Nonie at the Auburn Life Storage went above and beyond to give us exceptional customer service late on a Thursday night. We accidentally went to the wrong life storage and Nonie stayed an extra 45 minutes with us to get our RV checked in as we were on our way to the airport. Nonie is on it- helpful, knowledgeable, quick, and a delight to work with. We can’t recommend Nonie enough! Thanks for taking care of us!The RV storage is a perfectly secure large parking spot fenced in. We are happy our home is safe and protected!

Very nice workers. Always clean and very secure. Never had any problems at all. It does get very hot inside the building during the Summer so dont store any items that cant withstand heat. Im not sure how winters are.

Friendly staff - willing to help you find a unit, even if not at their own store. Staff made shopping fun - great dynamic between the two office ladies. Enforced facility rules and not afraid to be the bad guy when it came to making tenants follow rules.

Just experienced a great show of customer service by a dear woman , who by the name crystal at life storage, I and my husband are moving out and will be saving our home, we needed a perfect storage to house the rest of our belongings. Set up a unit online and found a deal that subtracted half of the first month. I was required to purchase a lock for the unit which added a 10 dollars. The unit is drive up and easy access. The unit does need more light than the one bulb provided so I have used rechargeable lights that include a magnet to attach to the walls. Never seems too busy so little impact getting direct access to our unit.

Love how the employees try to find the best rates, even offering to call their care line to make it happen. Friendly, clean, and they offered to reserve the unit and send me the link to rent online when I finish comparing prices, in case it was after hours. In this day and age, nice to see companies wanting to work with customers instead of just taking our money.

Great staff! Always pleasant and they try so hard to keep the facility neat and orderly. I wish the tenants would respect that. Coffee stand customers are rude, but thats not Life Storages fault. Great pricing, although building is not climate controlled, like the website states. It is heated.

Clean facility and not a safe place for out door storage. I had a camper broken into twice and I had a stored car windows broken out twice. Theres little security at this life storage facilityand It does not feel safe

Decent pricing super nice and helpful staff.

Staff is friendly and not pushy. Everything gets explained up front- just make sure you keep track of the move-in costs and deals- their call center seems to have better prices than the store. Never seen that before. Access hours of 6AM - 10PM - fits my schedule. I WOULD recommend this place.

Staff is enjoyable, personable, and make inquiring, viewing units less of a chore and more fun. I like that there is overnight security and managers live on site. Grounds are clean, and Sandy even apologized when she picked up a piece of paper on our way to the unit. Most people would have ignored it and left it until later!

Wendy & Ray we’re so great helping us with our storage situation. They are a lot of fun too, which eased our anxiety. They even referred us to a great U-Haul dealer who got us a reasonable rate for our move. I would recommend them to anyone who asked. We shopped around & they were the most personable & knowledgeable, unlike some facilities where the staff was uncaring & the office seemed sterile.

Prices are decent - call the call center for better rates. Packing supplies in view when you walk in - would be 5 stars but I dont like pushy sales tactics. Friendly staff. Clean grounds. Getting in and out of parking lot with traffic can be a bit time consuming - they are off a main road.

Ray and Wendy were a huge help with all my questions and were extremely patient with me during the rental process and all my questions. They work really well together and make for a great customer service atmosphere and very welcoming environment. Thanks for all your help

Had a very positive experience here at this facility. I have been renting here for years and the current managers are the best I have worked with over the years. Very friendly, the facility is kept clean and the security is top notch, I never worry about my things being stored here.

Friendly staff- they listen and really look for the best storage space to fit your needs. Prices are good- really good if you call their call center first for the deals. Good location- close to freeways- plenty of parking. Youll like them!

My husband and I came in for storage and vehicle storage. Ray, Wendy and Sandy were all extremely helpful and patient with all are questions and it made for a welcoming and easy rental process. The property is very well managed and clean which we were extremely happy about.

The staff here is outrageously rude. I couldnt believe it.we all have bad days but every time you see this woman shes just flat RUDE!!

Walked in to get some pricing. Enjoyed the managements friendly and welcoming demeanor while they helped me with choosing a size. The three office managers have a great repoire and were fun to watch and interact with. Was not ready to rent yet, but when I am, I will be going back to them!

Large place. Lots of sizes- inside and out. Call Center is open 24hrs for any questions. Good selection of moving boxes and packing supplies, too!

Its a storage facility. Office staff friendly, so five stars for that. Moving supplies seem rather expensive. Can get them cheaper elsewhere, but whatever. I like the staff, which makes up for the overpriced moving supplies.

I was getting fuel for my car and talking on my phone. One of your employees approached me after overhearing my side on the convo about looking for a storage place. I intended to check out the Bonney Lake storage facility, but this employee, Sandy, told me about Life Storage in Auburn. I was a little taken aback, but she told me to check it out, gave me the hours, said you had moving supplies, and even gave me one of the offices business cards. She said to check it out. I told her I wasnt ready to rent yet, possibly in the next three months, but she encouraged me to take a look and to keep it in mind. I definitely liked how she didnt push and didnt try to sell me on it, just encouraged me to take a look.

My Goodness how things have changed. Being a long time resident of Auburn, I keep my eyes peeled for change. StorMore is gone after almost 40 years; now we have Life Storage. Hmmm I say to myself- needs checking out. Whod guess that a big company could still be friendly and have clerks that listen to me- I do admit that I talk slowly and can wander off course a little. Prices didnt seem to change much- good! These clerks say theyve been here over 3 years, but I miss the old people that had all the dogs! So, Ill use Life Storage if I need them- theyre off to quite a start anyway...
