Was told to be here by 9am right at open so my brake pads could be done. They told me they would have to keep my car all day but will guarantee it done. Sounds good. I work 6 days. Sunday being my only day off. This works. I come in and I get denied service. I will no longer go to or recommend a Firestone anymore

I am very disgusted with Firestone at this point. I have a VW Beetle that I love and thought I was getting the right servicing for it. It turns out I was very wrong. I will not go into detail here, but only to say that major repairs were not done when they should have been. I thought I could drive my car a few more years but because problems were neither told to me nor explained, that seems highly unlikely. An estimate I got for URGENT repairs is way above and beyond what I thought would be just one problem to be fixed. This post doesn’t even deserve one star.

Im very pleased with the service that I received at this location. I wish that I could give 10 + stars. Thank you, Chris for fitting me into the schedule on such short notice, I really appreciate it. Camron (Cam) was spot on with everything that was wrong with my car. I wasnt given the run around, and he gave me detail by detail as to what was needed to repair my car. Thank you for being so polite and professional, and for making this a good experience all the way around. Kudos to the technician(s), I feel like I have a brand new car. (:

Do not go here to this location they always have rental vehicles in front of everybody else and never have enough time for anybody else. I went there today and for a tire flat repair it was going to be until Tuesday and its Thursday right now. This is the second or third time Ive tried this location and theyre always packed mostly with rentals.

Called to tell me that my car would be ready in 30. Still sitting here almost 2 hrs later. Listening to them try and upset everyone. Tried to sell me an alignment service even though my alignment is perfect. Then after a customer left, the guy at the desk walked into the shop to trash talk him...Pretty sad.

Update - Jim is no longer there and things have gone down hill. The staff is just friendly enough not to be rude. I have had to go back multiple times for the same issue. Additionally, they got grease all over my steering wheel and driver side door and left a hand print on my passenger side seat. Im unsure if it will ever come out. Had to get the district manager and corporate involved to get the issues resolved finally. After trying other locations with similar luck in service and not having the issue resolved, I no longer trust Firestone in general. I am ending my 10 year relationship with them.Original- Small but busy location. Jim is the best! I have followed him around town for years. Hes upfront, puts things in easy to understand terms, looks out for me car and budget wise and always friendly.

THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU, watch out.My car had a CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. I took it to FIRESTONE and they said their code checker listed it was the THERMOSTAT that needed to be replaced, so I paid them to replace it. Months later, I got the check engine light again for the same code. They said the THERMOSTAT they installed may have been faulty so they’d need to replace it again and I would have to pay. So they want me to pay to replace a faulty thermostat they had initially installed? Yes, they said yes you’d need to pay for a new one to be installed. Apparently since I was past the mileage for the THERMOSTAT warranty they would not be able to replace it for free. I even spoke to management to see if they could make an executive decision and allow me this one time to have it replaced for free given that they said it was faulty and they were the ones the that installed a faulty part on my car, nope even management doesn’t know how to execute client satisfaction for a client who had a faulty THERMOSTAT installed in their FIRESTONE location.With this 2nd check engine light code check they also told me my RADIATOR FAN wasn’t working and that I needed to have it replaced ASAP and If I didn’t then my engine would OVERHEAT. Well I began to not trust these guys anymore and decided to take my car to the vehicles dealership instead. When we looked under the hood of the car the lot attendant asked me why my radiator fan was disconnected. The only other person that checked my car the previous day was FIRESTONE! I was baffled and told him what happened with FIRESTONE and the only conclusion I had was that they were purposely going to make my engine overheat by having had disconnected the RADIATOR FAN to my car in the hopes that I would bring it back to FIRESTONE to give them more of my money!So I then get it checked by the cars brand dealership and they said my CONDENSER FAN and RADIATOR FAN were fine, they weren’t working since they wire was disconnected by FIRESTONE. Once the dealership employee reconnected it it worked fine. The dealer installed an authentic Thermostat part matching the make of my car instead of the aftermarket THERMOSTAT FIRESTONE installed which obviously was faulty.FIRESTONE, what the heck is wrong with you. YOUR MECHANICS/MANAGER TRIED TO SABOTAGE MY CAR! Y’all have no decency and act as if clients paying for another faulty thermostat is ok. I had my car serviced there for around 3 yrs and stopped going to your location due to your MANAGER’s incompetence when it comes to executing the correct decisions when your clients have been wronged by the service/parts you provided.

