I love shopping at Costco. The help there is very helpful when youre looking for a certain thing they can you should tell you right where it is. Check out is usually fairly quick. Even when youre walking out the door you show your bill that is done had a quick pace.

Costco is always so clean and organized. Better yet, Holiday Blend coffee by Starbucks is in!!!!

Love to shop Costco! Only downside is large quantities for 2 people...but I just share to make it manageable. The absolute BEST rotisserie chicken (I couldnt make it any better or cheaper.) The store is always clean and bright.

Excellent customer service, terrific cashier. A clean facility. Maybe some signs could be added at the end of isles indicating what is in that isle. Would save some time looking for my items. On the other hand if I go down the unmarked isle I might purchase more items . The mind works in mysterious ways. Oh, the dilemma ! So many GREAT deals.

Love love love the employees here. They are always so attentive and eager to help. Carol especially when I do see her shes such a treasure. This is the neatest and cleanest Costco Ive ever been to so I go out of my way to make this my go to place to shop.

Good products- Kirkland and brand name. Tried frozen scallops for 1st time, excellent. Pesto very good, produce almost always excellent, tires, bedding, pkgs of batteries best price of any store or online, fage yogurt and cheerios best value around, and I hear that they treat employees well?

Really great, it took a few minutes for someone to notice we were not just browsing. The gentleman that helped us got someone who knows tv.s even better, to be sure we got what we needed.

A new favorite for getting supplies in the winter season. Kids love to stroll through the long aisles and look around too. I think i get a good number of steps in too. The newest addition to our list is the mango pulp. Try it! Its good. And of course the pizza is a must at the end.

It was busy already, but wasnt too bad. We havent been since the pandemic began and really needed to go. As usual their baked goods are amazingly good and the prices are great. We also hadnt been there since they added self check out registers. There was very attentive staff to help out and keep things moving.

Awesome service in Auburn Hills. Kirkland Tequila Anejo is no longer being sold, a real bummer...but store has the last bottles.

Im in love with costco. The savings on gas prices alone pay for my membership. They always have new and interesting stuff in store and the deals are good when it comes to bulk shopping. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

2 pairs of prescription glasses ended up being less expensive than 1 pair of frames at the optometrists office. Bring your prescription with you. Aubrey in the optical department is the best!!!

Very reasonable prices.Checkout through App like other wholesale warehouses might be a good addition and saves lot of time and navigating through crowd at some times.Food options are also good and cheap.

Great Costco location like others, staff were friendly and helpful to find what I was looking for.Spacious and similar plan to other Costco around Detroit, but not the biggest.Easy access from road and quick access from i75.Spacious parking around the store. I found milk to be expensive here compared to other locations, not sure if it was just the time I visited.

David at the new membership counter was so great I couldn’t help but leave him a review! He made sure I was aware of all of the options and helped me chose the one best for me. It is a nice place to buy in bulk . Costco, as usual is excellent. The store has quality merchandise and groceries at mostly good prices. Like all Detroit area Costcos, it is in a congested area and parking is almost always a stressful experience on the weekends, as is leaving. Despite this its still one of the best places to shop.try the pizza here , it is good

Went to get a sit/stand desk that my friends have and love from there. They have a great selection and way too many tempting deals. The lines are surprisingly quick if you hit the right day/ time. Was in and out in about an hour and a half (mostly cause we also looked around a bit and I had to get my membership card (ordered online)which was a bit slow because of the computer and the person in front of me)

Bakery department is always efficient, and courteous.Management does not respond to customer concerns or suggestions.Example with paper products: Four weeks ago bought vanity fair entertainment napkins. No sign or placardfor limit of one so I put two in my cart. At the checkout I was told there was a limit of one on this product. I discussed the lack of signage for this product with two managers as I exited the store who acted surprised that they had a computer limit on a product but no designation at the display shelves. They stated that limit signs should/would be be verified and distributed.Today I again needed napkins and the store had a huge display of the same product I purchased earlier. Prior to putting two packages in my cart and Not wanted to go through the checkout embarrassment or the need for the store to return to stock an item I couldn’t purchase I took the time to ask the gentleman stocking the area if napkins quantities were still limited. He pointed to the placard stating only paper towels and bathroom tissue had a purchase limit and that I could buy multiple packs of the Vanity Fair Entertainment napkins.Again this week the computer popped up a message to the checker limiting purchase to a single package.One has to wonder how much time employees spend everyday restocking items that end up unsold at the checkout for lack of updating the computer programming.

