My car got broken into so I had to get my window replaced. The team at Auburn took great care of me! They were very professional, and caring, which in these trying times of the pandemic are far and few between to find. They did great work and it was very fast! The team was very empathetic to my situation and were all very personable, which is important in a time of stress like I was. I went in to get my SUV windshield repaired and it was done fast and so far no issues. The team was very professional and friendly and made sure that I was comfortable while waiting. I recommend to call ahead and make an appointment because they are pretty busy because of the great service.

With the current glass shortage, we had been searching for a windshield for our Toyota Sienna that is used commercially to transport wheelchair passengers. One of our passengers suggested Genuine in Auburn. Not only did they find the windshield where others over the past two months had not been able to, they installed in within days with no mark-up (which people tend to do when there is a short supply). My new windshield had to be sent to the shop and until it got there they kept me informed and followed through with their promises. They made the entire process (insurance, scheduling, etc) so easy.

If I could give more stars I would!!! Every interaction we had with this company was stellar. I called for advice, called to schedule, got a call back to file a claim with our insurance and had Kyle onsite at our home to replace the windshield and pillars on our 2014 Ford Explorer. Every interaction was friendly and responsive. I never felt like I was an imposition. Kyle was professional, friendly, on time and did an OUTSTANDING job. He even knew that the previous replacement wasnt done correctly. We will ALWAYS go through Genuine Auto Glass in Auburn from now on.

I have an FJ Cruiser and with the Windshield practically straight up and down the lack of aerodynamics makes it very vulnerable to chips and cracks. I have gone through four windshields in 2 1/2 years. My usual technician is Jason and he is always nothing short of spectacular and showing up on time and being professional and explaining the warranty in great detail. My vehicle is always treated with the utmost care and returned to me clean and no damages whatsoever. Easy to schedule and prompt set. Thank you Team Genuine!

I had an amazing experience here! I needed my rear passenger side window replaced ASAP and they were able to get it fixed within 48 hours. The service was completed in under an hour! Everyone that I dealt with, either on the phone or in person was helpful and professional! They took care of all of insurance paperwork while making sure I was getting the windshield I preferred. It was busy in there the day I had my glass replaced but I was able to wait inside with a cup of coffee from their Keurig! I was there for less than 2 hours AND they vacuumed all of the pine needles out of my Jeep! I will definitely give them my business in the future! They could use more seating for customers but there really isnt enough room to do that. If its a nice day, some outside seating would be perfect! Below is my before picture...

Great customer service speedy friendly technicians

I knew that if you get a little chip in your windshield it could spread, especially in a frost, and you could end up having to replace your whole windshield. I did not know that your car insurance will normally cover the whole cost of sealing a small chip so they don’t have to help you replace the windshield later. Genuine Auto Glass took care of all the insurance stuff. They sealed the chip in my windshield. I didn’t have to pay a dollar out of pocket. They were really fast. It took about 30 minutes. My only recommendation for getting a chip sealed here is to bring something to do. The shop isn’t close enough to anything to do anything other than wait. They do have free wifi though!

Genuine auto glass killed it today! I had the best experience. I was a nervous wreck when my windshield seal was coming off, and had no appointment. I was nervous about moisture getting through and potential windshield damage, but Vince reassured me it would be a quick fix and didn’t even charge me! Brandon and Vince both attached a brand new seal and had me in and out in less than 15min. Will definitely be recommending genuine to my friends and wife.

I called last week getting quotes from different places, I called Genuine Auto Glass and they had the BEST RATE and didnt charge me extra for coming to me. On install day-it only took 30 minutes, the techs were nice and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone! Great work!

I found this place by posting in the Auburn Community Group Facebook page and this place was the first and most referenced place to go to! This company did a stellar job and in a great time frame! I will definitely be returning and referring people to this business. I went in there under the impression that it would take 2 hours because that is what the receptionist said however that was in fact not true, it took 25-30 minutes tops. When I called to make the appointment they got me in within 48 hours! The repairs man were great! They even reinstalled my dash cam once the windshield was replaced! The only thing I would say is if your waiting in the wait room, dont do any important work because it is a tiny room and it gets loud with the receptionists taking business calls! :-)

I made an appointment for 2pm I was 15min late I called and they were very flexible. The staff was respectful and answered any question I had about pricing time etc. If you have to sit and wait there is an area to wait which is nice. Tracy is the receptionist who made my appointment she was sweet kind and patient. Would 100% recommend their pricing is the best in Auburn. No body could beat their price and amazing quality.

Got my windshield replaced today. Fast, friendly, got the work done quicker than I thought they would given their workload.

This is possibly the best place to replace auto glass. Marie who handles the calls and appointments is exceedingly polite and helpful. The pricing is very competent too. At the dealer my quote was more than double what I paid at this place. Windshield replacement on my Subaru Outback was done in 1.5 hours straight. The quality of work is excellent too. Highly recommended!

This place is awesome to deal with. We had a rock hit our windshield and cause a major crack immediately. Our Subaru dealership (Walkers Subaru of Renton; another place we highly recommend) directed us to Genuine Auto Glass in Auburn. Mary at Genuine Auto Glass was great to work with. Mary kept us informed every step of the way, from ordering the windshield, installation, through to completion and billing. The windshield was delivered and installed at Walkers and also calibrated on site. It was only a 1/2 day fix and the loaner car was already to go when we arrived. I highly recommend Genuine Auto Glass of Auburn.

