Rude young female working the self check out.She was not too happy when she had to help me with my coupon at the self check-out. And on top of it as I look over my receipt she did not even apply the coupon (Im sure it was done purposefully with her nasty attitude). It is MY fault I did not check the screen prior to leaving. Thank God Im moving and wont be shopping at this Target anymore! I will say there ARE some other wonderful employees here. She must be new.

I ordered off the Target App for drive up delivery. My plans changed and was easily able to change to pick up inside. Staff was helpful and courteous. I appreciated getting quick updates thru email. Overall pretty good selection in the trading card section (Pokémon cards = early bird gets the worm) but consider restocking hot wheels more often because I haven’t seen any at this location for 2 months now

So I could of picked up from store but it said would be here in 2 days great now a week has passed still in route. I am planning on going on vacation with two items I ordered need by Tuesday. If not here on time will not order ever again

I bought items and did not receive them all. I live 40 minutes away and they were not able to return the item for me over the phone. Poor customer service. Really rude managaer. I understand people make mistakes but they cant do anything unless I come in.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. The employees all seem very nice, and they’re helpful if you need it. Order pick up is very quick and so is curbside pick up. This is my fave location.

This was my first time ordering online for in store pick up. I was buying Odele conditioner, that is sold out every time I’m in the store! I Decided to look online one day and noticed it was available (3 on the shelf). I quickly ordered it online and paid for it. When I went to pick it up at the store, I learned I was too late. It had sold out before my order was gathered. I was bummed out, but when I got home I realized Target had sent an email offering to ship it for free to my home if I still wanted it. I thought that was pretty helpful!

Worst Target Starbucks ever. Baristas are NOT trained to make drinks. Had to pay for a remake of all four drinks and ended throwing them all away. 44$ to make a trip to the Bloomfield Target and they exceeded expectations. Not the first time Ive left this Target disappointed with my drinks.

Cashier was very friendly and helpful, even late at night. Front end during holidays is being run better than in the past. The store has good variety, and is put together better than usual.

Horrible customer service! I purchased a Samsung tablet from there two weeks ago for my 12 year old daughters birthday and when she got the gift she opened it up only to find out that a used (what we found out later it was a retail mode in-store tablet that only retailers have access to) tablet was in the box. No problem I thought, this is Target and Im sure it was just a mistake and the people who wear red clothes are always nice and cheerful. WRONG!!!! when I brought the issue to their attention they told me they had to complete some type of investigation before I could be given a resolution for my problem. After two days and several attempts in contacting customer service, I got no where. In fact, one of the employees told me that they will refuse the return. Wow, Samsung tech support found out exactly what the issue was with both tablets (the one that came in the box, and the one that should have been in the box) btw I had both tablet serial numbers and model numbers. The tablet that should have been in the box warranty information was activated on 12/2/2020 which is almost three months before I even took possession of the box. The tablet that came in the box did not have any consumer warranty information and was told to me by the Samsung tech that no one could have possibly purchased this tablet because it was in retail mode and owned by the retailer (which in this case was the Target on Brown Rd in Auburn hills MI). Even after all of that, they still would not give me a return. Furthermore, no one even looked at the tablet that came in the box in the 1st place. I had to end up calling the Auburn hills police department to send an officer out because Target is trying to make me take possession of stolen goods which belong to them. The officer that arrived was very rational and he explained to the store management what happened, and only after that they were willing to give me a refund and a $20 gift certificate. Thanks Target on Brown Rd! This is not a bad review for Target as a whole, the store on Telegraph in Bloomfield has always treated me with respect and great customer service, but that store in Auburn hills is ran like a gang with gang like mentality with group think, and I am almost certain it is because of the incompetent management at that location.

Terrible customer service. We were trying to exchange an item that didn’t work for us. Drove 40 minutes out of the way since they were the only Target to have the item in stock and they would not let us do a same day return, even with proof of purchase. Would not even offer store credit. Bloomfield Hills Target has far superior customer service.

I bought a Nintendo Switch and a digital code for a game today and the electronics clerk didn’t even give me a receipt! The game code is printed on the receipt so I basically wasted $60 because the clerk couldn’t do his job. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Its a pretty good Target. Fairly clean and well kept. Customer service was good. They have a pretty standard selection of goods.

I forgot the last time I had an enjoyable time shopping retail. Customer service was beyond what I expected. Employees were genuine with customer service beyond what you would expect, especially with the returns. I will drive out of my way to revisit.

The team at guest service is phenomenal! They always can fix our issues, should they arise. But this location gives us the least “issues” to have to fix at all out of any store we go to.

My wife picked up the TV. After checking our online paperwork a gentleman took the TV and loaded it in our vehichle. Everyone work ethics were very professional.

