After wanting a late night snack I saw Mrs.Fields. I saw the price and said this better be worth it. I took a bite of this big cookie and my mouth immediately starting watering. Highly recommend.

Those cookies were putrid!! I’ve never tasted anything like this! They tasted like wood and had a bad after taste. Mrs Fields used to be good. Maybe it’s just that location at the Tropicana

The employee who made us our “strawberry” and “chocolate banana” milkshake was the rudest individual I ever encountered. The word “thank you” didnt exist in her vocabulary as well as having manners when a customer says “have a great night!”. Silence, ignores us and turns her back. Seriously honey, who hurt you? Does Mrs Fields offer free therapy for this sad individual?

I was very disappointed in the quality of the muffin I had. It was hard and not suitable for human consumption. Had it not been for the mere fact that this particular location is far from home I would’ve requested a refund. The cinnamon sugar cookie was however exceptional. Hence, two stars..

The oriental girl serving was rude and couldn’t explain to me why they have 3 sizes small, med, large for coffee/tea but for the hot tea they won’t give you the large cup but charge you for it! Now does this make sense when you are only putting water with one tea bag in! This happened today Sunday at 1:16 pm but I forgot to mention we have been frequenting this establishment many times getting the same thing and ever time we got the actual large cup! I asked her to explain she just ignored me. Then when she gave us the order she told us which one had the sweetener which one did not and she reversed them! The products are great they just need staff trained and signs up! Yes not a sign around regarding the prices and the size of coffee and tea, just the three cups saying “small, medium, large”!

Got there near six, it wasnt packed at all. The service was sociable and attentive. Prices were fair.

Usually I love the baked goods here but on my last visit, I was given stale cookie cake. I was in a rush so couldnt return it but I will definitely not be back.If you are reading this review, I would still give them a try. Ive gone here before without problems. Its overpriced but its a casino so thats life

The bomb! Loved it

I come here once a year every year never ever had a problem until today. I ordered 24 brownies to give out as gifts for my famil and friends when i return home. It was a special if you buy 3 you get the 4th one free so i should have gotten 24 brownies. I told the salesperson (Daisy) i wanted them in 4 boxes because they was for 4 different people. Upon leaving the store it didnt register to me i only had 3 boxes until i was all the way down about to board my bus. I immediately went back up there thinking she may have forgotten to give me my other box. After i seen my brownies put back on the line that i had cleaned out i realized it was no accident. I asked her for my other box she said she had to go back and recount my brownies which i told her she know its no need to recount something she knew she didnt give me. So she give me a box and put 4 brownines in the box nd closes it. Something in my spirit advised me to open that box that should have had 6 brownies it only had 4. Once again this (Daisy poco something) was trying to get me. I tld her to please give me the brownies that i already paid for and i will be contacting her supervisor regarding this matter. I have never had any problems in the past with Mrs. Fields and i love their merchandise. However employees like Daisy is bad for business shes stealing from the customers at first i wondered did she try me because she say i was disabled or did she just think i wouldnt pay attention. Well Daisy wrong on both accounts im very capable of counting my money as well as my brownies and if you did this to me how many other people have you did this to and gotten away with it. Shameband a disgrace before suffering humanity that you play on the disabled. God will definitely get you for your wrong doings. Get yourself right with God!
