We were shopping for trucks and had spent a lot of time at various dealerships before we found this one. Every dealership prior had no issues with telling me what they paid for their vehicle until I went to Emc Motors. The guy said he wouldn’t tell me what he paid for it, that it was a secret. Sorry, if you are going to be secretive with something like that, then I feel you are going to have more secrets about the vehicle I’m about to buy. So as soon as he said that, I walked which I’m glad I did because I found a better truck for thousands less.

My boyfriend and I went to purchase a truck that we seen online, but seen another one that we liked even more. Jim let us take it out for a test drive. We fell in love with the truck. He even worked it where the payments were close to the quote for the first truck. A/C wasnt working properly, told us to take it to our person to get it fixed and he wld pay for it. Jim was a man of his word and paid for the repairs.

Was looking for harder to find truck and they had one. Did most of the deal out of state which was easy. When I got there they had no problem with me spending time with it and making sure it was the one I wanted. Definately recommend them. Truck ran great all the way home. Thanks guys.

I purchased a Tundra from Jim and his dad earlier this year 2020. They were nice enough and made the purchase process painless and simple. Upon initial inspection the truck appeared to be in great shape. In hindsight I should have had it inspected by a third party but I was very trusting of them and starstruck by what appeared to be a beautiful truck that was surrounded by many other amazing trucks. But within a month and less than 1000 miles later I realized there were many issues. The e-brake did not work properly, the back wheels had a lock that I did not have a key too nor did they provide me, the first rain it started to leak all over my center console, a vibration started, the tailgate latch handle broke off just from opening, I slowly discovered tons of surface rust in less obvious areas and touch up paint all around the truck. I brought these issues to them which they said they would get resolved. None of these issues were resolved and shortly after my power steering went out. I mentioned this to them and they turned the blame on me saying there are certain indications when a power steering pump is on its way out and that it was a fault of my own. The only thing they did to help was provide me with a cheap power steering pump that I had to pay someone to install. I requested OEM but it was far from it. It must have been the cheapest power steering pump on the market as it whines every time I turn the wheel. Keep in mind I just spent 20k on what seemed to be a pristine Tundra with low mileage and I am already having to spend quite a bit on repairs. Over the past year many more things have broken and this truck it has turned into a bottomless pit of despair and has been a plague since the day I bought it. The only reason my review is not a one star is because I do not think that they intentionally sold me a lemon but after having so many issues that I alerted them of they did not make it right.

What can I say, these guys are fair and honest people. I was looking at a car I really wanted, and they gave me a great price. They weren’t trying to oversell or add services I didn’t need. Jim owns the dealership with his dad and it’s a family run business, so they really care to customers. They sell a lot of trucks, which is their specialty, but for the car I wanted they gave me a great price. Great people and a great dealership, I would recommend.

Eli and his son are very professional and friendly. We were not able to take our truck home today due to some bank issues but Eli offered to deliver it to us 3hrs away at no charge. Highly recommended

I went to EMC motors after going to 3 other dealerships and was pleasantly surprised with my buying experience. I made an appointment with Jim and upon arrival he showed me the truck that I was interested in. He spent time discussing the vehicle then stepped away to allow me time to inspect and check out the vehicle without the worry of feeling pressured. He let us take the truck for a test drive. I ended up purchasing the truck and Jim explained in detail all of the paperwork that we were signing. This experience was by far one of the best when it comes to buying a car. Ended up at EMC after seeing a hard to find truck on their posting. Called Jim and made a same day appointment. Made the trip and the truck was exactly as advertised. Transaction was easy and quick - 1.5 hours from arrival to leaving with the new truck. Very easy and professional transaction with great people. Took the truck to an independent mechanic after purchase. Everything that Jim said about the truck was true and it as good and even better than expected. Will return for sure.

Straight forward businessmen. I had a trade that was difficult to work with due to it being a 2020 and it also being high dollar value. They had a BEAUTIFUL 2014 Toyota Tundra that I wanted. Despite the difficulties associated with my trade, Jimmy stayed on top of it and got it done, even with my poor credit. They also held the truck for a couple of days at my request and now that awesome truck sits in my driveway. The truck ad some speaker issues and EMC motors and Jimmy handled that, no questions asked. They loaned me a vehicle while my truck’s speakers were repaired at no additional cost. Bottom line: they have numerous QUALITY used vehicles and they work hard to get you into the one you’re looking at. I will be a repeat customer.

Bought a used honda fit from here, everyone was professional and courteous. No one tried to sell me anything unnecessary, price was reasonable, and people were honest.