Just stopped by for Curbside pickup and it was such an easy process. Definitely recommend ordering at least 4 hours in advance (as posted on their app). Went about my day running another errand at Menards and as I was checking out, I received notification my order was ready. Great service!

Terrible store. Never any help.Everyone Ive asked for help is incredibly rude. The cashiers dont give a hell about what you say / are always slow when checking out.Hire better people or shut down. This store is terrible and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.On top of that, mend your dressing rooms better. After that scandal, Im terrified of even coming in to purchase clothing. I shouldnt have to be scared for my own SAFETY going into a PUBLIC SPACE.A few names of people that were under my impression that they dont care/were rude: Melissa, Courtney, and Brad.

Target is my favorite store. Its quiet and even if the parking lot is full the store always seems spacious with enough room for everyone comfortablely. Its clean and attractive. The items are unique and fun to see. The prices are good.

Precautions taken were significant to my wife and I who are over 65. Beginning at the front door the associates were cheerful socially distant and well protected.

I got timely notification that the order was ready for pickup. There was only little wait time at the customer service desk. The thing that stood out was there was lot of time allowed from the time order was ready to complete the pickup and there was option to extend the pickup time as well. The service desk assistant was very polite and was able to quickly get to my order unlike some places where I had to wait for the package to be be discovered from unorganized stacks of shelves. Overall very satisfied.

Its fun to shop all the different items available and I enjoy the discounts on circle app and redcard

Took my niece to Target yesterday. We had to use the bathroom. DISGUSTING! It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Trash overflowing, tampons on the floor, toilet paper all over, to cover up the smell they had air fresheners all around, and feces smears in one stall on the floor. Every stall was a mess! It makes me wonder if they let the bathrooms go, what’s the food court like? The store wasn’t understaffed. Sadly this isn’t the first time I have seen the bathrooms look like that. Way to go Auburn Hills store.

Because one of your associates named Elizabeth was spectacular today. I needed market pantry water and she went above and beyond to go get it, bring it up to me, put 4 in my cart, rang me up and gave me a discount for waiting!!!! Shes was awesome. Get more Elizabeths in the store.

Love this place. Not only is the selection great, so are the prices.Part of the store is also set up to look quite chic. Furniture is set up as well as other pieces. Even the lighting is unique. All of the items are the latest trends. Love it!

Target has been one of it favorite stores forever. Since I started shopping bat the Auburn Hills Mi store I avoid it if at all possible. The lines are just to long! They need more cashiers so more lanes can be open!

I said excuse us and she replied excuse you and walked away very unprofessional and rude she was I went to the service desk an asked to speak to a manager and the employee at the front desk said there was none available.

Great, clean location and well stocked for the most part. They have a large section of homegoods (somewhat larger than the average Target) and a good grocery section. No self checkout which is a shame, but the checkers are fast. I bring my own bags shopping and the lady was happy to use them.

We like this target store theres a good selection of childrens toys also clothes for everyone. They have a myriad of different things that you may need including groceries. Check them out they probly have something you might need.

It is too easy to shop at Target - be it online or in store. Things are very much sorted there and they have a bright ambience, which is very much welcoming. Keep it up.

Staff is very pleasant on on the floor and try very much to help. The Cashiers need a lot of help. i have went in times with no help and no ones pays attention and times when they need more help.

To say this target is awful is an understatement. There are never enough people at the checkout , and the lines for guest services are so long. You have to wait like a half an hour to return things sometimes. Every time Ive been here recently the checkout area is a horrible mess. Dont get me wrong, the people who work there are great, but they need more help at the checkout area, its always backed up.

Nice selections. But, Some clothing not good quality. But sort of over priced. Staff helpful. Store pretty clean. But restroom dirty with papers on floor sinks with standing water on counter. Looked like no regular checks had been done, like usual. But i enjoy shopping there. Lots to look at under one roof. Includes; Seasonal. Electronics, Housewares, Shoes, Clothing, and Some household needs

Checkout is always slow. They keep redoing the electronics dept and no longer have the products used to go there for. Decent for day to day items. Also linens & bedding there is relatively cheap for the quality. Most everything else you find cheaper elsewhere.

This Target is great. Pretty clean, bathrooms are clean, has a Starbucks and a decent selection of groceries. I also think the store layout is better than most other Targets. My only gripe would be that this is one of the worst Targets for waiting at checkout. Most other Targets open up lanes pretty quickly when there are too many people up front but this one is pretty slow. I also dont think I have ever had an employee say hi to me while walking around where other Targets I get asked 5 times in 10 minutes.

This Target has a very good selection. It is also organuzed very well. The employees are very nice and friendly. I love the food court area, it is nice to be able to grab a small bite to eat when I am running errands.

Bought a bathing suit on a sale but needed to exchange it for a smaller size however the manager said the computer doesn’t allow her to give me the sale price for an exchange. On their website it says they will honor sale prices.