I’m an instacart shopper and was experiencing a major issue checking out today since I’ve lost my Instacart card. Travis (I believe he was a manager) helped me out so much! He was so professional and very kind, went out of his way a lot to help me out. If not him I would’ve lost a good order and also my time spent shopping, thanks to him that didn’t happen. Thanks a lot to the company for hiring such professional individuals!

I like the friendliness of the staff in photo and throughout the store. Everyone is willing to help, and they do it with a smile. I think their spirits are high in part by the peppy music played over the speakers. Makes me want to sing and dance. I love it!

I waited in my COVID assigned spot and the employee took the next person who walked up! I acquired two pairs, the reading glasses were fine but I also got bifocals. When I received Them the reading aspect didn’t work I brought them back and it was suggested that I need to get used to them. I tried for another week but they didn’t work so I brought them back. They tested and adjusted and I was told they were fine. They still don’t work. But the good thing about Costco, I know they will take them back.

I do like Costco Warehouse. The staff (there are a lot of them keeping displays neat and restocked) are extremely willing to help when a customer has a question or needs other help.It is a warehouse in that they are no places to try on shoes or clothes, for example. The management is quite willing to let you buy an item and return it after you get home. The cleanliness and size of the store and the quality of the merchandise is much better than Sams Club, too.The biggest problem I have with warehouse shopping is selection. Yes, there great prices on many items, but there are only a few similar items to consider for buying. For example, my wife loved the 3 pound LG laptop computer for $1,300, but it was more computer than what she needed. We found one online with a smaller disk drive and slower CPU for $800. If you really need the power of the one they offer, go for it. However, when I told my wife that I didnt think we could afford either one and that we just bought her a desktop computer, it came out that her problem with what she had was the webcam for Zoom and Google Duo meetings wasnt aimed directly at her face. I am working with her to make the equipment she has now or a different webcam solve the problem. One new camera we are looking at online costs only $50, which is a lot less than $1,300 or even $800.The membership options include a basic membership for $60, an executive membership for $120, and an executive membership with a no fee credit card. The latter membership and card are enticing because of 1% to 4% rebates on various purchases at the store, at gas stations, and at other stores. I have always been cautious about credit cards with the ease of buying and then getting into debt at higher interest rates. I am hopeful that we can stay on top of this as well.

Went to return UNOPENED food that was purchased at the Sterling Heights Costco not even 24 hours earlier, and the lady gave me the hardest time saying they do not accept returns on perishables. I asked for a manager. He said the same thing. I opened my phone up to Costco return policy and showed them that according to Costco they accept any and all returns on food and 99% of other items if not to satisfactory or change of mind, no questions asked...... after showing that they said they would return the food only this one time for me.... First, I never return things often Costco, and never had returned food, but the fact is that you are allowed to return pretty much everything as long as its not expires or not alcohol, so this makes me very annoyed and angry. Follow the polices Costco places for ALL stores and not because you as an individual do not want to take unopened food back only 1 day after it was purchased.

Costco how I love you so. They have so many awesome vegan and vegetarian organic options here. I wish there were more in Michigan but this is the closest one to us- a 40 minute drive away but totally worth it

We have been Costco members over ten years. We changed from another big box store because the. Prices were better or the same, but a thorough comparison of product quality and employee happiness, Costco won hands down. We spend $100 a year for our membership. At years end we receive our bonus. I have never not totally recovered the fee. If we have bought tires or Tv’s, we get money back. It has been a handy Christmas bonus surprise.

Always something interesting to buy at Costco. Youd be lucky to leave without spending $100+. If you want to try, best not to go in with a cart and only buy what you can carry, but youll likely just be mad that you didnt just get a cart haha.

I was trying to pump gas and it wouldn’t work. I was looking for the attendant who was out and walking each line doing a great job. However I couldn’t see him and a gentleman named Dan had a Costco badge. He came over put the hose in further and it was fine. Then I heard the attendant talk to him “are you coming in or going” he said “coming in” he wasn’t even clocked in. Dan went above and beyond being helpful but also very kind.

Membership fees ALOT higher than Sams Club. Doesnt carry bleach, & other items I use. Clean but looks shabby. And its a pretty new store. Need to be much MORE prices competitive.
