My granddaughter has worked there for 5 yrs. Shes worked herself thru junior college and 2 yrs university with honors. Good to her thru her maternity leave. I have no complaints 😌 🙂 👌

This is the worst Starbucks Id ever visited. I ordered ahead, they could not find my order twice. One time I tried to redeem my stars, which I have over 3000, the cashier argued with me that I do not have any. If you go to this Starbucks, be prepared that you may have a battle to fight.

Great but had one bad experience. It doesnt take away frm every other time was good. Lines are forever long as well.

No complaints about the product, just the insanely slow line here. Most places youre through the line in decent time but not here.

Friendly and polite workers and nice atmosphere

Starbucks is always gunna be given 5 stars. This store in particular is very clean and staff is super nice. The staff are always ready to help literally at a far and beyond type of way. Its always a pleasure going here.

Unfortunately the customer service at this location depends on who is working. If Austin is working be prepared to have no iContact, military like service, and your beverage toss at you. Along with the straws. The good news is he will tell you to have a good day. You just won’t know who he is addressing exactly his head and eyes are always down with attitude.

Their product taste good and they have fast service. Today my online order was wrong, the barista made me another one and she was very polite. I go there for a treat such as its the weekend, holidays, or end of school since Im a teacher. Great products and great values too.

Made a drive thru order on my phone as soon as I got into the Starbucks drive thru line. 30 minutes later, (yes it took 30 minutes to get through,from one end to the other) I get my drinks and my Frappuccinos are more than half of the cup just melted. All liquid. Horrible. My kids and I were extremely disappointed!

Not much to share. Go thru drive thru, Sumtimes very crowed but seems to move along fine. Every1 is very nice & friendly. I love my extra Carmel frapps & sum of the holiday ones.

I stop here nearly every weekday, as my lunchtime iced coffee is a bit of a requirement at this point in my life. I would have given this location 5 stars, had I not just dealt with the extremely unpleasant manager.A short, dumpy, soccer-mom looking woman who apparently only shows up when she feels like it, as this was the first time Id ever seen her (Ive been coming here for well over a year now), and she doesnt wear a name tag or apron - so I dont know her name. She is obsessed with cream, which is to say that she was so driven to lecture me on Starbucks corporate policy regarding ounces of cream, that she felt the need to bring it up not once, not twice, but three times.I order my coffee a particular way. I order it at several different Starbucks throughout the valley, mostly in Modesto and here in Atwater. I order it way too much, and spend far more than is responsible in this current economic climate for a man in my income bracket. At all these other stores, including this one (until now), the price is the same. $4.25 for an iced coffee, with minimal ice.Now, $4.25 is an exorbitant and ridiculous price to pay for a coffee, no matter how you attempt to justify it. I know this, they know this, its a fact. I spend the money for the convenience of not having to make it myself, and because we dont keep straws at the office. Im a pragmatic person. I am willing to waste thousands of dollars for coffee if its easier than spending hundreds to make it myself. Call it addiction if you like, I just call it coffee.This woman was so off-putting that I really may not return to this location. I may overshoot my lunch and spend more in gas to hit the store on the other side of the freeway, or I may just stock up on extra coffee supplies at the office. I really shouldnt have to entertain these thoughts just to avoid confrontation with this horrible, wound-up little woman. But I am, and all over 1.5 ounces of cream.IF you do stop by and shes absent, then youve lucked out. The store is clean, well-staffed (so they move pretty quickly despite a huge lunch rush), and everyone there is very friendly. Their drive-thru can be a bit of a quagmire but its not their fault - the parking lot is simply way too busy.Picture included of the offending drink. Dont let the shade fool you, its literally about 1.5 ounces more cream than usual, because I said no ice.

This place has the slowest drive thru, slower than any other Starbucks I have ever been to. We waited in line 45 min for two drinks, but we tried again.... an hour and both times the drinks wrong so now I drive across town, its faster!

Honestly best Starbucks I been to they really get your order 100% right and they are always so friendly even if I have a complicated order, I love it, my GO TO Starbucks for sure!

Overall, service is okay. Sometimes it is really busy and there is a wait. I waited at least 10 minutes for my latte one Saturday morning. My order is usually correct and tastes good. They just need to work on filling orders faster.

Even tho the drivethru line is super full they get u to the window pretty promptly, only complain is every time i order my order my double smoked bacon cheddar the top bread is half off the sandwich and always have to pull over to fix it... maybe thats the way its supposed to be?

The staff are always so friendly! Im so thankful this is the nearest location as its my favorite one! Thanks for always preparing my order just to my liking. The service is fast and the wait is never that long. Always very clean and comfortable environment. Its quite enough to get studying, reading or even a good conversation in. The product is always delicious! No complaints, company ran well!

This Starbucks actually has a drive through. Its so convenient. I get a cappuccino every morning on my way to work. YUM! They always make my coffees perfect, and are very friendly. Even when my order is complicated, they get it right. Highly recommend!

This Starbucks is a well rounded establishmentMany of the workers are very nice and seem to know how to spell correctly ;). I come here in the morning a lot before school as it is only about a mile away. Great service and the atmosphere is like the others but feels nice and homey, located conveniently next to a mcdonalds

Friendly, welcoming & professional baristas and when they are slammed with long lines, they communicate & work well as a team to push orders out quickly without sacrificing the quality of your order. They know me by name & have memorized my order (Im a frequent flyer) and in the very rare occurrence that my drink is missing something, or is incorrect, they are quick to replace it, no questions asked! While Im always treated kindly at other locations ~ the staff on Bellevue Rd, are SUPERSTARS!!!

Not very welcoming more concerned with pouring cups than actual people. Ordered thru mobile app waited in pick up order location over 5 minutes and not even acknowledged once by any barista. Finally grabbed order off counter myself and left. Even reached around to grab straw and still no acknowledgement. After leaving realized only one gingerbread loaf again no acknowledgement at counter waited in line to order before someone would first speaks to me there. Was a half hearted apology quick to offer missing item. Turned out out of the other slice so when was I gonna to be told of this or item refunded for what was out. Profits over people Starbucks has become. Take down that fake sign in front because you dont make everyone feel welcomed.

Wait times have increased drastically over several months. Orders are often wrong leaving the customer to decide if waiting an additional thirty minutes for a corrected order outweighs simply throwing it away.

The coffee products are not celiac safe gluten free but they carry snacks and bottled drinks that are labed certified gluten free. Starbucks is doing a good job of carrying certified gluten free snacks at most cafes.

I love that this Starbucks has a drive thru. This is very close to my parents house and I go here at least 2-3 times whenever I am in town. They messed up my drink once but they fixed it without any hesitation.
