Great place for custom off road owner is very knowledgeable in his trade

I went in for quote on upgrading my jeep. They were amazing explaining all options without condescension as I am not knowledgeable in this area. They spoke with me as a fellow human and even gave a tour of the new shop. He spent an hour and a half with us not knowing if he would have our business. He is currently putting together a quote and I can honestly say he will have my business!!!

Wouldnt go here, they like to let you think they know what they are doing but that is not the case. My jeep has leaked several times after they fixed it. I had to fix it myself. The mechanics up there are a JOKE

I had a great experience with this garage. I wasnt sure if I was going to be able to get in, as they seemed really busy with a lot of really nice Jeeps and trucks but I had heard great things from my friend and was having car troubles. The mechanics and owner were friendly, professional, and very informative. They told me exactly what needed to be fixed versus what could wait for later, and quoted me a price that was less than a local chain location. I definitely recommend Ratchets to anyone in need of fairly-priced and high quality car repairs and maintenance.

Brought my vehicle in to Keith after an incorrect install of a lift kit by a local mechanic. My initial observations. Everyone at Ratchets was professional and the way they sanitized keys, vehicle door handles, etc I could see attention to detail is important to these guys.After his inspection Keith gave me a clear description of the problem and how theyll fix it. He didnt waste my time badmouthing the initial installer. I appreciate that as Im now forced to pay to repair their mistakes. Ill update once the actual repair work is done.

Requested an estimate for a quick and clean build out on a Jeep Grand Cherokee. From Pelham, wanted to support local business. Employee emailed me back and stated they would send me an estimate that afternoon. No estimate ever came. Unfortunately seeing this all too often nowadays. No customer service and seems like everyone too “busy” for new customers. Sad! Going to Boomer Mcloud instead.

What can i say, i only let a couple people work on my jeep besides me. An these guys are the most knowledgable and fair pricing! You need work or upgrades, talk to them theres no upselling just your best options.

Keith and his crew are the only ones I let touch my Jeep. Keith found multiple issues with my Jeep that I did not even know about and now my Jeep rides perfect! If you have a Jeep, Ratchets is the only place you should be going to.

Picked up our Jeep GC Limited after hours. My wife got in and immediately noticed her steering wheel was oriented about 30* out of being straight. So when the steering wheel is straight, the truck turns left.This was all after having them replace the front spring perches. I also asked them to call me after going over the truck and tell me anything else it needed. (All sorts of banging noises from the back of the truck)They never called, they never fixed the banging issues. Instead we got the truck back with the same noises and a crooked steering wheel. Well done!I went here after a recommendation, but NEVER will I return with our JGC.
