Units are a bit pricey & the size isnt quite what is advertised. But the facility is very clean & spacious- & staff is awesome & friendly! The early/late gate hours are very accommodating.

What can I say. Its a storage facility. Very clean. Staff is always out and cleaning the area sweeping etc. Has gate. Inside and outside storage. Some supplies for packing etc inside office. Must have renters insurance if not they will sell you renters insurance. They have discounts for the first month or two but always ask them. I feel secure storing my goods here. Access hours are approximately 5:30 or 6:00 in the morning to 10:45 p.m. check with office to make sure and confirm. I rent from them pretty regularly when I have projects and have never had a problem there. Have a great day. Be safe.

I must say unfortunately these days many are just into doing a job but not providing True Customer Service. I called this storage location because I needed a unit that could fit my 3 bed home for a few weeks! The manager there was so helpful and patient with me. She ensured me that my belongings were in good care, provided me a lock since I did not have one ( first time renter lo) and when I had questions she was there. I recommend them to anyone looking for storage AND great customer service.

Clean, professional, and friendly. Every time that I go to auburn way storage the process is easy and painless. Robin, the general manager , blew my mind with her professionalism and eagerness to serve. I was pleasantly surprised and definitely recommend this facility for all your storage needs.

Great facility. Robin was the only person on staff when I arrived, but she took all the time I needed and was very helpful determining the best size unit for my needs. Definitely recommend for anyone in the area who needs storage, short or long term

I rented a 10 x10 unit for 4 years. When I moved my stuff out, everything was in the same condition as when it went in. It’s a very safe place. They have security cameras everywhere. Robin and Holly Ann did an outstanding job assisting me with moving pod delivery and the van rental. I highly recommend this facility.

I’ve been dealing with AWSS off and on since 2004. I’ve seen a few property managers in that time. Though the faces have changed the property has remained top tier. Robin, the current manager, has a great sense for treating customers with kindness and respect. She is always aware of my situation and ready to adjust to my needs. If necessary, she or her assistant make repeated calls to make sure I don’t incur any late fee. This kind of service and competitive pricing insures I’ll remain an Auburn Way Self Storage customer.

I recently rented two units from Kristy Rankin, the manager at Auburn Way Storage. She was such a BIG HELP TO ME!! She listened to what I needed, and gave me all the Specials and discount information that would be available to me, depending on what units I chose. She was so sweet and patient with me as I went back and forth trying to decide on what sizes to get! When I finally did decide, knowing that money was a big issue for me, she gave me a great deal that I could afford. I even got the locks for free!! She also worked it out so that both my units were close together. A week or so after renting my units, Kristy sent me an e-mail, just wanting to check in with me and make sure everything was working out and to see if I needed anything! Boy, was that ever A FIRST!! Im a firm believer that if someone I do business with, goes out of their way to make sure Im happy with the service Ive received, and treats me with such care and respect, that their efforts should be rewarded and their bosses should be made aware!! After all, these days its getting harder and harder to find people like Kristy, who obviously like people and love their jobs! God Bless you Kristy, and thanks again !

I wouldnt feel comfortable leaving my property any where else than Aburn Storage. I have been a resident with my property since 2014 when we abruply had to leave our house do to mold. Auburn storage was the closest storage place to me. Im so glad it was because its been 3 years since Ive had to store my things including a couple of cars. Im in California for an unknown time Kristy the one who runs the place has just been the most helpful person ever. I feel like my things are safe I never have to worry. Kristy keeps the place immaculate she is always friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable and you get a text friendly reminder every month which I love because I get busy and sometimes I forget. Thank you Auburn storage for keeping the things u care about safe.

The place is awful. The management worst. They increase their payment every other month for no reason. Auburn Way Self Storage does not follow or honor the contract. If you are looking for a way to loose your belongings and/ or money this is your place.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with storage facilities, the woman that is owner is obviously someone that suffers from OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) her residence is located on the upper floor of the business above the office, the first week there it was OK but had a feeling of being watched, the second week my suspicions were confirmed as the roll-up door to my space did not function properly or as designed, it would slowly roll back down on its own (every 20-30 minutes) after contacting her in person at the office I let her know of the need of repair and also let her know the locking latch where the padlock goes was extremely difficult to open and requested repair, repairs werent even considered and her response was the previous clients had reported no problem,I RE-iterated it need to function properly, she flatly refused.The following day i had tired of pushing the door back up every 20-30 minutes so I let it roll down and only pushed it back up when necessary, after the 3rd or 4th roll down her voice came over a speaker sayingYour lease states the door of you unit must remain open at all times when you are occupying itSuspicion confirmed, watched indeed,Over the next few days I was met with a unfriendly attitude when in the office or going through the security gate, after 2 weeks I was toldYou cant come here every day, youre interfering with my daily guysAfter 2 more visits I was restricted to office hours only, then restricted to 2 hours per day and when I continued to come anyway for the few hours I was restricted to 30 minutes per day, after 3 1/2 weeks there I was sent a letter stating my lease was bring terminated and I had 7 days to remove my property and that I was not permitted to return at all until the day I planned to remove my property,What a nightmare, I wont even go into the four little dogs she has, her assistant protege she training in her own pathetic compulsions, I was glad to go.Please consider other storage before doing business here, if she likes you your good to go it sounds like from the other reviews, but if she doesnt youll be spied upon, your renters rights will be restricted and every time you arrive it will be very uncomfortable if not hell on earth

RAT INFESTED!! If I could give zero stars I would! We rented a unit for almost 2 years and when we went to get our things EVERYTHING was destroyed by RATS! There was eat feces and urine on everything and they chewed through all my purses, clothes, couches, mattress, EVERYTHING! Not only was our unit INFESTED but my father in law had a unit in the next building over and all his belongings were ruined as well!! Fyi no we did NOT have any food, chemicals, anything with a scent that would attract rats and no we did not ever have a rodent problem before storing our belonging here! And when I asked for a copy of our contract I was denied!

Customer service here is TERRIBLE and the facility has a rat infestation.Today was the final straw. I will be moving my things to the storage facility down the road. The self proclaimed manager violated my privacy and harassed me. Ive never experienced such a lack of professionalism and nosiness. I was accosted at the keypad during a personal conversation and when I told her I did not need help and did not appreciate her disrupting me she tried to interrogate me. Then when I rolled the window up on her and went inside to access my belongings I was told to leave or have the police called on me, apparently because I was rude, which is not illegal. Accsessing my storage should not be stressful. I will be contacting the owner and posting this to every website I can. My advice, take your money elsewhere.

Great customer service by the gal at the front desk who helped us set up a new unit! She was very knowlegable and nice. She acted like she LIKED her job and customers...which unfortunately is hard to find in a business these days. She took her time and didnt rush me out the door. We basically chose this facility only because of her. The sign up special was great too. The office wasbhot though. No a/c or fans. So I was uncomfortable. I asked her about it and she said one of the managers took the fan out of the front office and she wasnt sure why. As I am not either. That manager needs to make sure her employee and customers are comfortable. We were having a hard time getting my new code to work so she came up with an alternate short term solution so I could access my storage. The gals name was Karen who helped us. I left my old storage because the on-site manager that was there everyday was very rude and had terrible customer service skills. She was just plain rude..all of the time. Employees are a very huge part of a companies success and this storage facility did a great job in providing a professional one that makes cusomers feel welcome.