My first visit to this location was wonderful on November 4th the person who met me was so friendly and helpful he made me open a Firestone Credit card and I made an appointment for the next week on November 10th. I was looking forward to seeing him but he said he work as tire technician and he will be off and he told me his manager will be there. On my next visit I met this unfriendly guy he was so rude he made me feel unwanted to be in the store so I left without doing the service and he didnt even care.

I scheduled a car inspection a week out got here today at 1 which is my appointment time and it is now 2:33 they havent took my car back to even check it nor have they even said anything to me about it. I completely shredded a tire on the junkyard that is 270 headed home. I tried a few other places, but the strange tire size made getting two correct tires almost impossible. I decided to try Firestone (I havent had good luck in my home town, but I was running out of ideas.) My buddy and I loaded up the two tires that needed replaced and headed in. We were met by Jim, and he started handling things immediately. He tracked down the correct tires at two other locations and had us leave the old ones while his crew rounded the new ones up. The new tires were on the wheels and ready to go before lunch, and I was back on the road. Instead of having to spend another night in Denver tracking down tires Im writing this review from my office with a smile on my face. Thank you Jim and crew!

Went in for an oil change and an inspection. They tried to tell me all four Rotors and break pads were destroyed and that they would all need to be replaced for around $900 bucks. Also said that I needed an alignment, even though I had one from another shop in June. Told them I would pass, and took a look at everything with my boyfriend to find the pads have lots of life in them and the Rotors are still kicking. Not to mention, they crossthreaded one of my bolts. If something happened to my tire and I was stranded, I would have been screwed.Updated: The manager fixed the issues and replaced the lug nut for free at our convience, so upping to 3 stars.

Went in today at 9am and the guy in front of me was told he could get a set of tires put on, in an hour, and that he was first in line. I was next in line and only needed a tire repaired, but was told they would “see,” if they could get to my tires by the end of the day? I asked the guy outside if he made an appointment. And he said no. As a person who has bought 2 sets of tires at this location, last year, I will not be coming back again. Shout out to pep boys for taking care of my tire and being professional as well.

Yesterday I had a great experience here for the first time in years. I had been contemplating changing to another company even after being a long time dedicated customer. But Jason was extremely friendly and prompt on welcoming me when before I usually wait around for someone to greet me and they could care less about my time even when I called ahead to schedule an appt and verified the time it would take. He was very respectful and went above and beyond to make sure I got out by a certain time and help me with whatever I needed. After this experience I feel good about continuing my service with Firestone.

Great experience here for first time. Scheduled appointment at 9am. They had my car in and out in the exact time they estimated. Service turned out great, no complaints. The gentleman behind the counter on 3/10, I didn’t catch his name unfortunately, was very pleasant to speak with. Will be coming back for same service in the future!

I would give this location 0 stars if I could. I went there on sat 6/13 for new brakes and nothing else. I left with a completely DESTROYED transmission. Not only that but they are denying any wrong doing and not Im without a car relying on people around me to get to work. I would NEVER recommend going to this place to anyone. Please read the other reviews and STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! We bought tires here a year ago with warranty. We had a nail in one of our tires and instead of fixing it they turned my wife away and say it was damaged and that she need 4 new tires. The front desk worker (Jim) is also very rude and negative. I took my car to Discount and they fixed the damaged tire for free!

I have a 2014 Mazda Miata which means my winter tires are not as commonly stocked. They got my tires from the warehouse on a noon shipment, checked all my fluids and recommended an oil change (which I did). I couldnt make it to get my car that night and they held it overnight for me.Also, being that I have a Miata which has tons of trunk space (not) they are holding my tires for me til my husbands car is done (he dropped his off when we picked mine up) so we can bring the tires home in his car.I love Firestone, especially this Firestone. Their customer service is top notch and I always feel like my car got what it needed, nothing more nothing less.

I bought tires online and had them shipped here for installation. I didnt really know what to expect, but everything went smoothly. I called for an appointment. When I arrived, they said it would be about an hour job. The tires were installed on time and for less than I was originally quoted. Im happy.

Dont waste your time here. Older guy working the counter was incredibly rude both times I tried to take my car in. Couldnt do alignment because frame was bent (it wasnt) went to Pep Boys they took great care of me and didnt just lie to my face.

