My Verizon Samsung was doing a weird thing. Chrome just kept swirling. Stopped to ask, my 2 yr old granddaughter wouldve been a bigger help. Young man seemed totally uninterested in my problem. Yes, that will happen, nothing you can do. Blah blah blah. Guess I wasnt buying something for him to make a commission, or needed to impress anyone. I wasnt impressed with this place at all. He didnt solve the problem or even give a reasonable explanation. Customer service is almost dead.

Mike the store manager was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable with switching me over to a business plan from my personal account and help me get a new ipad for the same cost I was paying mike went a above and beyond for me

Great experience with Delaing with Mike who is the store manager. He was called and came in on his day off to help set up a business account. After spending 6 hours on the phone yesterday and getting absolutely no where, he did it in less then an hour!! Amazing to work with he went above and beyond getting the job done. Thanks again!!

My HTC phone finally died and I stopped at this store to see what I could get to replace it with. Mike, the store manager, immediately checked my phone to be sure it actually died, and when confirmed I wanted a comparable phone that was reasonably priced. He was great! Took me to each phone to weigh pros and cons and did not pressure me in any way. I ultimately decided on the LG 6with the tablet package. He loaded all my info and showed me all the features and how to use it. I highly recommend coming here and asking for mike!! Will definitely come back to this store!!

What an amazing customer service experience ; I’ve been with Verizon 10+ Year’s and never been treated as well as Corey and Mike treated me this week!I went in originally to upgrade my phone ; the upgrade and phone back up was a bit challenging even for Corey who really knows what he is doing . Corey went above and beyond to make sure the 3000+ pictures I had on my last device weren’t lost (holding onto my old phone for 3 day’s before factory resetting) and even reached out to me on my home number to be sure I had received my images!I was unhappy with the device I chose so I went back and was assisted by the store manager mike; he was amazing in helping me find a phone we thought would fit my needs and never tried to upsell me or rush me out the door!After a few days with the second phone I realized I was in over my head with technology and again returned to the store ; Again Mike was super helpful to get me back on track , Never made me feel guilty for wasting his time switching phones ...again; And was an absolute pleasure to work with !!If your in the market for a new phone please support this privately owned business who actually cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to serve them !!I’ll be back for all my future needs !!

Best Verizon dealer in the area hands down!

Customer service here is incredibly slow, both employees took their time making small talk with the customers that they were helping and did not seem to really even care that I was waiting. After waiting half an hour to be helped with a simple task i decided it wasnt worth it and walked out.

Mike is very kind and caring help me understand my phone and help me login into my email was on the phone for 2 and half hours to get me set up with my hughes net email

Terrible Customer Service by Mike, Store Manager! Extremely Unprofessional! Very Arrogant and Pushy! Called into Customer Service and got a much much better deal on a new phone with a much lower quote than from Store Manager. Will never ever do business in this store or person again! Went in for a sim card for a refurbished phone I purchased online and Louis set the whole phone up for me. I bought stuff I really did not need but it was worth it to have my phone ready to use.
