I feel I was treated better and got the best deal on services for services when James was there. Here wouldnt have you pay for parts that werent needed for the job and didnt keep your vehicle longer than needed. It cost me a lot more than I had planned,I will say though Jose stepped in and was very helpful.

Jim Kincaid got my Ford Escape looked at right away. Aaron (the tech) found a problem with my radiator and AC condenser. Jim gave me a thorough written quote and told me he would try to save the radiator if he could. He was able to save the radiator and replace my damaged condenser. My AC is now blowing cold. I was kept informed about everything. Excellent value for the money. I will definitely be returning to Budget to have future work done.

I just talked to hispanic guy named Jose, who was pretty RUDE and not professional not to mention ignorant on the subject of selling parts and customer service. I asked to talk to a manager or owner and he told me he isnt there. Than I asked his name again and this time it was Joe, so i asked him again what was his name : Joe, Jose or John? He seems to forgot his name over suddenly. Then he lied to me about a price of running boards. I dont know how these ignorant , unintelligent people manage to hold these jobs, but then again its probably hard to find adequate people for $9 an hour to sell used JUNK.

If I could give more than five stars I would. The guys at budget are AMAZING. I had some issues with my truck and they fixed all the problems for a very reasonable price. The level of positive customer service and honesty I receive from Jim and all the other guys is something that you wont get any where else. They are more concerned about the customers than making a dollar ,which says alot for them. I will not consider taking any vehicle that I own to anywhere other than budget. Great work,great prices and great people!!! Check them out, you wont regret it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I had to go here unexpectedly for a new window because mine got smashed. It was the day hurricane Matthew came. The guys here are great. They were the only ones nearby that had my window. They even installed it too. Great service.

Was referred here by Johnnys Automotive as I was having transmission problems. The staff allowed me to drop my car off after hours as work wouldnt allow me to get there while they were open. I called after a few days to inquire on the status of my car and Jim spoke with me and I cant express my gratitude and appreciation for his transparency, honesty, and kindness. He explained all the problems and their costs and recommended how he would proceed. Moreover he made it clear that he would want someone to treat him with the same decency he had extended to me. In his attitude and conversation Jim made it very clear where they stand in terms of business, customer service, and satisfaction. While I didnt have repairs performed by them, they gave me this comprehensive diagnosis at no cost. I couldnt recommend Budget Auto more, and cannot thank them enough.

You wont find better guys ANYWHERE! They put a new lump in my truck for the cheapest price around and the fastest turnaround...I was thrilled. A few weeks later, my transmission started acting up so I took it back to be checked. The guys called me and told me that they couldnt rule out a line got twisted while the new lump was going in, so they basically ate the cost and charged me for the fluids only. Seriously, WHO DOES THAT????? NOBODY, thats who. They are as honest as they come and I cant recommend them enough. Their values are old fashioned and Jim and Jose at the front desk are personable and fun!

I cant rave enough about this place! As a woman who doesnt know a lot about cars, their manager Raymond, was so kind and patient as I poorly attempted to describe what was wrong with my car. He obviously knows his stuff, because he could figure out what was wrong just by my description! They had to locate a hard to find part for me and had the lowest price around (I called a bunch), and as a teacher with kids, my schedule is crazy and they made sure to get me right in! Aaron, the mechanic who worked on my car was able to get me on my way in 1/2 the time he originally quoted! So impressed as they made sure we were completely safe before we drove away. I tell everyone I know to go see the great guys at Budget!

Called for price on transmission rebuild and thought 1000 Dollars was responsible and said another 450 to install. ASKED IF HE COULD HELP A VETERAN AND SOUNDED AS IF I DISRESPECTED HIM AND HE WAS THE SO CALLED MANAGER. SO ALL MY BROTHERS OUT THERE SHOW THIS SO CALLED SERVICING COMPANY that COSTUMER SERVICE is the key element for a florishing business.

New to the state, was suggested by co-workers whom gave great comments of this garage. So i gave them a call to find out cost of a break repair. Only to be told over the phone they do not work on northern cars.... very disappointed with thier bias attitude!! I do not recommended this business to anyone...

Overpriced and they have thieves that work for them! I took my Escape to them to have them replace the distributor caps and plugs and have a tune up and my Garmin GPS was stolen! About three weeks later my engine shot a piston out of the oil pan. And I now have to get a whole new engine to put in it! Something that should only have cost me a couple of hundred dollars is going to cost me a few grand! Cant prove they had anything to do with it but Im not the only one that has had this problem with them!

These people are crooks sold me a computer for a dodge grand caravan telling me it came out of a running vehicle. Which was a load of crap the computer was a piece of garbage and they knew it.