Walked in without an appointment and within minutes Donnie had my car looked at and was very clear about what was wrong with my car. I expected to have to come back much later in the day to get my car back but within a couple hours my car was done and is driving like new! Excellent service and very wallet friendly for what I needed done. Ive never been more satisfied after leaving a shop.

Usually go to the Firestone on Fox for a simple full synthetic oil change. I shouldve done that. They usually make me wait 20-30 minutes with an appointment. Waited almost two hours at this location WITH AN APPOINTMENT. Needless to say I will continue to go to that location. Try the one on Fox folks!

If I could give this place 0 Stars I would.. their customer service sucks..We are from Texas ended up with a nail in our tire on the sidewall that could not be repaired, we were willing to purchase a tire but he told us they dont sell just one tire that we would have to at least by 2 tires. They close at 7 pm we got there at 6:20 and he told us they were really busy and would be closing in about 40 minutes and would not have time to provide us with the service we needed that we could call a taxi and leave the truck there or come back tomorrow morning, my husband explain to them thats not an option for us since we were out of town and they were still not willing to help us. We will never go back to any Firestone especially when they dont have a problem putting peoples lives in danger by putting us back on the road with an hazardous tire on our truck. So we went down the street to Pep Boys they did an amazing job customer service was great and had us back on the road within 30 minutes!

Called everywhere for tires for my car, odd size no one had or were wayy expensive. Then I called Firestone, they told me they actually have the tires I need in stock (others said they had to special order) and told me I can come in right away. they quoted me $145.00 for BOTH front tires, taxes and all! Awesome price. other places wanted over $250 for the same tires. I would recommend this place and will be back. PS they took their time with me on the phone and in person, very friendly. :)

We took a car over to your place for a client for a seasonal tire swap and because of unforeseen circumstances we were 1/2 late. Appointment time was 9 am and arrived at 9:30. Was then told Your late!. Well get you in when we can. Finally at 1:45 pm car was finished. That to me is completely unacceptable. Your people at the counter are rude and your customer service is seriously in the toilet. Never again! When people come to us wanting us to bring their car to your store we will recommend another place with better service which pretty much is anywhere but Firestone on Havana. Don’t get your Timing Belt and Water Pump replaces here. I had Toyota replace it and they said the washer by the crank pully was put on backwards and that’s what dug into my belt causing it to deteriorate. They also said the parts used were subpar. I called them to see if they would make things right and said sorry there is nothing we can do. We would’ve had to of done the work replacing it. I’m like serious! Seriously? You honestly think if I took it in to them and they saw it was backwards they would’ve told me. Yeah ok like I believe that. What a complete joke! You know good and well they would’ve covered it up and not have told me. If they would’ve given me a gift card for like $100-$200 I would’ve been happy. Not like I’m asking them to pay the entire thing. Just something is all I wanted to make it somewhat right. Firestone doesn’t want to even make the slightest effort so here is my review.

This location has the absolute worse customer service had a 3 pm appointment for oil change, 4 new tires windshield wiper replacement and engine and cabin air filter! I get there they do not have the tires in store. Then Susan calls around finds tires at another location and says idk if I can get the car done today! Can you leave it till tomorrow I said no! I need the car tomorrow. She then tells me well Ill do my best to get it done Ill for sure have the oil change done and patch the left rear tire if its fixable. Worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Iv been in the automotive industry since I can remember. I hate this place. I bought 4 new tires not even 6 months ago along with the warranty, ended up with a screw in one tire went in a week ago and they said itll be 53.10 and leave my car . I could not leave it so I went in today and all of a sudden the tread is no good and they wanna charge 100.00. Their never consistent. They will sale the road hazzard and make it sound good until you come in for service. I NEVER had an issue with discount tire and hate I even tried firestone.

