They will NOT accept comps from Borgata during Covid. A lady, who appears to be in management, told me (basically yelled at us) she is not accepting it. They want to make more money from this.The lady at the cashier is EXTREMELY RUDE to customers. Not only does she have an attitude issue, she talks back to customers to my aghast. There is lack of customer service at this place that management should be aware of because it should not be the case in Borgata, a top luxury casino.I am not endorsing this over priced shop staffed with attitude. Comps were the only thing making this store worth visiting. Visit the food shops downstairs (plenty of restaurants below downstairs) instead for more selection until management instill real customer service ...

Loved it! Food was very good. Chef will prepare your eggs the way you want. There was lots of food to select from. Their employees were pleasant and ready to please.

We love the food, service, and safety protocols they have in place. We never leave AC without stopping to eat here.

Quick, Delicious and not too expensive!!

One of my preferred locations for delicious American food. I will probably become a regular. The place has a nice feel to it. Food is like a restaurant in Louisville I liked.

Amazing grilled cheese sandwiches. 3 star cause they lack order in the kitchen, lost my order twice and I waited about 35 minutes for a sandwich

Wanted to enjoy a nice lunch here but that didn’t go as plan. As I was deciding what to order I asked the representative if a sandwich would be better hot or cold and her response was “ I don’t eat none of the food here” with a disgusted face. Couldn’t even given a better answer such as she is a vegan. We decided not to eat due to her answer and response. They need to be trained better on how to make a customer more welcome and not talk bad about the company they work for. Very unprofessional.

This place charges $10.00 for a single waffle, you heard that right $10.00 for ONE WAFFLE. Egg sandwich was good but I am still looking for the rest of my waffles.

So their pound cake is like a kept secret of Atlantic City. The blueberry one is my favorite. They also have pretty good sandwiches which they will panini press for you to make hot. The prosciutto and fresh mozzarella is my favorite but the roasted turkey is really good too. Good coffee and friendly staff. Definitely a great place to get a quick bite between breakfast and dinner for around $10

During my last couple of visits, this place has left a bad taste for me. For instance, Nov 2020, they did were not accepting my Borgata comp cash. The dark haired hispanic lady (manager?) was VERY rude about it stating, I TOLD YOU! We are accepting only cash, credit, no comps! Now mind you, she had said this to the customer ahead of me and while behind a glass and with a mask on, its tough to hear her. I had to put my head close to the window to hear her, but when she said it to me, I was put off with her attitude starting with I TOLD YOU!..Also, this place has been putting way too much butter on everything! At first I thought it was just an error the past couple of times I had ordered a reuben or any other sandwich, but this time I purposely said no butter. The lady taking my order almost couldnt believe it and asked me 3 times. Anyway, after much disbelief & almost like it could not be done, she relayed this to the cooks in the back. Needless to say when I got my sandwich, there was still butter on it. Im not sure what is so confusing about that request.

Had a late night meal after the show @ the comedy club. Ordered the Turkey Rachel. It was packed fat! Perfect little pick me up after the comedy show!

Only one cashier was working during dinner time. This would have been fine except she sighed and rolled her eyes as we placed an order of 2 bottled drinks and a pre-made dessert item. She grabbed the wrong drink and when I corrected her she added a third drink to the order, instead of the dessert we ended up with 3 drinks. She fixed it but didn’t fix the amount I paid. So I basically paid more to get sighed at and the wrong drinks. Wouldn’t recommend.

Ive been coming here for years, generally for breakfast. I love the food, but the prices are high and you dont get a lot to eat. But its a good place to go for a quick meal that tastes good.

Sandwiches , baked goods and snacks 24/7. Late at night its hard to beat a grilled cheese sandwich. Everything is cooked to order so it takes time. The staff is always friendly. They can be a long line at breakfast time.

Decent menu although the breakfast service was really slow. The breakfast bagel was really nice.

Horrible Cubano sandwich. Absolutely the worst I’ve ever had. Dry, flavorless. I could only eat two bites. Don’t offer a cubano on the menu if you are going to serve some disgusting mess.

Service and food was excellent. Our go to place when we go to the Borgata.

Cashier Diana was extremely rude, and condescending.Food is limited in the wee hours of the morning, and having to deal with such an unpleasant employee made for a terrible experience. I will never return to this establishment. Will not recommend.

I ordered the Italian panini and it tasted like sliced hot dogs when we opened up the sandwich the lunch meat had white patches of fat all over it I showed the lady and she said...abIda abIda abIda. ...no it good.. after the indigestion and throwing up in my mouth a few times I know it wasnt good no matter what language she was speaking my son ordered the sausage and onion and pepper sandwich and he said that was pretty good if it was a little bigger so I chose the wrong door good luck I didnt notice they have some kind of rice special they cook at your table for $3.50 I think I should have got that LOL
