Just went in for my first oil change on my new outlander sport. Service dept is just as pleasant to deal with as the sales department. They are definitely helping me decide on where I go to buy my next car. They have made every transaction seamless and problem free.

I didnt have intention of replacing my current vehicle, however received an email from Joe stating they were looking for the make/model of my vehicle. When this offer was given, I inquired about purchasing a newer, more spacious vehicle. I was told that they would find something suitable to my needs. So it took me an hour of my time to drive out to Auburn to only not be impressed by what came next. I met with Joe; he was exceptional; very pleasant; allowed me to test drive a vehicle that would replace my current. I did not have any issues here. Then I met with the finance manager, I think his name was Mike who thought he could swindle me into buying the vehicle they picked. Midstate wanted to purchase my vehicle ( I did not have any intention of getting rid of my vehicle), however Mike tried to make it seem as if they were doing me a favor by low-balling my trade-in amount and increasing the value of the vehicle they were trying to sell me. The problem I had was that this was not the first time I did a trade-in sale before and the fact that these people thought I was dumb enough to actually fall for the shenanigans was ridiculous. I left with my vehicle and told them I was not interested in any further business. To top things off, they ran 12 hard inquiries on my credit report to help finance through various banks. Not once have I ever had one place run 3 hard inquires, let alone 12. So to say the least I am not impressed by Midstate.

It was a pleasure doing business with such competent professionals. And, they made it fun.

I always receive excellent service at Mitsubishi. I almost always get the appointment day and time I was hoping for, the work is done quickly while I wait in a comfortable waiting area with refreshments, WIFI, and TV to pass the time. The cost is always reasonable and the staff is always friendly and helpful without being pushy. Great all around!

The whole experience from start to finish was hassle free and very positive . The sales staff and financial department were very welcoming and knowledgeable. I had very little time to find a replacement vehicle due to my prior vehicle being totaled. The stress not to mention the sense of urgency to get a replacement vehicle that I could afford was high. I bought my Mirage in Westboro, and when the dealership changed hands, I followed them to Auburn due to their excellent service. Theyre like Cheers!! Everyone knows my name and about my small company. My Mirage has paws on it, as I run Fur Love Comfort Cats. Our cats are working cats and do comfort visits in nursing homes. During this visit, Matt shared with everyone about the time my vehicle was serviced with comfort cat ZoarRose in the car. I had forgotten that we had had some small emergency one day, and they got us right in and checked the car out for me. I dont ever feel like Im treated as a marketing ploy, but that Matt and his team of trained professionals care about all of us, and take all the time needed to treat us like family, while somehow giving top notch service. And yes, I tell everyone about Mitsubishi! This is my second car, and I will always buy Mitsubishi.

I’m so dissatisfied with this dealer, selling cars with issues. On top of that I call to schedule a service, went there twice they told me they “bought” the parts for my vehicle, it didn’t took them not even 30 mins to fix the problem and still my car has the same issue.Worst experience!!
