Me and my family have been going to this place for over 5 years. I have always had a good experience. But for the past year I have had more bad experiences then good. My boys come out looking butchered with terrible lines and patchy spots. Im not sure whats going on but I hope they fix the issue.

We have been clients here for 15 plus years. Today, I felt very different about this location, off course I am 58 years old and just because I am short doesnt mean you can speak to me in an unprofessional manner. I believe her name is Christy. She has no manners or at least treatment was shown like that. She was absolutely rude in front of my 12-year-old granddaughter. The manager Katie also refused to help us and we were told to come another day. I am so disappointed as I said at the beginning we have been going here for many many years and to be treated this way was absolutely uncalled for

I did not get the stylists name, but it was September 2 around noon time. She was fantastic, being short handed, very busy, and all alone working in there. The stylist was awesome, I could tell she was very experienced. 10 stars for her. The check in app well, just say the check in app needs some work. This is a job where a computer should not dictate the appointments.

Been going here for awhile but last two times had bad experiences they cut my sons hair and nicked him made him bleed took my daughter today to get bangs , employees where arguing or complaining how much work they do and my daughters bangs are all uneven, never going back here again!

Ive used these guys for a while. Nice people and they do a good cut. All I need is short cut and they deliver. For us guys its fast and looks good. I recommend them to you.

Mixed a little. The first time we went here a tattooed lady was fun and helpful, have my son and I a great cut and helped keep him calm and having fun, but her partner literally ran away. The second time the tattooed lady and her (different) assistant helped my other kids cut their hair and they were both great. Only bad experience was the unhappy lady.

Unfortunately, I do not have a good review. My review is concerning color, not cut. I decided to take a chance on this place hoping for the best. It is never easy trying a new hair stylist. I just needed a half highlight-how could anyone mess that up, right? Long story short I ended up with blue, orange & white hair. It went all sorts of wrong and it shouldnt have. When I returned the next day to have the manager look at my hair she was very perplexed & not confident at all at how she could fix it. I was told they do not give refunds-how convenient. So, they couldnt confidently fix my hair and wouldnt refund anything for their mistake. I was told it would have to grow out! I was not taking my chances again. Now I have to go spend hundreds more to have competent professionals fix my hair. Do not trust these people to do any color in your hair. Live and learn :( It is really sad we live in a society now that customer service, accountability & doing right by people does not exist anymore.

Classic Cut is my personal choice for my hair cuts. Clean salon. They also offer plenty of hair care for you ladies or anyone else interested out there. Always quick and the staff is always very friendly.

Its always nice to get a haircut here. They always know just how to cut it. However, its not as cheap as other places. They have a great selection of hair products and sometimes if you buy two or more they will give you a discount. Here you can get your hair dyed too. I might bleach my hair here next time.

I M so very happy with my experience.today here,hesitant at first , I have gone to another salon in Parker,and they are so $$$ ,and cant do that! So I am so pleased with my my lady who did high lights and low lights! IM transitioning ,not coloring and letting the grays blend in,I love my hair

I when to get my hair cut today at 11am when they opened, and was very disappointed in my whole experience. First, i was totally rushed. I showed her a picture and she barely looked at it. And i have never had a hair cut that took less than 10 minutes. Did i mention i wanted 5 inches cut off. And when she was done I suggested to go a little shorter and her response was she couldnt because her appointment was waiting. Im sorry but Im your client now who is in your chair NOW. Please fix my hair. Needless to say I cried all the way home. So very disappointed.

I have been in here and had good outcomes and bad. Seems like all the good hair dressers move on from here by the time I come back. Today I had my hair highlighted with lowlights. I am almost positive that the man doing my hair is not licensed. He fumbled a lot doing foils and placed them in a way I have not had done before He was rushing me to the sink to rinse and pull foils from part of my head literally after placing the last foil. And had me sit at sink for maybe 5 mins before taking out the ones he had just put in. I have NEVER had this before. He knocked the shampoo bottle off shelf onto my head. I don’t know who taught him how to wash hair. Covered my face with a towel while rinsing and did not rinse hair completely. Semi dried my hair because he said he didn’t want to over dry it??? And off I went. Let’s just say when I got home and finished drying....I will be going to ask for my money back.

The service and cut was great. They have had a large broken window for months, that caused one less star.

Jessica did a lovely Job my hair is short and very textured not an easy cut she took her time listened and I was very happy with the style and cut!

I was in the other day and there was no professionalism. The brushes and combs all had hair in them. The lady who cut my hair didnt even make sure my hair was split right and the fact that I had a wave in my hair she didnt think to wet down more before cutting made my hair uneven.
