I originally had been watching this car (2022 Hyundai Elantra) for almost a week. I started out attempting to process everything via online. However, had a few questions at which time I called. Spoke with Todd, whom answered all my questions. As I got off the phone I realized that another member of Rowe Auburn (Chris Rose) had attempted to e-mail. I was surprised by how quick they reached out to me. Not only that, but Chris had went out in the rain to send me a personal video of the car I was looking at that exact moment. I had scheduled an appoint the following day. We went for a quick drive in the vehicle and began the paperwork. Chris was a very personable individual. Even enjoying my banter of why he didn’t have color photos if he and his family. Which by the way, someone from Rowe get this man some colored ink. Haha After I spoke with Jim Robertson who helped me through the loan process, giving advice where it was needed. Once completed, Chris had the vehicle cleaned and washed. Overall great experience, all individuals were patient and kind. If you’re looking for a vehicle go see Chris.

Price increases are ridiculous! $65 for an oil and lube? Will never go to Rowe for that service again. Total bill was $85 because I asked for a car wash. My car is a 2011 Hyundai so I guess they charged $20 for that even though the car wasnt even dried. Ive had several car washes there in the past and have NEVER been charged for a wash. I need new tires in the Spring and will definitely not be buying them there. No longer trust these people.Also, Quick Lane waiting room is uncomfortable and service is very slow very, very slow.

I purchased my vehicle for lease with Rowe Auburn in 2020. The sales rep and finance rep who assisted with my sale were seemingly very helpful. The purpose of leasing a vehicle for me was to have routine maintenance covered and that was, to my knowledge, the reason why I left with that specific vehicle that day. I received a call to have the vehicle come in for its first oil change and to my surprise - it wasn’t going to be covered under my service plan. Even more to my surprise, I had NO service plan I supposedly was receiving with my car. Service team is helpful but I’m incredibly unsatisfied that something that would cost the customer greatly would be overlooked at the time of purchase. Probably will not renew my lease here.

The service at Rowe Quick Lane is always top notch and the facility is always clean. I also feel confident in the skills of the technicians. They always fo a great job!

By far the WORSE experience I have ever had at a dealership. I had multiple appointments for warranty work for my engine issues and twice they had to be canceled and today they called and told me for a 3rd time they had couldn’t take my car in because they had 24 appointments ahead of me and when I questioned how was there 15 when I made my appointment two months ago they told me my appointment had been canceled and couldn’t tell me who canceled it. Save your time and find another dealership. The guys who work in warranty are awful I’ve already put a complaint in with corporate about the warranty department.

Own a 2013 Hyundai Elantra that was purchased at Rowe. This has been a fairly reliable vehicle although recently at about 99,000 miles the engine went bad. To Hyundai’s credit they replaced the engine. Another quirk to this vehicle is excessive tire wear. In 100,000 miles we are on our fourth set of tires and that does not even account for the fact that we also have used winter tires in the winter in most years. We rotate and maintain the tires and alignment carefully but it does not matter. We recently sent the car back to Rowe to diagnose the tire wear issue. They checked the alignment which was fine. We were told that high tire wear is a known issue for the 2013 Elantra and that they wouldn’t do anything to resolve the issue. They suggested replacing the tires every year with a cheap set of tires which is what their technician who has had the same problem with his Elantra does. Paying $300 to buy and install a cheap set of tires every year does not seem like a reasonable solution to me seeing as this is a known issue/design flaw with this car. Disappointed.

Go somewhere else!!! What a terrible experience.I leased a car from them 3 years ago and had such a wonderful experience that I wanted to give them my business once again. Andre (sales) and I spent a few hours trying to figure out a fair price to which we both agreed. He told me to pick out a color and they would drive it up from Westbrook and that I could come pick it up in a few days. I drove 45 min back to the dealership to pick up the car I was promised only to be told that price I was given was a mistake and that I needed to pay more if I wanted that car. Naturally, I decline and went home with no car.I have two issues here 1. No courtesy call was given to me before I drove out 45 min to pick up a car that I potentially wasnt going to drive home in, this could have saved a lot of peoples ears from a frustrated, disappointed Karen. 2. No one is willing to take responsibility for their mistake - which I am 100% empathetic of, we are human. But if you want to sell cars (because you are car salesman) make it right...Moral of the story - go somewhere else. You will get a better deal anyways, and if nothing else, better customer service 💯🤦‍♀️

I went in unsure of whether I was going to buy a new car or not. My old car was only 3 years old. I got a really good price on a new one and a lower APR. Everyone was really nice and patient with me while I hemmed and hawed trying make a decision. Im glad I bought the new car and would definitely return for my next one.

Rowe Auburn usually does what they did to do. They are not usually courteous nor do they go out of the way to make you feel welcomed and taken care of— I had them check on my cooled portion of my seat and “it’s working, nothing we can do.” I’ll go to Rowe Westbrook next time and hopefully someone will take the time to listen to me.

I thank this company very much for being open during the holiday weekend, as they were my only option for an oil change for my car they day after Christmas! However, when I made the appointment I asked for an estimate on how long an oil change and a wheel alignment would take. I was told an hour and a half, possibly sooner. I know things happen and I NEVER expect to be out of an auto repair shop on time, but my wait was horrendous... I sat there for three hours. The best part though is that after waiting double the time I was told, I go to pay and I’m told they couldn’t even do the alignment because they didn’t have the tools necessary for my vehicle, & that I had to come back during the week for them to have the right equipment. I live an hour away and work during normal business hours so that’s clearly not an option for me. It was extremely frustrating to have my time wasted because they were unprepared. I will say I am very grateful they didn’t charge me for the service they didn’t perform! But I will not return to Rowe unless absolutely necessary.

I went to look at a car to decide if Id like to buy it. Never in my wildest dreams did I expect to drive it home the same day! I was pretty nervous never having purchased one on my own. My husband had recently passed away. The salesman was excellent. Made me feel very comfortable easing my mind. Very kind. I trusted that I could ask a question or an opinion and he would give me an honest answer. He even carried my bags of stuff that I had to get out of my trade in vehicle! Definitely a gentleman. I was impressed. He made everything go very smoothly.During a brief waiting period, the manager even came by with friendly greetings. I expected the finance part to be the worst but that person was also friendly and helpful. Not aggressive at all with a sales pitch of add ons. He went over everything making sure you understood the options. I felt at ease asking questions.When I got home, I texted several people to tell them what a great experience I had with the people at this dealership and how smoothly the whole process went. I was very impressed and would highly recommend them. I would definitely return to make a new purchase in the future.

My experience was HORRIFIC!! After explaining my cars issues and this being my 4 th mechanic to look at my car, it was the worst experience!! I talked with Chris, he reassured me that the problem would be solved, I dropped it off and 7 hrs later it was “supposibly fixed. When I pulled out of the dealership in my car, it didn’t even go 100 ft before stalling out-which was the issue to begin with, and today, it still continues to stall out after spending 530$ for it NOT to!! I work at the hospital, I’m not rich and I need a car for work!! I’ve sent Chris 2 voicemails and he won’t return my calls!! WORST experience ever!! And yes, my cars still messed up-very unhappy customer- your welcome for the 530$$

They went above and beyond. I get a flat tire every time a have my tires rotated.but they are there to help. The car on the other hand is way too small. Will never buy a Kona again. I miss my Lexus