After an extremely negative experience a few years ago I decided to give Firestone another try...Purchased a new vehicle which required new tires. I additionally purchased new wheels for the vehicle from Tire Rack. This location was listed as a recommended installer so I took it there. Unfortunately the two tires I desired were unavailable so I had to choose a 3rd option. After leaving my vehicle for service on Friday evening the store was unable to complete the work after a full day on Saturday. I graciously said it was fine and they could have another full day to work it. The technicians snapped 5 studs and lugs as well as cracked a rotor while working on my vehicle. Additionally they damaged the new wheels I purchased along with my bull bar on the front of my vehicle. The technicians claimed the lug nuts did not fit the current studs and I would need to purchase a new set. After having my truck for two full days they were able to replace the studs and rotors they broke and reinstall my old tires which were still on the stock wheels. The vehicle was not ready by the end of the 2nd day so I had to pick it up the following morning causing me to take time off of work. After speaking with two additional tire centers they assured me the lugs fit so I attempted to install them myself. The 15 remaining lugs fit all 20 studs and tires were easily mounted using the proper 13/16 socket rather than the 21mm socket they had been trying. This caused additional damage to the wheels and vehicle. I then took my vehicle to Firestone the next morning to show the manager everything I had found. He was unapologetic, rude, and seemed unconcerned with all of the issues brought to his attention. He also inadvertently claimed I was lying by telling me the damaged caused to my front end could not have been caused there and that I needed a different lug for my vehicle. Additionally he did not seem to care that the lugs provided fit fine after I was told by his store they didnt work. He reluctantly sent an email to his higher ups but did not document all of my concerns or offer any compensation for the damage or my time. The lack of customer service, professionalism, and competency at this location was appalling. I am now waiting on corporate to get back to me within 3-5 business days. In the meantime I have no idea what to do with my now damaged wheels and tires I would like to return. I am going to visit a 2nd Firestone location to see if they can do anything for me while waiting. I am told by several friends and co-workers this location has great service; fingers crossed that $2000 and 2+ days worth of time has not been lost.

I came in after i talked to someone on the phone. Guy named Jim had a very negative attitude. Immediately told me how he wasnt gonna be able to get me in and out. I said i had talked to someone on the phone they said first come first serve. Probably about 45 minutes. I told jim this. And he became red and flustered and fast talking. I asked him if wanted to calm down a sec. He said no then i asked if he has said no he doesnt want to calm down and he walked away and ignored me and said nope. No. Shut the door and proceeded to call his supervisor. Who went the bank in the busiest part of the day.Definitely not a good look.Definitely wont be back becuase of jim at the front desk.

The next morning received a call that they had no spots available and scheduled me for 3 days later. 2 hours before I my appt,I call go m to confirm my appt. Got here and the whole parking lot is full, or blocked off with no parking signs. I double park a car in the back since I am here for an appt and go inside. Im informed that theyre running behind and that itll be at least an hour. I walk over to freddys to eat. Come back just over an hour to be told the car on front on me had issues and that theyll start my car soon... Its 90 minutes in and they havent even lifted my car.

Guy named Donnie ‘attempted’ to help me. Wanted me to bring my vehicle in at that exact minute. When I drove all the way over there he told me that I should have brought my vehicle over there at that exact minute when he told me to. He said he won’t even touch my vehicle because I didn’t follow his ‘instructions.’ Even though I had just got off work and was trying to make it over there. He was the biggest prick I have ever met and I recommend taking it to any other shop besides this one. I would give it 0 stars if I could and I would let them touch my vehicle with a 10 foot pole.

I called a day earlier asking them if they had availability for an oil change. They said yes at 11 am the next morning. I was fine with that. I take my car at 11am was told it should be done by 1:30. I come back at 2:15 and they hadn’t even started. Now im still waiting at 4:00 pm for a call. They close at 5:00 as its sunday. Im just disappointed because i could have taken it to a Walmart or a Grease monkey and not have waited and wasted a whole day without my car.

Dont waste your time here. I made an appointment, but it got cancelled. I called to see if there was anything available for a break check/oil change. Guy on the phone named Chris said if I drop if off early it can be done by the afternoon. That was the first lie- if you dont have time or hands to do whats promised; dont tell a customer its ok to bring it in. Brought my car in by 8am and apparently I was an inconvenience to him. Explained what I needed to have checked out; not an ounce of customer service by Chris. I leave to do errands, and by 2pm I am wondering whats going on. I call the store and the girl explained to me that it hasent been looked at, and it will be another 30 mins to an hour before someone has a chance to look at it. I am super disappointed and try to explain to the girl to just cancel it and have my car ready for me to pick up. I get there at 3pm and my car is up loaded on the racks in the bay. I explained to the girl thats not what I requested, she said she would tell him to take it down. Not even 5 mins later she comes back saying they just started to look at it and to give them 15 mins to complete it. Fine, sure- since listening to customers seems to be a problem here. Next thing I know, I am looking at a bill of 1400 to 1900.. because we found discounts for you. Chris the manager never had the decency to talk to me or even explain anything he found on his inspection. At this point I am done. Customer service is horrible and they obviously just dont give a damn what you need.