This place is amazing!! Its a rather long review but a must read. My husband and I were running late and Mary was extremely courteous for allowing us to still be seen. As we arrived unfortunately our car hit the front curb and punctured our front tire. 2020 has been draining and this situation really took a toll. Brandon was absolutely amazing and so kind. He didnt even hesitate, he popped on our spare tire which I completely forgot we had. I was assuming a tow truck and lots of waisted $$$$. Brandon did mention due to the spare tire, the recalibration wouldnt be done at its best. Mary then gave me several different options on how to move forward. We ended up getting our tire fixed at our home dealership (Renton Toyota) with no charge to due coverage we personally had. Mary was there for us for every call and question we had. We ended up rescheduling for a week out. In conclusion, we finally got our window fixed and it was fast and very well done. I highly recommend this place. They are more then a business. They care about their customers!!!! Again, thankyou for being there for us in a time of need!! Shout out to Mary and Brandon!!!! You two are the greatest!!!!!!!

Vince did an incredible job with both of our cars! I had a rock chip and husbands truck needed a new windshield. Vince was on time, extremely friendly, did a great job and was extremely quick. This is our 2nd time using Genuine and we will continue to do so in the future.

I was sent here by Boardwalk Motors (see review) whom sold me a used car a few weeks ago. My trunk and rear seat were both soaking wet. AJ at Boardwalk Motors insisted that it was a leaking window; an accesment that I did not agree with. I was greeted by friendly employees and within 20 minutes they found the actual issue: a previous accident was not repaired correctly. There was a rather large crack in the body of the car that allows water to flow freely into the trunk and under the rear seat. Not a leaking window problem at all. I was told to ask for another car, as it would be rather expensive to repair and even then the integrity of the frame would forever be compromised. They were quick with their diagnosis and extremely professional. There was no charge for their service, and I was even given a quote for a new windshield on my other vehicle. Fast, friendly, and affordable. I reccomend these folks if youre in the need for any auto glass work.

My first time here they did a great job on my windshield, and I love the lifetime warranty and free chip repair guarantee when purchasing a windshield through them. The second time around, in order to retain a happy customer, they were able to price match for me on my other vehicle with no charge for mobile installation services. I love these guys!

Im so late writing this review, however after all this time I wanted to share my appreciation for the kind people who worked here. My husband and I were shipping our car from Seattle and upon inspection, the inspectors told us our windshield was not up to shipping standards and we would need to replace it(this was 6 hours before our flight). We found Genuine Auto glass and explained our stressful situation and they went over and beyond. They found us a windshield, went and picked it up, and installed it for us as fast as they could with one employee staying overtime to help. The employees here care deeply about their customers and I will forever be grateful for them!

Lots of respect. My windshield was leaking from the previous owner who backyard installed one terribly. These guys helped me out without breaking the windshield, cleaned out all the gunk from the previous owner and put the windshield back on looks like a brand new windshield and no more leaks. Gave me advice on my truck sent me on my way without a big dent in my pocket. Family style, quick, efficient, and affordable would recommend going here over any other place. Vince and josh helped me out right away.

My windshield cracked a week before my lease ended, and Genuine Auto Glass came through for me like champs. The customer service people were knowledgeable, friendly, and interested in doing the job right and not just getting me out the door. I was probably blunt and a little demanding due to my time constraints, but they were always friendly, helpful, and kept me informed during the entire process even if it wasnt great news (insurance company issues, difficult supply chain issues, things out of their control). When they finally received the glass the technicians did an amazing job with a difficult installation, and I couldnt be happier with the overall service I received. I came in for a serious rock chip that cracked half of my windshield. After calling around to several shops in the Auburn area, Genuine was the best price. The ladies at the desk were awesome with quoting my price and the glass techs were just as Awesome! They even found some time to chat with me and make me feel welcomed even though they were busy. I was in and out in about an hour and it looks great! I recommend this place and I will be returning for my other auto glass needs!

Fantastic service and staff! Theyre my go-to guys!UPDATE: I ended up getting a new vehicle and it had a crack in the windshield. I told the dealership that I wanted Rick and his staff to do the work. Vince was more than accommodating and did the job quickly. He even installed my new wiper blades for me. With such outstanding customer service why would you go anywhere else?!?!?

They were able to take me in right away for my leak, they were very caring about my issues, incredibly honest about pricing. The best experience I’ve ever had by a long shot at an Autoglass shop, you can tell the customer is 100% their proity. I’ll be going there from now on and recommending this to everyone I know. They even gave me great advice on after care to make sure mildew wasn’t an issue.

I was referred to this place by Subaru in Auburn and I stopped by last minute on my way home from work not expecting to be able to get in right then but just wanting someone to take a look to see if my windshield could even be repaired. To my surprise someone came out right away and took my vehicle back within 5 minutes. They said they would try their best to repair the chip and thats exactly what they did. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. I will recommend them to everyone I can in the future.

Mary at the front desk has excellent customer service skills and very personable! Josh the mechanic is obviously an expert as he was so efficient. Josh completed our repair with lightning speed. Mary let us in even without an appointment and we were in it out of Genuine Auto Glass within minutes!

I had Genuine Auto Glass install a windshield on my 2007 Passat back in January and they did an amazing job. Rick was very professional, and took very good care of me. Very impressed with them! So fast forward to yesterday (7-11-19) coming down 18 and bam! Rock chip. Called Genuine to get an estimate. Mary was so nice, professional, and helpful! She said just bring it on down and well fix the rock chip for free! That really made my day. I cannot thank Mary, Rick and Genuine auto glass enough. They came to my house to fix my windshield that got smashed by a rock that flew right through. They worked with my insurance and the service was fantastic and fast. About 2 months later I got a rock chip on that new windshield and they filled it for free. The front desk lady is very nice and easy to talk to.
