He made us laugh, and hes a real guy that will be honest with you and help you and make the whole experience a lot easier. I went into this location last week and purchased a new phone after months of putting it off to avoid the hassle. Chris made the process so easy and fast! He was so kind and really took the time to address any questions or concerns I had. The store was very clean and well organized which is definitely a huge plus. If you are looking to get a new phone or an upgrade, do yourself a favor and drive up the road a couple miles to the official Verizon store in North Attleboro. Overall, our whole experience was very sketchy here. While in this store to add a line for my daughter, they convinced me to do a free upgrade on my line. They assured me the credits for the monthly payment would appear in 1-2 months, multiple phone calls later, Verizon has basically said I was scammed. The phone number they gave me for my daughter started receiving phone calls and texts for the previous owner and we needed to go to an actual Verizon store and pay to get her a new phone number. They also added additional options and services to our account which I was able to unsubscribe from once I left through the Verizon app, but if I hadnt checked we would have had to pay additional fees on our monthly bill.

Came in looking to switch lines from my old provider and Trinity was more than helpful and provided me great help on upgrading my old phone & getting me the best possible deals for myself. Later on I brought my family and she once again came through with her attentive, upbeat and friendly service.

Stopped by to upgrade a phone and Al was a treat! Great service & really funny guy. Highly recommend to see him if you need any help. He made the process super easy and he was very informative.

Jeff has handled numerous issues and has always done so cheerfully and without any problems. This is especially true when Ive been exasperated with Verizons on line and phone customer service reps. When they were unable to handle the problem, Jeff was.

I went in the other day to upgrade my note 8 to the note 10+ and Al made the transition as easy as possible. From accessing my account, to learning about my new phone, to purchasing a case and headphones, Al went above and beyond. Even knowing I walked in right as they opened. I was in your location on Friday 8.23. The gentleman that assisted me was too interested in watching what was on the TV. The whole location smelled of marijuana. I went in to get help with my phone and based off of the way the store smelled, the associates appearance and how I was being ignored because I was not buying anything made me walk out. I will not return to this location as this is not the first time this has happened at this same location.

The place is a little difficult to find but glad I came here . A friend of mine came to this location and couldnt get over how friendly the people were . Not to mention no wait. So anyway I figured I would go see what all the hype was about . I came in to upgrade my phone and was glad I did . The guy was super helpful and knew what he was talking about. There was a wait of only 5 minutes of that and the transaction was quick . I got a bunch of stuff for my new phone super cheap. Some sort of bundle deal . All my stuff was transferred. Now I see what she was talking about . Will definitely tell my friends about this hidden gem .

Had a Motorola that broke and Dan helped me get a new phone. They didnt have a Motorola so I got a Samsung and I couldnt be happier .

My phone was almost 2 years old the older man behind the counter gave me a couple of options on what to do I decided that getting a new phone was my best option so I got a new note 9 case screen protector and I love it . The best experience Ive ever had at a Verizon store . I usually go to the one up the street and decided to give this one a try . I came in to ask a few questions and the person who helped me ... who happened to be the manager .. not only answered my questions but helped me save money on my plan and I got a new phone . He took the time to show me some new things on the phone and made sure I was comfortable with it . I happened to come by when they we re giving away free coffee and doughnuts.. so that was a plus . DEFINITELY recommend going here over the other one up the street .

I was offered a promotion on the Samsung Note 9, buy one get one free. I accepted the deal, but the dishonest salesperson put the deal through my account as a purchase of 2 Note 9s that cost a $1000 a piece. Luckily I decided to look at a bill summary before the 14 day return policy was over. TTC employees kept telling me I would see the charge for one of the phones drop off after 3 billing cycles and become a credit. Verizon corporate told me thats not true because I was not qualified for that promotion and will be paying full price for both phones. I struggled with TTC for a whole week before they finally refunded my money without charging the tremendous restocking fees right on the last day of the 14 day return policy. . This store is near Market Basket across from the train station in Attleboro Mass.NO, the issue isnt resolved. My wife and I went into the store because our phones were over four years old and needed to be updated. We weret planning on the Note 9s because I knew they were $1000 phones. But when the salesman says, buy one get one free, that changes everything. To have 2 of what may be the best phone available for only $1000 was awesome! So because of that promotion, we went with the Note 9s. The problem was, your dishonest salesman didnt give us that promotion. HE LIED. He put the phones in my account for the full price of $999.00 each. If I wouldnt have checked my account before the 14 day trial period was over, we would have been responsible for the full $2000.00. Sure we got out of the deal, but it took 6 days of disputing it with the store employees. So now the buy one get one free promotion for the Note 9 is no longer available. Because of that dishonest salesman, we missed a good opportunity to have Note 9s. It was after 9/5 before I saw he screwed us, so the promotion had ended. You call that resolved??? This whole issue was really really WRONG. So much for the TTC customer care team. Were stuck with our 4 year old phones now after all that. Well still have to be upgrading them, but it wont be at TCC.

This store is a failure. I came in for customer service, they said there is no customer service available on holidays or sundays. All 3 people working (1 was manager) said there is no customer service available on Sundays or Columbus day, everybody needs a day off. umm.. what? They said nobody is available on the 1-800 # for me, &there was no other number I could call. Went to store 2 miles up the road, they laughed and laughed at what I had gone through, & immediately I was helped and solved all my phone issues. This store is horrible.