My daughter had a nail in her tire. She was on her way to work when she noticed it. She went by the Firestone on Mississippi near Havana.The guy refused to plug her tire unless she could leave the car for two days!A flippin plug!!! It takes 10 minutes!! It is a cold snowy day and he couldnt just do a quick plug?!I will NEVER spend another cent at Firestone!!!

Don’t go here! We had never been to firestone but they had a great deal on tires, so we decided to bring our car to them. Two weeks before this we had taken our car to the dealer to get checked for any issues because we were going out of town, everything even our alignment checked out we just needed tires. We took the car to firestone and waited in the lobby for 4 hours to get an alignment and the tires on. When we drove away the car was drifting to the right and the tire monitor sensor light started coming on. I was told to bring the car in and they would take care of it. Took it back and after explaining the issues left the car there, after four hours again, they call and say our alignment is bad and it’s 84 dollars to get it aligned and we need a new tire sensor for 125 dollars. I had to explain it was less than a week since my alignment and was told some cars just didn’t align and have to keep getting aligned. What?! But they offered to take care of it this time. We picked up the car and the alignment was still off. Now not only is the tire sensor light on after the second visit, but so is my ABS and traction control light!! I contacted corporate and was told an area manager would be in touch, three days later nothing. Called again and was told they would escalate it to the regional manager. I’m currently waiting for a call. I will update if they contact me! For now I will tell everyone NOT to take their car here! Terrible first and last experience!

I visited couple times so far. I changed all the tires in my first visit and did the alignment too. They recommend me to fix lot of things with a estimated cost which i couldnt afford. In my second visit, they did not remind / repeat nothing about previous recommendations for me. I believe they should do that, instead they asked if i wanted to change air filter, thats it.

I took my car here on a Saturday morning for an oil change and to get my heater diagnosed and fixed. I was told that they would be able to do both but it would take the whole day. Fine. I left my car there and cleared my schedule. Then a couple of hours later, I got a phone call from them asking *me* what was wrong with my heater. I dont know whats wrong with it, I told them, all I know is its not working. Thats why Im paying for the diagnosis. Ok, the manager said, one of our people just checked your car but didnt leave any notes, so Im trying to figure out whats wrong with it. Long story short, we agreed to do the heater diagnosis another day, because the manager said they were short on staff anyway. But they would get my oil change done. A couple hours later, I called and asked if my car was almost ready. The manager says: oh, did you want us to put it in?! Yesss, I said. I thought thats what we agreed on?! A couple hours later, the manager calls me and says they were getting ready to close and werent even able to get my oil change done. When I went to get my car, he wasnt even apologetic and I was too mad to vocalize my complaints. In the past, my experience with firestone has not been bad, but I will be sure not to go there again.

This place is absolutely horrible. read the reviews and dont go. a complete waste of time. i was there for 3 hours waiting for a simple inspection. needless to say, i never got the inspection because i didnt make an appointment even though i asked them over the phone if that was what i needed to do. they said no, just bring it in. so much for there. go somewhere else and save your time and money

This firestone has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been to this store 4 times now with different tire related issues and each time I’m there, the demeanor towards customers is appalling. There is always a recognizable amount of attitude given by the employees, like they’re doing you a favor for doing their job. If your firestone purchased tires need a warranty repair, whatever you do, stay far away from this Firestone.

I used to speak highly of this place and have been coming here since 2014. Unfortunately, staff has become extremely rude and dismissive when I visit. In the past year they have failed on so many levels. The fail to complete work in the timeframe that it was promised. Then, they dont have the courtesy to update me of the delays. They have returned my vehicle without having all the work completed that I had asked for like rotating the tires. They have told me my battery was failing which I had just replaced the prior year. I wasted my time taking the battery back to NAPA where they tested it on two separate meters and it was a perfectly good battery. It turned out that this was all because they were testing it at the fuse box under the hood and not at the battery which is under the backseat in my car. They then told me that the reason they were testing the battery at the fuse box was because it is above and beyond to lift up my backseat where the battery is located to test it correctly.It has been issue after issue at this place. Basically, all the corners you fear your mechanic shop might be cutting are probably happening. I simply had to stop coming here because I just can trust this place anymore.

