With all the COVID and supply chain issues were in a different world when car/truck shopping. Way Scarff did very well taking us through the process of ordering which is our first time not buying off the lot. IE we got what exactly what we wanted. Inette, was the most helpful sales person I have ever worked with when purchasing a car. We were able to get a fair trade in value and she was clear and honest with the car buying process. She was also extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicles and even was able to compare the new Ford Ranger to other brands comparable trucks. We were so refreshed to work with someone so kind and helpful through the car buying process.

My experience was with the service department several months ago, which at the time seemed overwhelmed. I dont fault the staff for what they cant control, but the person at the counter and the person who spoke to me after the service was complete were very rushed and did not leave room for questions or provide more than the briefest overview of what was done or what service might be needed in the future.A while after the service was complete, I received a Carfax report including a reminder about a recall on my vehicle. Its my fault I forgot about this (pandemic brain?) but I am very surprised this didnt come up during the service appointment.A little later still, I received a text message from the sales department encouraging me to sell my car. They removed me from their list when I asked, but still it left me uncomfortable that this unsolicited contact happened.Way Scarff Ford did the job I paid for (I hope?), but did not leave me with a sense of trust in their business or work. I am not very knowledgeable about cars and think I need to go somewhere where they have time for me even if it involves driving further out.

All the people at Way scarf is very friendly and I was happy with the truck that I got until three weeks later after purchase it broke down it went into limp mode and I can’t even drive it.It didn’t even give me a warning it just went straight into limp mode and then would not let me drive it at all so I had to pay $275 to have it towed to a dealership to be looked at on top of my down payment that I already paid and my payments that are coming..They were supposed to check all their vehicles to make sure that they are working properly.I would not buy from here again

Waited roughly a month to for truck condition and final buying process experience of picking up plates. Decent experience, The saleswoman, sophie who helped me was kind and deserves 5 stars, i feel she provided a more modern sales pitch of relating and satisfaction of experience rather than the old school whos more assertive. would of preferred to close the deal with her rather than being passed off to a manager, I was already being bounced around by my lender the extra variations were unfavorable. However that could be their procedure just felt less welcoming. The 3rd party drivetrain warranty is hand written in which is fine but feels less official. They are fairly firm on pricing some flexibility was able to make a deal. Picking up plates today. Truck condition was sold as is, with a 3rd party drivetrain warranty. runs great has started to sway going down the freeway after roughly 20-30 days still a great truck. Its a good dealership. Reply to response; I would give higher than 4 if allowed, The information I can offer would be less people involved I had up to 3 people present. Also more personal information security than open floor office tables for negotiations, the party next to me could hear our conversations, as I could theirs. pop up cubicals decorated would of felt better in my opinion, to some that feels claustrophobic. 4.8stars would be fitting for the experience I had.

Poor customer service. They need to work on that. Especially the old lady that took me upstairs to finish my paperwork is not too friendly.Im going to buy a car. I dont ask anything from you guys for free. She needs some manner in her life and better customer service.Also, I dont get why theyre dont allow me to take the car off the parking lot after I sign up for the agreement. Theyre said I cant take the car off the parking lot unless I have full insurance coverage.They give such a hard time in this dealership.This is not the first time that I bought a car from a dealership.By law in Washington state. If you buy a car from a dealership. You have insurance covers for 12 days from the min that you sign up. Have any question talk to the state form.

Purchased a used vehicle from Way Scarff and have nothing but good things to say about the process.Sophia helped answer all of my initial questions I had about the vehicle and helped set up a time to test drive.Francisco met us on the lot and made the process of purchasing the car an easy one. Very smooth sailing experience.Paperwork went with ease and I had never felt pressured to purchase; pricing was upfront and easy to understand.The entire teams patience and customer service was top notch!

We purchased a 2016 focus from them and the engine went out and were told it would be over 6 thousand to fix it. Then looked into warranty and it was four months over in warranty but still under in mileage. Just to be told there is nothing they can do for us. After many of phone calls we finally get a phone call back today saying there is nothing they can do for us except have their lead mechanic look at it further to figure out why it failed. But that would be at our additional expense. This vehicle also has a ssm out on it saying that these vehicles in this year make and model have an oil pump belt tensioner issue. Which is what the mechanic has said failed meaning the oil pump went out broke the timing chain and killed the engine. Yet no one can help us or will return phone calls of any sorts. No reason a 2016 with 50k on it should already have to have a new engine replaced. Will not recommend them to anyone

Thank you Phil Lampkin from Way Scarff Ford Dealer. We recently purchased a used vehicle from Way Scarff. After getting it home, we noticed a grinding noise when we applied the brake. I called the dealer and was referred to Phil Lampkin. I told him our delema and he was apologetic and helpful. He said to bring it in whenever we could and they would stop what theyre doing to fix whatever repairs it needed. We brought it in the following morning. Phil also gave us a loaner vehicle to use while ours was in the shop. Turns out the rear brake caliper was cracked. To make it all good they replaced both rear calipers and rotors. It stops noiseless. Thank you again Phil Lampkin for taking the time to help us! It is greatly appreciated!
