Good quality stuff. However, just to walk out with bedding could cost you $500 to $600 . Thats a high price for people who are struggling here in Maine. The store needs lower budget options.

A very nice store. Well organized and stocked (for the most part). The customer service was top notch, and for a retail store that is really saying something. My biggest issue: the store is called Bed, Bath & Beyond, yet there is next to no bathroom products there. One small section. The rest of the store is kitchen, storage, and cleaning. Makes no sense to me. Its to the point where everything I need to purchase is only available online. Whats the point of a retail store if they never have the products you want ?

Over priced for Walmart quality products

The Augusta, Maine store has the most helpful staff of any Bed, Bath & Beyond store I have been in. Also the store is very neat and tidy. I bought a lovely pair of curtains and needed one more. SAM helped me locate them and they were shipped to my house.

Awesome service! A saleswoman unboxed an appliance for is as the display model was factory glued inoperable to prevent losing parts. However, you cant tell if its easy to operate with arthritis. She said that she would box it back up afterwards. We ended up buying it! We were very happy with our experience!

One of those type stores that you definitely need to stop by. A one stop for all of the home staples that has both good quality merchandise at a reasonable price.

Have you ever wondered what the beyond in the name referred to. Well its been a secret for a long time and I recently found the answer. Go to your closest Bed Bath and BEYOND and go to the curtain department. When a sales person asks if they can help you say this phrase, Jupiter is rising in the dawn, Orion is my soul constellation and Im ready to travel far far beyond, Before you utter this phrase make sure you have a change of clothes with you, some granola bars and a large soft towel. If you dont have a good clean soft towel buy one there, youll need it. And whatever you do dont panic.

Dont shop here much, little overwhelmed. More so a home cooking and beding hardware store, or woman cave for my wife. But thats great! Went by myself for a kitchen aid mixer bowl. Christmas present! Manager helped me, and even provide me 20 percent off. Great place!!!

Great return policy! I couldnt find my receipt, but amazingly they could look up the purchase with my debit card! No hassle at all!

I give this a 3 star rating and the reason is not related to quality at all. I find that this store stocks quality products for the most part. However, prices are very high even when contrasting with other stores for the exact same product. The staff are average for a retail business but, one would not know for sure as there have been no instances of finding one on the floor in the many visits to the store. The cashiers have always been friendly. I can my own foods and they carry a full Array of supplies. Again, they are more expensive than other retailers and I go there only to find something I can not get elsewhere at a better price. I wish I could one stop shop but I have to be concerned with price. Why can if it does not save money? So, I am giving it a 3 as it seems that the business is content to be last resort for the shopper rather than the preferred choice. The pricing seems to reflect this.

Fully stocked shelves. They carry things that most stores in Augusta do not. Well worth the trip.

Come in for a quick shopping trip, but you end up staying for an hour!

Went looking for a tea kettle, but couldnt find any. Associate took us to the kettles! Great prices and selection.

I would give zero if I could. I went in to buy a fitness band. They were under glass, I was told I could not try them on because once the box was open they couldnt re sell them and they werent returnable. The one I wanted wasnt even in a box just in the glass case , and she would only open The case if I was going to purchase it. Needless to say I did not purchase it. I went to another business that not only allowed me to try them on I was told they could be returned within 15 days. They got my business and I am happily wearing my new fitness band.
