I ordered a fabric sample which never arrived. I received an email which stated it had shipped, and that there was a tracking number below, but there was no tracking number. I emailed twice and tried calling to follow up. No response to the emails and when I got passed to voicemail I received a message the mailbox was full. Now I have to decide whether to bother going through my credit card company to get a refund, but what I really wanted was for them to send another sample. I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order with them as poor/non-existent customer service seems to be very common with this company

This place was awesome. I originally thought it was just upholstery but now know there is so much more. Found this beautiful arrangement of color & print to make an apron. I will be sharing my find and I will definitely be going back. Staff was exceptionally helpful and very nice.

The fabric I received is NOT what I had ordered compared to the pictureeon their website. I call that false advertising. They never said on their site they do not accept returns, even in this case when the product/quality is clearly not what they advertised. When I spoke to a owner on the phone, they told me to try washing it and sticking it in a dryer to see if that helps. This is polyester fur, doing so would ruin it, so they clearly do not know their product. They have forever lost my business and the business of everyone I know.

These guys seem very disorganized and unprofessional. They charged me for a legitimate online order (over $300 Canadian) but never shipped my items. After waiting two weeks for my shipping notice, I finally called them and was informed they didnt want to ship my order because the shipping would cost them too much. Im guessing they didnt set up their online shop properly to calculate & add shipping. Not really my problem.They also claimed there was an expired discount code applied. If it worked then its not expired. You can delete them when theyre no longer valid but I guess they forgot? 😂 Another thing thats not my problem. As a customer you take my money and I expect goods in return. You dont just take my money, confirm the order then not send anything. That is called theft.Still waiting for a refund to appear on my card 2 weeks later... Would not recommend using this store. Super shady...

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! I am taking a class in rug braiding, and I hadnt a clue as to what fabric (wool) was appropriate. The selection was good, and not remnants, so not cheap, but good quality. Anyone who is handy or a DIY NEEDS to check out the plethora of fabrics of all kinds!

After 2 weeks I reached out because I had not gotten a shipping update. Over a 24 hour period I wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone for an update. I finally got ahold of a live person today. I explained it’s been over 2 weeks since I ordered and haven’t gotten any shipment information. After it was looked into I was told their inventory was over counted by 10 yards. Sadly nobody had contacted me in regards to it and they refunded me. It was a huge turn off for me as it was for a birthday present and their customer service team is non responsive and doesn’t reach out to their customers. Quick to take my money but not return it!

Atrocious shipment packaging (thin, loose plastic bag for massive bulk order), ruined $500 worth of product and Fabric Warehouse has gone silent after I reached out to them on potential solutions. Avoid this seller like the plague.

Absolutely love the store, all of their staff, all of their displays are amazing and going in there for five minutes inevitably turns into an hour because you can’t help but wander through all the aisles!

Fabric Warehouse in Auburn has always been my first go-to when I think of a new project. Think big! because the Warehouse can fulfill those needs. Ive reupholstered campers, made matching warm comforters for the boys bunkbed, reupholstered an 8 1/2 foot couch, put a leather covered cushion on top of a plain wooden box, exchanged vinyl stool covering for leather, made tablecloths, pillow covers, bean tosses, and ,,,, Material of every kind, leather, foam, and notions. Make time in your day because you will be there a while.

If you have a cloth project . You definitely need to check this place out. Fabric Warehouse also has grommets, hooks,trim, all notions galore. Leather pieces or full hides.

Friendly and helpful employees found a lot a great deals I was a little concerned when I got to the register the cashier overcharged the customer in front of me by 45 dollars .

I am usually very pleased with the quality and service at Fabric Warehouse and would ordinarily give a 5 star rating. After a large purchase of their fabric directly at the store, I found that they were selling said fabric on their ebay site for 27% less with free shipping.Owner refused to honor the ebay price and refused to refund the difference.I will say that the store has improved tremendously since the new ownership, it is well stocked with gorgeous fabric and the sales staff is very knowledgeable.I write this review to let buyers know to check the Fabric Warehouse ebay page: before purchase. It was a difference of 56.00 and that will not break my bank, but it did break the enthusiasm I had for them.

I ordered fabric online and paid the price listed of $24.95 for 10 yards. I received a call the next day and was advised that they would not honor the price and instead of indicating it was an error on the website, they indicated I had done something wrong when ordering. The gentleman indicated that I somehow managed to order 10 yards for the price of one yard. I dont mind so much that the price was not honored but they should have apologized and said it was their mistake instead of treating me like a criminal.
