here to fix our cars so thank you guys for the hard work that you guys do... Sorry I’m advance for the length. 2 star because 1 stars aren’t taken seriously. Back story I bought a 3” lift made by Zone Off-road /BDS for a 13 Wrangler & someone else installed not these guys. When I wasn’t able to get the alignment right I called Zone/BDS tech support looking for answers. I told them the Caster was neg 2.75 degrees. Zone/BDS said, the installerMust of not modified the lower control arm brackets per installation instruction to allow adjustment to caster. They recommend I take it to JJ Diesel cuz they are close by me & am authorized installer. I called JJ’s, told them Zone asked Me to call & see if they could check the lower control arms to see if they were modified correctly. I explained to JJ Diesel that the Jeep death wobbled a couple times coming back from Saida. I was told Geo brackets from front control arms is a better fix & So I was brought the brackets and the Jeep by so they could check the front control a brackets per Zone off-road. What happened was JJ called me next day, said They want to rebuild the front end & charge me 3k for it. I of course turned down the excessive quote, ask what I owed for him to check out the control arm brackets. He replied, 145.00! I wasn’t happy, I kept my cool, owner/Mgr tried to justify why he charged me 146. I never signed a permission to do a complete front end inspection. He charged me for 2 hours! To check two brackets for modifications. He said my front end was so bad he had to rebuild it or nothing. I’m sure they will reply with something witty to deflect fault but they took advantage of my kindness and trust, I paid it.. but I’m not going to be quiet. No wonder everyone I spoke to recommended Stans in Aurora , I wish I would have waited for an opening.

I am not one to leave negative reviews , but these guys are fraud! DO NOT waste your time and money here!!! I brought my GMC diesel on Monday because it wouldnt turn on and they called me on Tuesday morning and told me they would have to replace the fuel filter in order to fix my truck they gave me a total amount of $3,600.93 for the parts and labor. I told them it was fine and they said I could pick it up on Thursday morning. I went in and paid and took my tuck. I literally drove maybe 10 min to Home Depot and my truck did not start again. I called and they came out and said they were going to have to tow back to the shop. Which caused such an inconvenience to both my wife and I. I lost another day of work and my wife had to leave work to come pick me up. They called me back later in the afternoon and told me it was something completely different that was causing my truck not to start and that it would cost me $8,000.00!!!!! to get it fixed! On top of the $3,600.93 I had paid that morning. I told them they should be accounted for because they did not fix my truck whatsoever they refused to , excusing themselves with the whole we thought it was the fuel filter Well they thought wrong and Im literally back to square one with the exact same issue. I refuse to keep giving money to these people they have a limited warranty on their work for a whole 30 days or 12,000 miles according to their receipts but they refused to refund my money or do their job correctly.

Great experience. Arrived several minutes after they stop doing emissions. However they were very pleasant and performed the emissions testing. Excellent experience!

I am a new customer, first I took my truck to emission testing, the service was good. Then I had to do a repair, 2 months later my truck broke down. They covered the labor and repair since the issue was from the initial repair. I highly recommend them, their service is great!!!

Not honorable technicians! I had to change four $15 belt on my truck they wanted to charge me 459 to make up the cost basically for the radiator that they broke so they don’t have to take a loss. I talked them down to 317 which is still ridiculously overpriced for what I had done to the truck, and when I got to the house the belt going onto my alternator was loose. So I had to get out my tools and fix it myself after work today. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will never come here again.

I got my food truck diesel emissions test and retest done here. Tony and the team got my truck in very quickly both times. I look forward to having them do some more work for me.

This was the third place I was told to go for an all wheel drive diesel emission test. As son as I walked in, I knew I was in good hands. Both guys at the counter were friendly and helpful. My sister is a quadriplegic and has power assist steering on here vehicle. We went to several auto repair shops because the rack and pinion was going out. Nobody would touch it. We took it to J & J Auto, Jarmar and his mechanic fixed it for her and did a wonderful job. I would recommend his shop and will be using his shop for all my future auto repair needs

I purchased a used dodge durango and j&j was the only place i was able to get it checked out to make sure it was a good buy before my 5 day return warranty ended. They were able to find and explain, to my understanding, the issue and gave me a repair estimate the same day. The only place i can trust after years of searching.

