Great experience as always! My dishwasher died on Friday morning and I called Agren right away. Had a few to choose from and my new washer will be delivered and installed Monday! Not only a great sales experience with Dan but knowing you can call Agren for service down the road if something happens is the peace of mind my wife and I are looking for. In my opinion this is why a local company like Agren beats the box store every time.

I ordered a refrigerator this afternoon from Agren and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was working with Greg who was both knowledgeable and professional. Agren not only matched the price of the big box stores , their own people will be doing the setup.

I was greeted by a nice gentleman named Dan at the auburn location. I was just there to get pricing but he sold me on this really nice GE front loader. I never leave reviews but I liked that Dan guys rapport. Definitely a man fit for the job. Next time I go Im looking for him first

I have been purchasing my appliances from Agren for 18 years- I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Their team is top notch- from sales to delivery. They are a professional, courteous and understanding with excellent communication throughout the entire process. Since they match their competition’s pricing AND service what they sell [they are also top notch in that department as well], it’s really a no brainer. Shop local folks- because Lowe’s or Home Depot would not have worked with me like Dan did- he saved the day after my refrigerator croaked two days ago! I’ll happily wait a week for delivery vs. wade through a two-month back log in appliances due to the pandemic. Keep up the great work Agren and I’ll see you on Wednesday!

I was looking for a washer. Agren was open when I went by Saturday morning. There were various manufactures and models available. I was looking in $700 - $900 range. Found one and it will be delivered Friday, the earliest they could do it. An issue with my phone caused some trouble getting the sale through but Greg was persistent so I will get my washer as promised. Thank you Agren.

Although they have some good products they need to step up with their customer service. I went to buy a gas stove and they do sell they product they do not have anyone licensed to connect, adjust the gas to the product they are selling. If this is the business they want to have, I went some other place like a big box store because they hiring out the installations. Its just like going to buy a car and they will sell it to you but not service it. sorry about the facts.

It was a very nice experience to visit a knowledgeable salesperson. He wasn’t pushy or condescending. He listened to what we were looking for and gave his recommendations on what he had in stock, to avoid a unknown wait time. He did upsell and we were glad he did. Happy to have found a gas range. The promised availability for pick-up was 1 week ago. After initial apology for delay, Agren has gone silent on our multiple texts, emails and calls. We have already paid but no product, no word on new pick-up date and no response from Agren. We thought they were a respected local appliance store.

Agren has been our go to for 15 years, but unfortunately not anymore. We bought a warranty on our oven and unfortunately ever since it has been fixed it it consistently overheats. Not safe for our kids who love to cook. Not sure why we bought the warranty.....

Went somewhere else, over 6 weeks, shipping was a nightmare, lied to and hung up on. Cancelled and went to Agrens in Lewiston. They gave me comparable appliances at comparable prices. Delivered and installed within a week. Kids who showed up very polite and helpful and offered advice I didnt even ask about. Great experience.

Went in today to look for a replacement dishwasher after ours sprung a major leak. The first person we spoke with didnt seem all that interested in helping us out and was not very friendly, honestly. After we took a spin around the showroom to discuss our options, however, the second employee we spoke with was extremely friendly and helpful! He got everything taken care of for us quickly and scheduled our install for next week! Hopefully that will go smoothly. Walked in and greeted by several friendly gentlemen. I went in knowing what I wanted to look at and they pointed me in the right direction. Based on what I’d seen online I had a mattress in mind and the sales representative was helpful by sharing the general information on it as well as sharing two other similar ones.

Needed to source a GE gas range quickly, called Agren’s 800 number, talked to a very friendly sales representative who quickly found what I was looking for. Matched Home Depot price and had it available for me to pickup in 2 business days. Pretty incredible given all of the appliance shortages currently! Thanks Agren’s!

We decided to replace our LG dishwasher that we were never really satisfied with. I thought was going to be a difficult process. I didn’t want to go to the big home stores and wanted to use a local business. I chose Agren. Bridget in the Auburn location was great!! She was able to answer all of my questions and was pleasant to work with. I was in and out in just over 30 minutes and can’t wait for the new one to be delivered next week!!

Worse service ever! Ive been waiting to have my dishwasher repaired for over 4 months. 5 visits and they still cant figure it out. Each time they have to reorder the same parts but they never install them and then the parts are returned to the manufacturer, only to be reordered again? Nothing but run around and they only support products they sell, I say they dont support anything. Ive asked to speak to a manager numerous times and still get shuffled from person to person that have no authority and cant get anything done!

Jonah was most helpful in determining which vent hood would work in our kitchen setup, and saved me from ordering one which looked good, but would not have fit. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Agrens. The salesman, Jonah, took the time to listen to us and to get us exactly what we wanted, and was able to save us money by offering a bundle of appliances. While the appliances took months to come in (which Jonah had disclosed ahead of time, so not surprised) the delivery team was very professional. The refrigerator came without the handles and a dent in the door. The handles were reordered and Jonah came and installed them himself within 2 days. A new door has been ordered to replace the dented door. We are very pleased with the service.

Jonah took our wish list and went through it over and over finding what we wanted, or suggesting great alternatives if it wasnt available. Weve bought at Agrens before, the only reason this is not a 5-star review *yet* is that were scheduled for delivery a couple of weeks from now. However based on past experience, I have little doubt we will be very happy with delivery & setup when they do arrive. Agrens is our go-to now for appliances, and Jonah is a great example of how they work!

Who knew there were so many choices for mattresses these days? Walking into the showroom was overwhelming, but Jonah put us on the bed match system to measure our pressure points and sleep preferences. We had the perfect mattress narrowed down in no time. The one on one service Agren provides is far superior to any experience we have had in any box store and as a bonus they beat their prices and we can support a great local business.

My wife ordered a special order refrigerator,, basically the same size as the one it will replace, bought from sears.This fridge was purchased in January,, and was given a date of delivery in early February. When my wife called to question she got the run around.. even today. Plus now Im told it can be six months out now,, nothing like being lied to and be given the round around

Just an update - I went in and worked with Jonah to find an alternate fridge and it’s being delivered this Tuesday. He was a great help and so I’ve putbthem back to 5 stars!I’ve bought all my appliances over the past 20 years from Agren! And they’ve been great!! This time I need a refrigerator and did order one, but they can’t even tell me when to expect it. Said it could be months!! Understand it wasn’t just the one I ordered - they said it was the same for pretty much any model in my size, which is pretty standard. That’s why only 4 stars this time around. And I haven’t heard a thing from them since buying and paying for it - no update or anything. Not the customer service I expected from Agren.

Like many I chose to use a local business vs big box for my recent purchase of washer and dryer. Told I would receive full installation but things went downhill after that. Delivery crew lacked suitable dryer vent hose to complete hook up and told me I would be responsible for finishing that. The washing machine drain hose also was too short and again that was my responsibility. So appliances were delivered but neither could be used. Traveled to Agrens Auburn and they gave me a drain hose extension kit (free exchange as I had been charged for the unusable dryer vent hose). The extension kit questionable quality as its diameter much wider then machine equipped hose. Clamping extension on resulted in crimping the smaller diameter hose and a considerable flood upon test. Called their Saco Store and parts guy suggested I pick up replacement drain hose. Back to Agrens Auburn had to purchase the eight foot drain hose. Installed that and good to go. Point being if I am to support local businesses I had a higher expectation of full service. Store staff seemed unresponsive to my concerns.

My microwave was delivered on time and on the day promised. The installer was efficient and tolerant of my crazy dog.
