This place need to fire everyone and hire all new staff with people who want to work and want to help customers with issues not pushs them away and not help anyone. Management is lazy employees are rude

I went to the Sprint/ T-Mobile store Sunday and yesterday. I wanted to thank Andrea for her great customer service shes awesome and patient. She helped with a sim card swap and I wasnt charged. Shes awesome!

Today 11-27-2020 I went to this store and the lady name ESPERANZA treat me bad. She’s is so rude and very unprofessional and I think she need to look for another job because she’s not nice with the customer. I never go back to this store again she never give me information about phone price . So sad

Do not ever go to sprint, horrible customer service. They lie to you and overcharge you, also the service in general sucks, youre better off going to metro pcs.

So glad there is a sprint store in town now! Yoalli did a great job, she helped me activate my new lines and the process was fast & easy. The store looked nice and clean too which was a good plus. Would definitely do business with her again.

If you need help with your account or your phone or you want to start sprint service go to the Atwater store!! These people know what their talking about!! And actually help you solve your issues..unlike the store in merced on olive ave. they have very poor customer service there.

I’m from Turlock, but was in Atwater to visit family. I figured I might as well go to the sprint store in Atwater since I was already in town. Best customer service I’ve ever received! The store representative that assisted me, I believe his name was omar, was very knowledgeable about everything, and helped me with what I needed. I live in Turlock but will probably be driving from this store from now on.

It is garbage. They need to stop because they are acting childish saying they are better than Verizon

They will screw your with another $34 dollars with the DMV.. that happen to me once and went there again, I caught their mistake once again.. it was a hassle to get my license back from the safe again.. don’t go to that Sprint Store in Atwater..

I love this sprint in atwater they are all so nice and such wonderful people. They even offer drinks:). They really helped my family and me out on some deals. Im always going to be coming here ...yayyy for this sprint
