Typical Walmart Auto center. Staff is alright, dont expect someone to be at the counter 24/7. Wasnt as slow as some others I have visited, but I got there right before a rush of customers. Bay was empty and it went quick because of that I think. Go in the morning if you can for a oil change! 4 🌟 because you cant beat walmarts oil change price for full synthetic mobil1.

They even filled the washer fluid..and my car smells better go walmart😆

I was waiting on by Doris and then serviced with Byrd and Nez and checked out by Kay. They were fast efficient and pleasant! I was surprised at how well things went. Nobody really wants to buy a new tire but they got it done and it was okay. I went and bought my groceries while they were doing it and I was down the road! I walked away thinking man they did a good job! You get a chance I would go with them.

No customer service to help you when you looking for car items. I had to ask random person to help me. This is why Im giving one star

Horrible service wait time , there hours online state 7am to 7pm . After getting off working s night shift I went to get a simple tire plugged and to go home for my next shift . It gets light outside and the hours are 8 to 6 . This company has no respect for others.

Unkempt waiting room,tv & burnt coffee for your enjoyment but still got in and out eventually. Good prices on tires.

Didnt get an oil change done because they said it would take 2.5 hours because there were 2 cars ahead of me getting an oil change. So I went to Take 5 where it only took 10 minutes with much better service.

Tire center in Auburndale is horrible. Terrible customer service. Tried to put the wrong size tire on my vehicle. Refused to program my tire pressure sensors. I requested a refund for tires purchased and went somewhere else.

Great service techs friendly and did good service on oil change lady at counter needs to work on people skills. Would give 5 star except for lady.

Customer service, communication, and wait time is HORRIBLE. Workers move very slow and they have NO consideration for their customers time. Been here 2 hours waiting for 2 tires! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! I will not come back to this Walmart for car service. I wish I didn’t have to give the 1 star, but the young man who checked me in was nice and the manager did spark a fire under the one worker. So with that, I guess they do deserve the 1 star rating.

Had to get new tires for my pickup truck. Shopped all over the place, and wound up going with Walmart for the tire purchase. Also decided to have them go ahead and do the installation. Not only did they do a great job installing the tires, they took care of me quickly, and were very friendly throughout the whole process!

I went to get my two front tires changed and told they were in stock and to just wait. I waited 2 damn hours waiting just for one of the guys to tell me they didn’t actually have the tires in stock.. worst place save yourself time and go somewhere else they could care less not their problem

Having these goons touch a car I just purchased, was a grave mistake.A few days after have my vehicle serviced by these professional, the engine blew up. If you need an oil change take your vehicle to someone who knows what they are doing!

Dont go here. They take entirely too long. They play games. They walk from one car to the next very slowly . Taking their time. This place is gauruntee a long all day wait. They act like their taking your car a part and putting it back together. I told an associate I was sick with the flu and all I needed was my battery changed. She wanted me to sit in the lobby for 5hrs for a quick battery change. Why offer free installation if your going to stretch every car out so you really never get the time to do anything to anyone else car. Put it like this. They know Walmart isnt watching how much time they take up and they use it to their advantag so they dont do anything but really walk around half the day on the time clock making themselves see busy when their not. Its a death trap. Dont go here because you might get very angryThey dont believe in great customer service. They just believe in making themselves look busy and never doing any work.

Dont got here to get A tire if u plan on doing anything that day I waited 3 hours for one tire. Absolutely no drive to get stuff done even 1 tire then you stand at desk for 20 minutes..worst tire place service ever.

Stopped by with bad expectations and walked out extremely satisfied with the service. Tested my battery and changed it in less than 15 min. Great price on a 5 year everstart battery.

The folks who work in this department are nice, professional and its a wonder they have not caught a charge dealing with some of the people.

Luis in automotive center was great! Very informative and friendly..He seems to be an in charge type of guy....

Took an hour to get a tire plugged😞 But the people were nice.

The worst phone service from a female at the Automotive Department! Called just to see if they could cut a spare key for my vehicle. She wanted me to come so she could see if she had the key in stock. I explained about 5 local Walmarts checked over the phone without a problem and her store is 40 min drive for me (none of the stores could help...key machine down or had to order key!) She was short and aggressive saying I had to come in and her supervisor not available (I guess if I wanted to complain)! Its probably a training issue but from now on skipping this store if Im in the area (frequently).

Horrible experience they will charge the piss out of you for a simple oil change just to tell you that you quote on quote signed for it knowing you didnt i said i wanted the $20. Simple oil change didnt get it ..not ever EVER comming back here these people think they are slick word to the wise if you want honest people working on your car you wont get that here

Worst experience ever!! When in to get my tires changed and they tell me it will be a short wait there is one person in and they are about to finish up then I am next. Employees were walking around talking with each other when they should have be focusing on getting their jobs done. Three hours later they finally finish my tires. The whole three hours there was zero communication as to their progress. Go into pay and the lady was very rude and acted like she didn’t want to help me. People take your money elsewhere it will save you loads of time.

Terrible wait time. No communication. Techs just walk by, ignoring me while I stand out in the hot sun at the overhead door I was told to wait at holding the work order.

I usually have a 5star for this place but not to certain employees are awesome here but other like the TLC dept manger needs more training.

Dont take your car here. They lied about my battery witch was practically dead, said its testing good went somewhere else and got the truth, none of my fluids are topped off they said they would be with printed paperwork. Will not take my vehicle back.

Literally a den full of morons. Wait for three hours for an oil change only for them to tell me the bolt is slightly stripped so they wont drain the oil out or do anything. Their suggestion.... Go to a different mechanic. Brilliant advice morons.

I didnt hate it but extremely inconvenient to need to physically be there for any work order or any payment. Such a waste of time in an era where communication is so available. No estimate on how long it would take and they actually said they were too busy to ever call someone to let them know when their car is finnished. Too busy for a 10 second phone call. So be prepared to be chained to the store or call repeatedly so that maybe someone will answer the phone. I do not blame the employees, they were friendly. Its bad design for service. Walmart has been lacking this for sometime and I should not expect more. Lesson learned.

Lot of time wasted in the service line. If the service guys would spend as much time working on vehicles as they do jaw jacking at one another it would take little time to get a customer in and out. Overall the workers are rude and conversation with customer is very little.

Staff are inexperienced. These are the kind of people that leave your lugnuts loose. They took a look at the car and said yea needs tires I asked did you find a problem with the tire,old and dry rotted, that was not the issue at all.

Poor shape !! Out of a lot of oil,filters lots of shelfs need restocked !!!! Not even worth 1 star. Very sad has gone way down hill.

Overcrowded long wait times and they dont work on every vehicle so you better call ahead and ask if they work on a specific vehicle they dont pick a wrench up for anything got to watch them as they will miss things or put things on incorrectly.

They found the battery I needed and held it at the desk until I got there.

Was not good usually the customer service and staff has very poor people skills most employees will see you in need of assistance and wait to see if you go away before you have to go and ask them for help and when they do finally assist you its usually not very good customer service at all employees tend to be rude sarcastic and short with customers making them feel very unwelcome and their business unappreciated and bothersome.hopefully hopefully upper management realizes this soon and start putting a little extra attention into good customer service training for all employees there.

Went to get a tire repaired and it had a slight ring on it from just going flat and they refused to fix it.

These people are beyond incompetent, they lost my lug nut key then acted like it was my fault and wasnt willing to do anything to fix the problem, very unprofessional I will never give them my business again!!!!
