Ill say this I have several AutoZones in my area let alone multiple auto parts stores near me but I will always go the extra distance for this AutoZone location very knowledgeable staff and great customer service Ive have delt with personally over the past 5-6 years. Even through this quarantine/ pandemic they made sure to be strict in the right manner to make sure there customers an themselves were safe for us customer to continue on with our auto part needs!

I ordered online and when I arrived at the store I called for curbside pickup. The employee explained that he was the only one working and he had a customer in front of him but he would be out as soon as he could be. He came outside a couple minutes later and he was very friendly.

Dont recall being there a week ago. Shop sporadically. Good customer service.

I left Duxbury last night and realized that BOTH of my headlights were out. The two men working, one whose name I knew as Josh, were extremely helpful and more than willing to switch the bulbs out for me. I had just made it Before 9 and I’m sure they were looking forward to leaving for the day. There was absolutely no hesitation; these two went way over the top and helped me out!Thank you again!-Brian

The most helpful and friendly staff even though the poor guy was understaffed and had been the only person there all day he was still able to handle multiple customers all needing assistance at once. Im not a car guy but The staff here have made it so I will be a long time shopper of this AutoZone.

This is where I buy all my car parts, just got $424 in parts to fix everything that is wrong with my car. They took good care of me. Called ahead of time and they had everything brought from other stores that was needed. So out of all those parts only 1 had to be ordered I paid for it upfront since I was there already, it came in the next day and I picked it up. They are so helpful and so knowledgeable its awesome.

I was very generous with the two stars. Every time I decide to give them another chance, they manage to disappoint. I went in today for some carburetor cleaner, a quart of oil and a spark plug. I was told that they would have to order the spark plug and it would take 2 days to come in. I drove down the street to Advance, they had them in stock. This is usually what happens when I try to purchase from AutoZone.

Called ahead to check if they had my part. They quickly confirmed they had it, but only 2 and would gladly reserve one for me until close of business. When I arrived, staff was helpful and quick to retrieve my part.

Saved money by coming here. Had my nephew changing the wipers for me as part of my preparation for the winter. They made things simple and for everybody.

Lady cashier was nice and helpful. They open at 8 on Sunday which is great. They had the part I needed, in stock. She double checked my car info to make sure I got the right part a there are two models.

AutoZone goes the extra mile when dealing with customers. I went in for a windshield sprayer nozzle. Not a biggie for them, but it is to me and they treated it as they would have breaks, alternators or any other auto part. They looked the part up and helped me out. This sets them apart from others I have tried. They are patient, especially with folks like me who arent especially knowledgable with autos these days, but are willing to try fixing easier problems. They will check your auto to see whats wrong for free by hooking it up with a code tester. They help in other ways too. When I need to, I always try them first and Ive not had a bad experience.

They dont always have the part Im looking for. Also, the web site might say the store has it when they dont which is frustrating.

Corporate infrastructure is what destroys this place for me. Its better than advanced as far as the employees. Shop on amazon. Dont give an evil corporation that treats their worker like garbage your hard earned money.

Horrible Service. Both clerks busy so not acknowledge when I came in the store - ok makes sense. Wait about 5 mins. Just looking for two flashlights like I bought there before. As my simple transaction is getting rung up, clerk starts talking to other clerk about prior order- apologizing to me that he is in the middle of something. Prior customer has left the store so no need to make the DISABLED customer wait more. I inform him that it’s not ok as he can see I’m disabled and can’t stand there much more. He angrily starts to ring me up. He then stops to greet the male customer that walks in the door and immediately ask him what he is looking for & tells him where to find it. I ask for bag and am informed they have none as the state as banned them. The town ban doesn’t start until October and the state has not banned them. By this point, I’m fed up. I tell him I wasn’t acknowledged like the male customer was & he should have taken care of my quick transaction instead of keeping me waiting. Thank goodness there is another auto part store nearby as I will never stop there again!

As always very helpful. Thought I needed a battery but only needed a shim for the connection. Could have taken advantage of the opportunity to sell a battery but instead helped me solve the problem THANKS!!!!

Went to match up a exhaust gasket,the guy was too lazy to go in back in a bin to match up,I was not worth his time,I never go to auto zone, seems like ex cons and druggies work here,I never had any luck buying here,stay away from starters alternators and any electrical items.OReilly was a huge help,that lady had me taken care of in a few and matched up the gasket from a bin in the back plus I found the parts are much better quality at oReilly...

Good store, they open at 8am which is helpful. I dont have all day to get my truck repairs done. OReilly auto parts wasnt open so Autozone gets my business.

Ricardo provided such excellent customer service! He greeted me immediately upon entering the store and assisted me with the purchase of a new battery through installation in a matter of 12 minutes. I was so happy with the amazing service he provided from the start to the end. Normally I purchase items from Autozone and DIY/YOUTUBE it however, this is far the fastest turn around Ive ever experienced. Thank you!!

Couldnt even tell me what coolant to use in a jetta and was told to call the dealership after 2 employees passed me off to the other and had to take calls in the middle of helping me..... Btw I was the only customer in the store with at least 3 people working

RUDE, SOME EMPLOYEES CAN ACT IGNORANT, NOT PROFESSIONAL! *FOR INSTSNCE* I bought a small $6.00 part my vehichle (common part) This part had to be looked up by an employee. I asked the normal questions,r u sure this is 100% the correct part for my vehicle? & it dont look like the part in it now so if its not correct? Can I exchange it WITH RECIEPT! I was YESSED to death! I didnt leave parking lot, only opened the box up to compare parts & Not even approx 3.5 min later, YES, Im bk in the store bc THEY gave me the wrong part! Same guy that sold it to me, REFUSED AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND! THE REASON I WAS TOLD? Sum1 didnt cash out correctly last nite & we dont have a lot of $$ for a refund & I bought the last part in stock! WOW! Lol I was told to exchange or get refund from another store! The part was a THERMOSTAT for an older Dodge truck! A VERY COMMON PART & part stores ALWAYS have PLENTY IN STOCK! Just shoved me off! Very Rude!

Tested my Duralife battery and told me it was 100%. It still had three years left on the warranty. AAA tested it and told me that it was bad. They replaced it and now my vehicle works just fine. Never going to AutoZone or buying Duralast again.

My check engine light came on, so I came in to see what code was to blame. Quick and pleasant service!

After waiting 30 minutes for them to find my parts for my car, their machine was not taking my card. They then told me I had to pay cash and if I count then they would not be able to do anything for me. Also they would not hold my parts till the next day for me.
