Always love stopping in on the spot when we are in the state visiting family. The prices are a little high but they have an awesome collection! If you are in need of something for your collection, I bet they have it!

Friendly and had the PS4 controller I needed when Gamestop Walmart sold out. Was in and out in 5 minutes. Nice guy and glad I stopped by there

Unfortunately have to update my previous 5 star review, got a ps4 pro here less than a week ago. Very loud, so I called them back to see if they have a new ps4 slim as they are silent.The manager? Told me he had one, great! When I asked how much it was I was told $350...or 50 dollars more than Walmart 3 minutes away. When I requested a cash refund(the way I paid) I was told they couldn’t do that...and would instead “fix” my loud ps4 by cleaning the already clean fan. Interesting.Will not be returning, seems like a store that is financially unable to refund expensive items. So they instead offer store credit.UPDATE: in response to “opened it up” all I said I did was take of the top cover which doesn’t void any warranty including that of Sony, no warranty stickers and that is literally that way so that dust can be cleaned from the console easily, not my first day with a console that has been out for 8 years and I’ve owned 4 of them. I’ll shop elsewhere. Easy enough.

Bought a new Nintendo switch joy con set, right controller did not work, went to return it the next day and they said they do not accept returns or replacements for new items…Just go to GameStop to buy new items…

We had our sons birthday party here and we loved it! Kids had a great time, staff was very accommodating, the room had comfy chairs and couches for parents to sit on. They made it fun and enjoyable for everyone! Very reasonably priced! Our son was very happy and had a great time! We will be planning our next party here as well!

What is the point of selling broken games and items? They have a dedicated busted bin that they keep broken items in to sell. PS1s that dont close, games that dont save... Ataris that cant even power on and they want 40 bucks for? Either fix it to working spec and sell it or put something else in its place. Im surprised this place even makes money when all they have is garbage on their shelves.

My whole family has a blast every time we visit this store. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Great prices and trade in value. I love that they also cater to classic console gamers, a big group of people that bigger chain game stores choose to ignore.

This place is great Ive been shopping here since it opened. Great customer service and great deals. They have better trade in values them gamestop will every have. And anytime Ive had an issue it was resolved quickly and easy. Would recommend this store everyone.

I planned a birthday event here and I have to say its a great place to go for gaming and entertainment. They set up everything for me and my girlfriend ! 😊 The staff were very friendly and professional plus the kind of people youd like to hang out with while playing games. Plenty of great titles and consoles to select from. They even order pizza and provide soda as well for the price its worth it 100% Definitely Recommend this place to everyone !!!!

Weve been going here since it opened. Theres a lot to pick from especially older games which is a huge plus. This place can get pricey but its totally worth it 👍🏾

Prices are through the roof, totally ridiculous. Brought in brand new copies of games that are harder than Hell to find (we collect games and systems and are aware of their worth), to sell, and their offer was $7.00. For all 3. Meanwhile, looked at the ones they had in their collection, and each one was being sold for between 20 and 60 dollars a piece.Knowing that we had previously sold them several systems, games, controllers and other accessories, especially older systems like Saturns, limited edition N64s, etc, which they are selling for well over $1500 combined.Just ridiculous. Would NEVER go there again.Update: just read some of the review responses from the owner and let me just say this; being rude or sarcastic to your customers who have a complaint... probably not the way to get anyone to come back. Try being a little more polite or take some lessons in customer service. Disgusted.

You looking for that obscure game at a good price and want it to be in good condition? Look no further. These guys right here have you covered in spades with their large selection of wonderful consoles and games ranging from past classics to new releases. Customer service is always top notch and the trade in values bash away competitors without so much as breaking a sweat. Got time to stop by? Do it. The place is eye candy, and even if you dont find what youre after that day, check back regularly because you never know what new gems this store will have in store for you~

Be aware, if youre going to be purchasing items from this store/location, they will NOT credit your card back and will force you to have an in store credit. I had recently purchased a PS4 controller and wanted to get it returned (it wasnt working and kept malfunctioning) but the best they said was they could only do an in store credit (which is irrational and stupid, you 100% can credit a debit card the amount that was due) I wont be doing business with this scummy business anymore.

I tried buying a gaming headset 2 times from this store and both haven’t worked properly, I tried them in my Xbox One my Switch and Laptop and neither worked properly and they don’t stand being their product, would not buy from them again

This place is a joke I was vacationing in the area and I spent $12 on used games for my nephew Came back to my home state of CT. And gave to my nephew and the Xbox games wouldn’t work in the Xbox 360 system because there’s no updates for them to work on 360. When they said the games would work fine. I’m not going back anytime soon so I’m out and my nephew is disappointed. But game zone got what they wanted.

Way to sell me a broken game and not give me a reciept.As I said on the phone, I expect reimbursement for the game.The BBB loves to hear how customers get scamed. So would the Secretary of State who issued your business license.Hopefully this can be resolved before such actions are made.

Overall have some amazing prices, an amazing selection of modern and retro games, I reccomend them over Gamestop, only problem is is that (from what Ive seen) there arent a lot of controllers they sell, but thats minor compared to everything else.

There were a ton of games to choose from and the staff was helpful witj my selection.

Its just overly expensive. I do enhoy their gaming for a few hours for a price. You can play any game they have in stock. Its expensive if you try to complete a game, but good if you want to play with a few friends.

There is one counterman I will not talk to again for purchases in the future, he has no sales etiquette when dealing with customers. I understand that the game I was trying to purchase was used, but when you say; We check the clock batteries/game condition when traded in, and you obviously did not (proven when tested at location) do not tell me that you can not give me a deal when it means the game is faulty/damaged.On another note, i understand that you offered to change the battery, but making a customer come back the next day for a repair that takes less than 10 minutes to do is also an inconvenience and in my opinion should also validate some sort of return to the customer. I have been to multiple shops that would do the repair on site without making you wait long.When someone can purchase the same product from another source for less than half the cost with all functions intact there has to be something a sales person can do to at least try to rectify the sale.LASTLY, never justify a price on a faulty item with a reason such as I can repair it now and sell it for the same price to the next customer. That sir is what they call poor business practice and should land you on the out the door list.

Bought guitar hero for ps4. Guitar worked for a few days. Then stopped working so called and they said we will exchange it for a new one no problem at all. So finally got to go in a few days after calling and they said they didnt have any. Im like I called and said I could exchange it. But nope they couldnt look when I called them. Waisted my time going in.