While waiting for a part to arrive for my SUV they backed into my car with another car cause they failed to follow their own safety protocols. Now, theyre refusing to pay for my car to get fixed cause the estimate is over the value of my car, this is after the store manager assured me that they would pay for the repairs and get me in a rental for the time being. Do not go here. Oh, they also failed to inform me of the incident the day it happened, instead I found out the next day through their claims department. Very negligent on their behalf.

Made a appointment online and for some reason the system cancelled it? Anyway called and asked why? they said bring in our car they could have me out in 2 hours...dropped my car off at 1:30 and came back and 3:30 and my car was not touched, they said 2 hours more , I waited until 7:00 pm to get a simple oil change on my car. Very poor customer service , DO NOT COME HERE you will wait all day or longer to get your vehicle back or even worked on.

Sooooo many times I have brought my car in here for them to order the wrong parts multiple times per fix....smdh. how does a shop order wrong parts for cars they are repairing...multiple times...guy ordered wrong calipers twice...hope the 3rd set he ordered is right. They broke my car and are unwilling to repair the damage they caused. No one take your vehicle here if you want it to work afterwards.I took it on for oxygen filters two days ago. I already knew what was wrong with it, and when theyre diagnosis matched the one Id gotten, I let them do the work.The next day, after getting the car back and driving home from work, my car overheated and broke down near the exit to I-25 and the home depot. Two good Samaritans helped me push it into a parking space, and we noticed a trail of fluid leaking from underneath my car. It was not leaking anything when I brought it into the shop on Wednesday. I only needed oxygen sensors repaired.I went back into the firestone this morning and spoke with the manager Chris Lynne. I told him what happened. His responses are we cant time when things break and then he made a remark that there had been alot wrong with my car the last time I brought it in in February. I responded with yes there had, but I got it fixed. He rolled his eyes and said that oxygen filters are no where near what could cause a leak and that it was not their fault. I told him again that there was nothing wrong with the car when brought it in. That it had been driving in good condition and that if it had been leaking this badly, I would not have been able to use it. He acquiesced to getting the car toed the 1.5 miles back to the shop but, as of right now, refuses to take responsibility for the damages caused to my vehicle.

Over-charge for parts and didnt do a thorough inspection before and after their work to make sure everything was set to go. Truck broke down again within 12 hours of getting it back due to the same system they had just worked on. I took it back in there and they wouldnt make any concessions for me, wouldnt acknowledge they charged me for a repair that was incomplete, no help at all. Just gave me an estimate on additional work, again over charging for parts. I loved the Firestone in Durango. This place does not live up to the same standard.

The guys at the counter (Jim ) is a bullshitter! Not only did he charge me for valve stems they didnt replace(50$) he charges me re cycling for tire I took with me and!!!!! The guy who changed my tires was on his phone for 40 minutes plus and did not balance my tires correctly .I drove back to my place and then next morning two tires were flat! BRAND NEW TIRE 900$ WORTH ... AND THEY Didnt REPLACE VALVE STEMS WHICH WERE LEAKING . DIDNT BALANCE CORRECT AND CHARGED FOR TIRES I TOOK WITH.ALSO. MY APPOINTMENT WAS ON A SUNDAY (3 TRIP) BACK , JIM TELLS ME WHEM I WALK IN THE DOOR. WE JUST CALLED TO CANCEL YOUR APPT!!!! IM STANDING IN FIRESTONE .. SERIOUSLY THEY SUCK ,LIE CHEAT AND STEAL! I Even HAVE DOCUMENTS STATING THEY DID NOT REPLACE STEMS, ( WENT TO ANOTHER FIRESTONE TO VALIDATE IT) AND GOT IT IN WRITING...MIKE IS THE MANAGER NEVER EVEN CALLED ME TO APOLOGIZE. I have been using this firestone for a while now. They always take the best care of not only my car but me as well. My time and money is always respect and appreciate but bothe the technician and whoever is at the front desk. This time around my fiancé got to experience how wonderful their service was and finally understood why we drive a little farther just to go to this specific auto shop. He’s ev n bringing his own car in soon for a complete inspection.

Called and told car ready after leaving it there for entire day for new tires. Showed up and none of the work was done and that I would need to reschedule for a future date. Susan at front desk was one who gave me this wrong information. To make matters even worse, my car had very large grease footprint stains on the door runner and carpet on driver’s side.

Horrible service 3 times I will never go back. I bought a set of tires to get me by and this location wouldnt install them because I didnt purchase them there however all other Firestones would. Dont waste ur time with these people.
