Do not bring your vehicle to this place! My fiancé chose them because they were cheaper than the leading windshield replacement shop. They quoted her under $270 which seemed reasonable to safelite’s $450. Boy was that a mistake. The initial replacement was done in a timely manor and I thought all was well and we saved ourselves some money. After driving the vehicle on the freeway we realized the windshield had not been replaced properly because it had a terrible vibrating noise. We called the shop and gave them another try to fix it. When the same technician showed up he went on a drive with my fiancé and claimed the vibrating was caused from the roof rack and not the windshield and he tightened a bolt and called it fixed, not even going on another drive with her to make sure it was indeed fixed. The next day I drove on the freeway and the noise prevailed. We called the shop and they resent the same technician! He replaced the windshield with a whole new windshield thinking it was a faulty windshield he used. After replacing the windshield the second time, the issue still remained. Out of frustation, I googled searched top issues after a windshield replacement and within 2 minutes of looking into the issue I figured out what was causing the vibration. I called the shop and spoke with the owner Danielle and we agreed I would bring our vehicle in to their shop in Auburn. With it supposed to be a mobile replacement shop it was a little frustrating having to drive our vehicle from Rocklin to Auburn to have them figured it out there. After inspecting the car they came to the conclusion that the vehicles cowl needed to be replaced and they wanted to charge us $200-$300 for just the cowl because they had to order it from the dealership. Clearly their service technician can replace a windshield but doesn’t know how to do it properly. Very unprofessional. After calling and speaking with Danielle she claims they never typically never replace cowls and that our 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee’s cowl is bad from old age. If their technician would have address the problem right from the start I would have been less obligated to write the review but clearly they have no idea what their doing. Do not use this shop and save yourself the headache!

My grandson needed to drive to San Jose for a job interview and his windshield cracked when he was washing his car. I called auto glass express and told the nice lady my problem. Laurel said she could get a repair man to my home the next day. He came , on time, replaced the windshield, and gave me some instructions to make sure the glue had time to dry. Was so happy that my grandson was able to get to his appointment safe thanks to the fast service that I received.