Actually Im torn on this review. I went in for an oil change and fuel filter replacement and was immediately quoted nearly $400. Ive done this same service myself when I had my garage and as a Master Certified Tech. ASE. 30 years experience. I was surprised by this quote. Ive done the fuel filter myself 3 times on my own truck. It took me a half an hour tops with a 30 dollar filter. No multipoint inspection which is standard with every auto repair facility. Ive been a service manager, master tech, shop foreman plus 15 years of OEM experience as a Field Tech for Audi Germany. Not really pleased with the level of service. This shop needs to catch up with industry standards. Maybe Im biased as an Audi expert and the level of service given at their dealerships. I moniterd dealer performance and know every aspect of quality service. I used to go to the Dodge dealer and will probably go back there. It may be more expensive but really I dont think so. The lack of a multi point inspection report is a real dissapointment. Even Jiffy lube does that. That was the killer for me. After receiving the repair order I was dismayed by the lack of detail. (Brand/weight of oil, filter, air filter, fuel filter). I was just wanted to get away when I got my keys. I wasnt in the mood to grill the service department which would just upset me. I just wont go back there again.

I take my 05 Ford 6.0 diesel and I have had absolutely no problems and I trust them to take care of me and my truck.

Fixed my truck in one day. Very labor intensive job. My truck has to remove cab for any work to the motor. Great job guys thank you.

WAS WORTH FIXING HE SAID YES MOTOR SOUNDS GOOD ITS RUNNING WELL LONG STORY SHORT I GAVE HIM 2900 DOLLARS AND. MY TRUCK WONT START HE HAD HIS MECHANICS DROP MY TRUCK OFF 10 DAYS AGO & REFUSED TO HAVE HIS MECHANICS COME PICK IT UP AND MAKE THINGS RIGHT. SO I HAD TO PAY MORE MONEY & HAVE IT TOWED TO THE CHEVY DEALER THEY TOLD ME ANTIFREEZE IS LEAKING INTO THE MOTOR AND ITS OBVIOUS ANOTHER 4,356.00 TO FIX THIS PLACE LOST MY BUSINESS AND MY BROTHER IN LAWS BUSINESS I HAVE NO RESPECT FOR A PLACE LIKE THIS I ALSO FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. By the way this Jamar proclaims to be a Christian some Christian when youre ripping people off your response makes no sense Im going to tell you yes Im going to pay $2,900 to fix part of the problem and not know if Im going to have to pay thousands of dollars more thats illiterate and you know its BS use were so shady you came back and drop the truck off at my house when I wasnt home and left the key in the vehicle under the mat so I wouldnt be able to tell you anything there at your place and then have the audacity to go on a Christian radio station claiming your business is real and legit and Christian like you will have your recompensation in hell if you dont change your stealing ways thats one of the Ten Commandments supposed Christians like this little Jamar guy are the ones that give Christianity a bad name a straight wolf in sheeps clothing.

I took my truck in for an emmisons test. When I left I had a check engine light come on for my EGR valve. I never saw this light before. I asked them why this would be and they said they didnt know but they could run a diagnostic on it and charge me $89.99. They said they did not touch anything but the exhaust. Again, I never had an issue before I took it to them for a simple test. I would never trust these guys again.

Okay so we were passing thru town dropped our drive shaft on our 2005 Gmc Sierra. We dealt with the owner mostly who was a very nice guy.....We ended up paying over 2600 bucks to replace the shaft after being promised the truck would be ready before they closed for the weekend got a call last minute that it would be Monday. Monday comes and we picked up the truckgot 5 miles down the road and my truck wont go into drive. We are told to limp it back. So the owner Jamar, tells us that the control module was dirty he cleaned it charged us 400.00 bucks sent us on our way. I am now stranded in Kansas half way home with my control module out, Jamar guys left my seal loose on my transfer case which had the wrong fluid in it. So whats the deal with your big nice shop guys going to refund some of my labor money or just rip me off???

Great place for emissions test

This guy has done work on my vehicle and my mothers. My mother provided all the materials needed to replace the brakes. He forgot to put oil in the breaks and created a constant whining noise. Mean while he worked on my rear differential. Year later I break down up in the mountains and have to get towed to the nearest shop. Im out of a vehicle for 2 weeks. Irony of the situation is we had a conversation about you have to be really careful who works on rear differentials because if done wrong it can cost thousands of dollars. Which it did. I had to replace mine. He didnt do the job correctly. Called him and asked him for his help. Nothing. All he could say was well its been a year. Well the other mechanics and insurance adjuster, who did do their job correctly said he clearly didnt put lock tight in it to keep everything secure. Thanks Jamar Leon.

The owner of J&J auto care center, Jamar Leon, diagnosed my truck wrong and installed turbocharger which cost me $634 whereas the problem was with vacuum pump for which I paid $400 to another shop. J&J owner Jamar did not take the responsibility of his wrong doing. J&J is a dishonest business place. Do not take your vehicles to that shop. While waiting in shop I noticed owner had argued with couple of people about his some wrongdoing to their vehicles.
